I got the six knowing that this was a large dress. I tried it on quickly before a trip and it looked fine. However once I got to my destinations and put it on again I realize I could've gone even a smaller size 4… Which I would rarely ever wear. It came a bit wrinkled and I had to work that out… The fabric is very delicate so if you have to iron it be sure to do so on a very low heat setting. It also wrinkled fairly easily throughout the day, for example I wore a tote bag on my shoulder and the shoulder under where I wore it got a bit wrinkled It is very conservative yet chic. Although it's not great for traveling (bc wrinkles), if you were going to the Middle East and needed to do things wearing conservative clothing this would really really do the trick. Color is more of a muted Brown-mauve instead of the bright burnt sienna pictured in my opinion. Oh and I forgot my favorite part is that the underside of the fabric feels like a smooth satin honestly it feels so good against the skin it was one of the best parts about wearing the dress.

It fits true to size and comfortable. Itty bitty bit long for my petite frame but it's ok.

I liked this dress even though it isn't my usual style. Even if I never rent it again, I'm glad I tried it.

Go a size or 2 down. Might try again in the 0, but the 2 was way too baggy (I'm usually btw a 2 and 4). Did not end up wearing.

It was really elegant, fell nicely, belt makes it feel fitted rather than overly loose. I just felt like a sophisticated cool person and got lots of compliments. I am in the art world and a lot of the clothes on RTR unfortunately are not my style--this dress is fantastic.

Fit is loose, but looks great with the belt. I thought that the pocket placement might be awkward, but they are so obviously pockets, and not hips, that it is fine. Great for work, meetings. Love the satin backed crepe. Color is more brown than the photos with a reddish undertone.

Love everything about it except pocket placement - they hung right on the hips and are droopy, which can definitely make you look wider. I wore a long black cardigan over the dress for work and it worked great.

I’m usually a 0 or a 2 but sized up - which was a mistake since its generally a looser fitting dress. The sleeves were a bit too long and it was generally big but I ended up wearing it anyway and received compliments.

This would look GREAT on someone who is thin/no curves. I have a very curvy shape, so the way the dress laid was not exactly the best look on me. Also, I am short, so I was kind of swallowed up in it.

I wanted to like this and tried to wear it a few times but it just felt like a sack. The sleeves were really long too.

Ran very large

I really wanted to like this dress. It looks great on the model, but as other reviews have mentioned, this runs LARGE. I'm tall (5'7") and broad and it fit like a potato sack. And don't you dare sweat in it, because it shows up really quickly and feels uncomfortable when this material is wet. The material is also scratchy. The turtle neck sat stiffly too, not like in the photos. I sent it back without wearing it.

Sleeves too long and generally hanging on me. Would likely look good on someone taller than 5'2"
