I got SO many compliments from men and women. Great dress! I would buy it if I could. I did have to wear a nude cami under it, but it's light, flowy and fabulous!

I absolutely loved this dress and got so many compliments on it all night. It's flowy and pretty. The colors photograph really well. I wore a regular nude bra with it and it didn't show through the material. I would really consider purchasing it in the future. It's a very versatile dress.

The fit and cut of the dress is perfect. I agree with the others who made a note about the sheerness of the top. I wore a full slip underneath. Otherwise this midi dress cinches well at the waist and flows nicely below.

This dress might have been a touch overwhelming for my small frame. Very pretty dress and I received lots of compliments but I think I'm better off sticking to things a bit more form fitting as I think this dress would have looked spectacular on a smaller gal.

I rented this dress for Easter mass and brunch. It is on the longer side - hit my mid-calf (I am 5'2"). Note that the top is completely see-through. I wore a white cami underneath. The photo does not do it justice. It is fitted at the wasted but still stretchy so leaves room if you eat a lot. The top blouses out a bit. I recommend wearing spanx even though the entire dress is stretchy. It balloons out below the waste unless you are stick thin. Also, the top of the dress is very short so if you have a longer torso this may not be the one for you. The waist is pretty high. I have it pulled down in this photo but it otherwise sits a bit higher. Very nice conservative dress though. The colors are a bit bolder than the photo. Pretty! It is not the most exciting dress I have rented, but it was in new/perfect condition, arrived on time and customer service always rocks so I still gave it 4 stars.

I loved this dress because there was nothing to bind, pinch, ride up or fall down. It's just a simple, pull-over-your-head kind of a dress with an elastic waistband. It fell below my knee, but that was fine and flattering. As most have pointed out, you need a slip or cami under the top. The material was a comfy and the dress is fun to twirl on the dance floor!

Sizing runs big IMO. I'm tall and it was a little below the knee on me. The bodice is not lined and see through so you'll have to wear a cami under it. Would rent again! I got a lot of compliments.

I wore this to a baby shower and it was perfectly appropriate for this occasion (which happened to be at a church). It's a tad long on short girls like me, so I paired it with some sky high heels. Like many others, I had to wear a cami underneath (the top was so sheer, even a nude bra showed right through). It's light and airy, comfortable on a hot day, and drew tons of compliments. It works for a lot of events too: I wore it straight from the baby shower to a dinner with my girlfriends.

I got a ton of compliments and it was a really comfortable and beautiful dress, perfect for my sisters baby shower - however, no small was available so i had to get a medium. Although it was fine, a small definitely would've been a bit more flattering. You'll definitely need to get a white slip for underneath - but otherwise you'll love the easy breezy lightness of this dress. highly recommend it!

This dress was perfect for a party in Miami. I brought a white camisole as others had recommended, but really wish I brought a full white slip! You could kind of see where the camisole ended. My friends said no one else could tell, and the dress was great for the event.

This was a fun, lightweight dress that was perfect for dancing on really warm night. Despite it having a lot of white, I wore it to a beach wedding since it also had the fun splashes of color. I don't usually go for flowing dresses, but the band in the middle helped give it some structure, which made for a good fit. As other reviewers mentioned, it is pretty sheer (especially on top) and a white cami didn't look right, so I wore a nude slip which worked well. Great dress!

This was perfect for my bridal shower. I was comfortable all day and got a ton of compliments. It was also long enough that I could sit and open gifts without the fear of being exposed. The top is sheer, so I wore a camisole underneath. This allowed me to wear a normal bra.

I enjoyed this dress and would rent it again. It's easy to dress up or down and is really comfortable and flowy. As others have noted the bottom has a slip but the top is fairly sheer. I wore a camisole underneath. It does run a bit large. I'm a 2 or a 4 depending on how tight the waist runs as the XS fit me well. One detail I didn't notice in the pictures was that the non patterned side has a chevron which is cool.

I was 125lbs when I wore this dress. I find BCBG runs large in their XS/S/M/L sizes and I own another version of this dress (as a maxi dress) in XS, so I knew to order a size down. Soft, pleated fabric was great to travel with - no wrinkles!

The fit is true to size, maybe even a tad big. I'm usually between an XS and a small but the XS fit perfectly. There is no zipper but there is a tiny bit of stretch to the waist to go over the chest when putting it on. Dress is so classy and one of a kind!!

I rented this dress for a formal interview. It was a perfect summer dress. I liked the full coverage on top on both the front and back, yet it doesn't look super conservative. The material was really soft and flowy and it didn't wrinkle after sitting in it. The only sort of negative aspect was that there was a lot of material in the bust area. I wear a D and it still seemed like a lot of extra. Oh, and I did need to wear a nude cami underneath because the top was a bit too shear. Not really problematic though. The black band fit me perfectly at the waist. I never had to readjust, it fit me perfectly. I even received several compliments from complete strangers on the street! I wish I could buy it!

I'm not sure I found the white/cream color and lots of pleats super-flattering, but I liked the conservative coverage and length for the all-day work conference into evening party I rented this for. I wore it with a short, structured blazer because the A/C was on high. Be sure to have a nude or white cami on hand because the top is not lined (photo shows my black bra when I was trying it on at home - no bueno).

The top of this dress is shear so I wore a white tank top under it and it worked nicely. The bottom is lined but still fairly see through so I also wore a slip. The dress is very beautiful and flowy. I loved the colors and the all over pleats. It fits true to size and the black band in the middle is elastic which conches the waist well.

This was a lovely choice! In the photo it looks like it may be hitting me at a weird spot on my legs, but that's just the angle of the photo not the dress. It actually looks great, fun and festive. Very comfortable. As others have noted, it is completely unlined up top and only two layers of white fabric on the bottom, so plan on wearing undergarments. I did fine with the nude camisole and bottom skirt slip.

Loved this dress! Since it didn't come in a numbered size, I was pleased that it fit so well. I wore this to an outdoor summer party on a 90 degree day. It was really light and flowed wonderfully. The colors were perfect for the summer. I will say, that the top is a bit on the roomy side. Some one with a bigger chest and smaller waist could easily and comfortably wear it. The material is on the thinner side and the top isn't lined so a nude bra is a must. It was about tea length on my 5'4" frame. This was my first rent the runway experience, and, it was wonderful!

I rented this for a summer birthday party. The dress is very pretty and it looked great too. I had a baby recently so my belly area is still round. I rented the small and the medium and both of them were loose at the top. I decided to wear the medium since it fit right near my belly area although it felt little weird on the top. The dress is very pretty overall and I have received a lot of compliments. This is my second time rental from RTR and this rental did not disappoint me except for the loose fit on the top.

The dress is light, pretty and flowy. I am small up top and wider on the bottom (34C top/38 bottom) but bc the dress is A-line, I was able to wear the XS. The top is shear so you will need a slip or a camisole.

Very comfortable, received lots of compliments, perfect length. Only downsides: very sheer (wear a slip!) and requires very good posture, because if you slouch like I do, the waist cinches in high and the fabric bunches up such that you look quite heavy on the top half. Very happy with the purchase!

It is great for pear shapes. The top was a little large, but not too bad. It was also lightweight which worked well with the heat.

I loved the fit of this style. The length is perfect for a conservative or modest event, while still maintaining some flair and fun. I love the print of this fabric as it brings some detail to an otherwise all-white dress. I would recommend this style for an afternoon event or daytime party. I don't know that it would be appropriate for a wedding since it's mostly white, but the pleats definitely give it some edge and it would killer for a non-wedding event. The only negative thing I have to say about this style is the elastic band that fits you around the smallest part of your waist. I found it to be VERY tight, even though the SR was a good fit for me. I'm usually about a size 2/4 and I thought that this elastic band was pinching very tightly in the stomach. I would say for apple or straight & narrow body types, to size up for this reason. If you don't have a small natural waist, the size up would probably be more comfortable.

This dress was very pretty. The pattern is beautiful, and the material is very flowy and of a nice quality. The fit on top is a little loose, but it does have the elastic waistband so it's not too bad. The only drawback is that it is very see through. I had read mixed reviews so thought I would give it a shot, but it definitely is see through. I had to run out and buy a white camisole to wear with it, but had to crop it so that it looked right under the dress. The bottom is see through too, but it's not as noticeable. Definitely go with light undergarments, and probably a full slip is your best bet.

Such a PRETTY dress. It fits in all the right places and feels feminine and modern at the same time. I would say this runs big bc the waist is stretchy and everything is pleated so it accommodates larger hips and bust. Only caveat is that the material is pretty sheer flesh-colored undergarments are a must.

No cons whatsoever! You will be getting compliments every time you wear it.

I loved this fun playful dress... Perfect for spring or summer time! The only thing to note is that the top of the dress is pretty sheer so I had to wear a cami under it. But I couldn't walk two feet without getting complements.

This is a beautiful dress. It is unique and comfortable. I go the Medium because the Small was not available and the medium is a little big on me. If you are a 6 I would get the small. I am very tall and it is a great length on me. I think if you were short it might hit you in a unflattering spot.

Wore this to work with a black cardigan and shoes just like the model's. It got a lot of compliments and felt trendy and fun while still being work appropriate. It is sheer on the top so you need to wear a tank underneath. I felt it was a little baggy around the waist for me, but nothing too noticeable.

This dress was conservative yet fun! It was perfect for a wedding in Georgia!
