Needed a nude bra under it, very flattering for the curves. Got tons of compliments!

I LOVED this dress so much I want to buy it. It made me feel fabulous, girly & sexy. I'm pear shaped and usually wear a M, tried both a M which was as tight as I would go around my hips/butt and a L which was baggy on the top so I went with the M. I was comfortable, felt amazing, and got tons of compliments. One thing to keep in mind is that it is pretty short; at 5'6" it was a short as I would go and still be comfortable. I think the layers make it look longer than it really is in pics.

I wore it to an event and then out on the town. Should have bought it!

I wanted to love this! Unfortunately it’s too snug, and my backup size (M) wasn’t available. I’m petite, between 4-6 / 28 inch waist, 34A, and S typically works well. The underskirt is a legit tight mini. It rode up as I walked around, and I wasn’t looking to tug at my dress all night at a fancy company party :)

It’s an amazing dress!! The waist is perfectly snug, keeping everything in the right place 😉

The dress was perfect for the wedding we attended. It was very flattering and received lots of compliments. Pay attention to peoples reviews about sizing. I typically wear a medium and sometimes small - based on reviews I went with the large and it fit perfectly. The skirt is lace with a shorter black slip. I found at times that the slip shimmied up and had to be adjusted to not show too much leg - but it was an easy fix. I would definitely wear this again as would work for many events.

I loved the detailing in this dress. I dressed it down with tights and boots but it could be easily glamorized with heels. Great party dress for winter.

I rented this for a charity gala. It was a super cute dress and I got lots of compliments. I am a curvy 8 and I ended up wearing the large b/c the medium was a little too small for my hips. There is a little stretchy solid layer under the lace, and the skirt of that is short so I wore some little black booty shorts under it to have a little more coverage when I was sitting. With the length of the lace I don't think anyone would have noticed but I just felt better that way. Overall super cute and fun dress for a great event.

I chose this dress after the backup size of another dress wasn't available due to damage...and so happy I did! The other dress wasn't very flattering and had long sleeves and I would have been hot. This dress was a thick lace so perfect for fall but not too heavy that I was hot. I probably needed the medium, as I had to safety pin the waist to make it more fitted. But otherwise it fit great and was comfortable and I loved it!

I wore this for a work event dinner and was such a fun dress. Not something I'd normally wear or own so it was perfect for a rental. Definitely short in length so you have to be careful when bending over, etc.

A touch big on the top, but otherwise fit beautifully! I wore this to a nice dinner out for my teen daughter’s birthday. I felt so good in this dress! It is short, but showed off my legs which I think are my best asset. Didn’t need a bra, but wore silicon inserts for a little extra lift.

Fun dress! Did not hit my waist perfectly but I do have a pretty strong hourglass shape so maybe just wasn't for me in that sense. Overall the dress seemed well made, was super comfy for dancing and got a lot of compliments!

I wore this to a winery dinner event in Napa that requested cocktail attire and it didn't disappoint. I received many compliments and felt it was very flattering while being comfortable as well. The zipper had issues on the S, but made the M work. Ranting a 4/5 as the zipper on the M fell down after dinner several times and wish there was a clasp.

I absolutely loved this dress... if I was going to a club in Vegas. It was waaaay too short for the wedding I rented it for. I'm 5'7'', 127 lb. The medium was a slightly better length but too big all over. The Small was great except the length. Maybe on someone shorter the length would be ok!

Nice dress. The quality of the fabric feels really nice. It is a little short and if you have bigger legs the skirt pulls up a little when you walk and when you dance. The fit was great. I'm 5'2 and around 130lb, just had a baby last year and I'm more self conscious about my stomach now. Great option if you want to hide some weight around the waist area and lower abdomen.

Cute dress but the fit was off. The top was too big (34A, small upper body) and bottom was too tight around the booty (41" hips). Because of the lace overlay, the fit issues were only noticeable to me and I was able to make it work for my master's graduation. Length was great for my 5'2" frame.

I LOVED this dress; it was cute, comfy, and fit me perfectly. BUT the under skirt was WAY too short. I'm only 5'2" but fairly curvy and the skirt liner would ride up and show all the goods. I ended up buying black shorts with lace to wear underneath. A great solution so you can dance, or even exist, in this dress. Definitely consider this option if you plan to rent this dress. Also, the zipper had no clasp and would regularly unzip so it needed pinned. With that plan, I would rent it again.

I absolutely love this dress and I got so many compliments! I ended up wearing the S and it was really comfortable and not too short. The M also fit but the waist was lower than I liked. I didn't wear a bra with it and it was fine because I'm small up top. If you have anything above a B you will definitely need a strapless bra, & in that case size up the dress. Don't hesitate to rent this, it's amazing! Also, it's definitely black, I just lightened the pic to show the detail :)

Just what I wanted.

The dress is so beautiful on. I recommend this dress to anyone. It has a band around the waist to make you look snatched which I appreciate and also hid my midsection which I can be subconscious about. It did run up my thighs a bit because I am a bit thicker in the thigh area so I had to keep putting it down but other then that it was such a lovely dress.

Loved the top of the dress. An excellent choice for any little black dress event.

A little itchy from the fabric but overall a cute dress that fits well!
