Great pattern, fit, and shoulder pads
A really nice work dress. I wore a black turtle neck dress underneath it since it's a little short and low cut, it helped make it more work appropriate. The shoulder pads are great and it add a little 80s CEO vibe to it.

Great jacket but not for me
This jacket is well made, gorgeous, and on-trend, but it just wasn't for me. I'm generally a medium but this bunched up when snapped closed despite the sleeves being too long. I couldn't wear it as a dress and had to use it as more of a jacket instead. However, the belt is attached, which is why I gave it 4 stars because I feel like it would look better and be more versatile if it could be left open. I also don't love the shoulder pads (at 5'2 they make me look bulky) but fine for everyday wear.

Too Large
Ordered the M, hoping it would fit me like the model photo, but fits much more like a jacket. Wore it to work with a black turtleneck under it, and black leggings tucked into black suede walking boots. Dress was so large that I could not pin it together (gap too big), so I had to wear something under it. I think the small would fit better, but it would probably be too short to wear to work as a dress. Disappointing.

Professional with a fashionable twist!
Loved this piece so much!!!!! I wore it for a professional outing and it was so cute. The 10 fit me perfectly and I am normally an 8 in jeans. I have curvy hips so I sized up. Glad I did for the length.

Loved! Warmer than expected
I am a a true size Small but the XS was perfect! Slight shoulder pad was nice and dress was overall warmer than expected. I wore it with a turtleneck and black leather leggings or tights underneath and a coat on top and was warm enough in 30 degree NYC weather. Would recommend! Not so heavy that you couldn't wear in warmer weathers by itself

Blazer dress trend
This outfit looked great at work and while on vaca - lots of compliments. The belt allows you to sinch in at the waist. I wore with different sneakers each time.

Amazing versatile dress
Dress was super cute and fit in all the right places! If you're in between sizes I would size up because the dress buttons from the front and can be a little revealing.

TRENDY FIT but Loose/low cut in the bust
Lots of buttons to get this baby on but it's lined with a soft silky material. I'm 5'8" with a booty and rented the large and felt it was long enough. My main gripe was how loose it was in the chest and low cut, I actually ended up wearing a tight black turtleneck and tights under because I felt more comfortable and secure. I probably could have safety pinned it to make it work without. This piece arrived slightly worn looking (time to retire it) and it wrinkled easily I had to personally steam

Work at play
Cute and versatile! Wore out and to a basketball game. I was pleasantly surprised that it was long enough. However, the L was a bit too big so I would get a size down next time.

Slit makes this NSFW!
On trend. Runs big in the arms, chest, shoulders and waist, but too short to size down. I kinda chalked it up to the menswear style and figured it was passable with tights. When I got to work, I was totally mortified to discover the button closure arrangement creates a slit that is definitely NSFW when you sit down! Also was disappointed at how wrinkled it got throughout the day.

Classy
Nice material, great length for my 5ft frame. Not crazy about the belt, wish it was one I could've tied as it would slip out of the grommet when I bent on occasion. The pockets are nice but right where the belt is so not the ideal spot. I liked the shoulder pads, they weren't too big. All in all, fine for work and drinks afterwards.

Not a good pick if you're petite
This is a really cute dress, but the torso is pretty long so I unfortunately didn't get to wear it!

Very cute, but short
This was very cute and I was excited to wear this. I had thick tights to wear but when I put it on it was too short. I even sized up (which I should have just kept my size small) because the medium was very big on top and not long enough. I am only 5'8 but I have very long legs so most things are short on me. I would definitely rent this again to wear for a night out

Cute print and soft material. Really fun piece.
Longer than I wanted for a mini dress, but great fit through arms and waist. Ended up wanting to wear it as a long blazer over jeans and a tee.

I got some compliments at work on this. Very cute!
The top was a bit bigger than I expected it to be. It ran large, but I think if I had gotten a smaller size, it would have been too short for work. This can easily be sized down and worn out and about. The material was thick enough that my top half felt warm and I paired with some cute black stockings

Great idea, but didn't look great on me
I love the idea of this, but the excess wrinkles around the torso and sleeve fit undermined how chic I wanted it to be. I think it would look better if you size up or were a very slim person. Also I needed to wear shorts underneath.

Edgy and cool!
The dress has a funny fit in that the sleeves are long and fit well in the shoulders however belted area of the dress is tight. I would go a size up when ordering and be prepared to get creative with the sleeves by either rolling them up or wearing them open.

It's fine...
The dress looked cheaper than expected, but it was fine, not horrible. It was also a bit shorter than expected. Also note the color is more white-and-black than grey.
