I wore this on my wedding day and it worked out perfectly. My stylist used extra bobby pins to hold it in place, but it didn't move all night. It complemented my dress and jewelry well and was a great size!

Really pretty, high quality item which I loved overall but was smaller than I expected. I did have to tease my hair significantly & put a lot of pins in order to keep it in.

This piece is so much prettier in person. The only issue I had with it was that no matter how secure I thought it was in my hair, it kept falling out. So halfway through the night I took it out of my hair so that I didn't have to keep messing with it.

It's a beautiful gold comb - the gold was a bit faded but you couldn't see it when it was clipped in.

Smaller than I expected, I had my reservations when it first arrived, however, once my hairstylist placed it in my updo, I knew I had made the right choice. My hair is extremely curly and has a lot of texture, so it held the comb extremely well. I had some extra pins to hold it in place, but if your hairstylist knows what he/she is doing that thing isn't moving for the rest of the night. I had it in for 17 hours on my wedding day with no slipping or readjusting needed.

I was going for the old Hollywood style hair and just needed a little something extra to make it perfect. I looked to buy hair pieces similar to this, but couldn't find any that worked or were worth the price. So naturally, I turned to RTR! I've rented multiple dresses from RTR, but never accessories. The piece was slightly smaller than I anticipated, but it was in perfect condition and was very sturdy. It ended up being exactly what I needed - flashy, but nothing over the top. I'm so pleased with how it worked out!

A word of warning to future brides - make sure you bobby pin it in place! In a rush to get in my dress, we pinned it into my hair but didn't secure it with a second bobby pin. It fell straight out as soon as my new husband dipped me during a kiss during photos. Thankfully, a BHLDN-stylist friend was quickly able to re-pin it without messing up my hair, in time for dances! I rented this for my wedding and really liked it. It was kind of shaped like a butterfly which I didn't really care for, but it still stood out well and definitely added to my hair style. My hair stylist pinned it into my hair very well so I didn't have trouble with it falling out as others mentioned, until about 2 hours into the dance party.

I loved this piece, it was a little bit heavier than I had anticipated so it felt like it was falling out but in the end stayed in place well.

This hair piece was the perfect accessory on my big day. It worked seamlessly with updo, and was thrilled with how it looked.

I ended up not wearing this piece because my plan was to wear an updo, just as in the photo of the model; However, I cut my hair short just a week prior to the event and then it was too large to accessorize a short do. It arrived in beautiful condition and was a lovely piece.

I was worried that it would actually look like a butterfly in my hair, but the prongs are easily adjustable. It's a beautiful clip with the pearls and crystals. I wore my hair to the side, and the stylist placed it horizontally in the center of my 'do; I got many compliments. It was simple enough to wear with a veil, and it was dressy for when the veil came off. I wanted to avoid spending $65+ for a similar clip, and this was a great alternative. Highly recommend!

I didn't wear in my hair for my wedding because it was too small.

I rented this for my hair trial for me wedding and was very glad to have tested it out before the big day. The comb was lovely, though a bit smaller than expected (I think i needed to kind of bend the wires to spread it out more). However, when my hairdresser tried to place it into my hair it was too heavy and slipper to stay securely anywhere other than with prongs down as pictured. The metal teeth combined with the weight of the comb and probably my slick hair meant that we weren't comfortable with my initial plan (to place it on the side of my head almost up and down with the combs at like a 75 degree angle to the ground). We tried securing with a bunch of bobby pins but it still seemed to have a mind of its own and wouldn't cooperate. I returned the comb and will not rent for the wedding - i was very disappointed.
