Very chic, beach or business dress. The arm holes are a little tighter. Wasn't horrendous to wear on a 100 degree NYC day. Length wasn't too short nor too long.

Wonderful dress! My family kept complimenting me. It is thick material but still breathes. TTS. Note that the color is cream, not pure white.

This dress is incredibly figure flattering as it cinches in the waist and has an a-line cut to just above the knee. The material is structured and thick enough to not be see-through, but was cool and comfortable for evening wear in the hot Charleston summer. Got so many compliments on this one!

i loved this dress, it's so versatile! the fabric is not super breathable but it's light enough. it can be dressed up or down. doesn't have a lot of stretch so it's important to find the right size.

This one is super cute, summery tennis vibes. The buttons pulled a little despite the fact that it actually fit well. Stretchy material.

Found myself reaching for this multiple times throughout the week.. so easy to throw on and go AND look put together. A favorite RTR for sure.

I feel extremely pulled together in this dress, like the type of person who can just wear white and not spill on it. The material doesn't show up well in the photo, but it's sort of crepe-- really nice and feels expensive. The cut is perfect for me-- waist hits in the right spot, right size in the bust, and good length. Might be a little short for work if you are tall though, I'm 5'3" and it's just above the knee. Loved the fit of this dress. Perfect for a casual day at work. I preferred to tie it in the front. Pockets are a great touch. Plenty of room on top if you're large chested!

I'm used to Black Halo running small, so I wore a L in this, but it was a little bigger than I expected. With the waist tied tightly, though, it was super cute! A little shorter than I expected, which made it more of a fun day dress than a work dress. Might wear for my bachelorette!

I love this dress. It's a thicker material that's still light and breezy enough for summer, and has lining on the skirt. Pockets are A++. My only dislike about the dress is the chest. If you have some boobs on you, size up. I'm a C cup and could only button the last one and wore a thin black bralette underneath. Tried to see if buttoning two would work, and it kept busting open from general movement. The buttons are hidden behind another piece of fabric, giving it very nice lining.

I'm not sure if I'm just not confident enough to like myself in this dress but I didn't love it. I felt like a tennis mom, but not in a cool athleisure way. I did appreciate the full lining, though! Wanted to feel good in it but never did.

Based on reviews I thought I could pull this off. But it is definitely not for a long torso. I'm 5'8" and 135lbs but it was way too small to wear. It was tight across chest and waist was short. I should have ordered a medium, but I'm still not sure the waist would have been right.

Great casual dress for summer. I didn't end up wearing it--I picked it up to wear to family photos and work. But the skirts I got worked better for photos, and it was a little short for work.

You definitely need to size up (I would normally wear a M, but the L fit me). The front buttons didn't lay nicely and sometimes came unbuttoned. I didn't think the dress was flattering and it was just kind of plain. It is lined and the material is a nice quality. Just not for me.

I ended up not wearing this because it just didn't do anything for me. Probably wouldn't have rented but needed to fill my membership spot and nothing else was available.

I really wanted this to work, and it was just wrong. I sized up from my usual S to a M, but the bust was still too small, and the waist was too big. When I tried to cinch the waist, it pulled the busy even tighter. I tried unbuttoning the top and wearing with a cami, but it looked off.

Wrong fit for bodice. too small for shoulders. I did not wear.

I had high hopes for this dress :( Did not wear because too small, especially in the bust. If in between sizes I would recommend sizing up.

SO flattering the material is such great quality. Wasn't expecting to love it as much as I did. I was just expecting a plain white work dress and received compliments all day.

Very cute. I wore it to work one day with pumps, and then with espadrilles for a night over the weekend. Feminine without being too cutesy. I definitely didn't find it to be see-through, which was much appreciated. Fit true to size.

This dress is so cute, really well made, and perfect for any occasion - lining on bottom half and pockets are great as well.
