Perfect fit, super comfortable, TONS of compliments!

Ordered this dress for each of my 3 bridesmaids. The dresses were very flattering for all of their different body types and skin tones. The dresses were true to size but also very forgiving for all the different body types from petite banana, busty hourglass and athletic swimmer. The dress is def a breezy summer dress though. It was about 70 degrees and my ladies were very cold. It was an appropriate length for a church wedding but easy to move and dance in. These dresses were worn with strappy gray heels for our red and gray themed wedding. Its a very simple dress with a lot of style. My husband and I are very satisfied with this RTR experience and would recommend other brides and grooms if they are looking for budget friendly options for this bridesmaids!

Love the color and the neckline, and also the swoosh of the skirt and the gently flowiness of the chiffon fabric. The straps were a little long on me but they have an inner strap that's adjustable so they didn't fall down. The bodice has boning in it that gives a nice shape and structure on top, but might get uncomfortable after awhile. I very much enjoyed wearing this dress and in fact am buying a (more used) version from the RTR warehouse that i hope fits as well as the new one I rented.

I'm very petite and the fit was perfect. It was just a little longer on me than its probably meant to be, just below my knee. I though it looked very classy at that length once I had my heels on.

My first time using RTR was wonderful! I have been teetering between a 10 and a 12 for a few months now (long Boston winter!), so I decided to order the Dionne dress in a 12 to be safe with the 10 as a back up. Two days before my best friend's fancy rehearsal dinner I got an email from RTR stating the 12 was damaged so they were sending the 10 and a different dress in a size 12. THANK GOD the 10 fit because I am totally in love with this dress and the alternate they sent wasn't really my style. The Dionne dress literally fit perfectly, and held the girls in place so I didn't need a bra. My busty ladies out there will understand how amazing this is - doesn't happen often. The red is vibrant, it's fun to twirl in, and the cut flattering on many different body types in my opinion!! I was sad to see it go, and will not hesitate to rent again! Thanks RTR!!

Rented this for the fancy dinner night of my bachelorette party - super comfortable, as the lower half of the dress is very flowy. The interesting neckline and structured bodice make it easy to wear with a strapless bra and not much jewelry or adornment is required! Fit like a charm, would totally buy it.

Very cool top part to this dress and the bottom half is so comfortable (especially with a baby bump). I was very happy to be cinched in tightly up top - I didn't need to wear a bra but you could if you needed. The bottom half is lightweight and pretty - perfect for a rehearsal dinner. Loved the look of the straps, too.

The dress fit perfectly and was structured enough to manage without a bra despite my large chest :)

This dress wasn't my first pick but I'm glad that I gave it a chance. It definitely stood out against everyone else's black cocktail dresses. This dress was fun, easy to move in and very comfortable. I am between a 10 and a 12 but I decided to wear the 12 because it had more room in the top. The 10 sucked everything in and I looked flat chested. I would highly recommend!!

I got so many compliments on this dress! The fit was perfect and very classy!

I have a smaller chest, so the top was a little loose, but nothing too noticeable. Great comfort and definitely hid my flaws from the waist down. Would definitely recommend.

The dress is true to size and comfortable. It's a little bit loose on top, but not too noticeable. The neckline is flattering. The color is a beautiful, deep red and perfect for holiday parties. The skirt is fun and flowy. Overall I would definitely rent again!

I am normally a size 2 but can fit a 0 depending on the style. This was a perfect 2. Great fit. Really comfortable and safe for many body shapes. It is structured where you need it but room to feel comfortable. I am straight and narrow + athletic shape... My sister tried on the same dress and she is very curvy... also a size 2. It fit us both beautifully. It has a built in structure that could work as a bra. I wore a strapless bra as well- gravity all of a sudden decided to kick in - I only needed the bra for padding and lift. The dress is safe for not wearing a bra. These photos are not the best but the only photos of the whole dress. Enjoy

loved the dress! very snug on top, loose and flowy on the bottom. I needed a dress I could wear to a day time graduation that I could wear into the evening to an upscale restaurant. This dress is super versatile, though not the most comfortable.

I received nonstop compliments on this dress. Great for dancing. Overall the fit is true to size, however the straps ran large & were loose in the back. Regardless, I loved it & wish I owned it.

I loooooved this dress. I wore the 8 because the straps on the 10 were too big, so take that into consideration when choosing your sizes. They're adjustable, but not much. The color of this dress is really a bright red, so if you're shy, this dress might not be for you!

This dress was so much fun to wear. I wore it to chaperone the prom. The only thing was i shoukd have worn a slip. But it fit really well and was fun to dance in

I got this as an emergency backup dress after the I didn't like the fit of the original dress I ordered. This dress is such a classic and COMFORTABLE shape. It isn't tight in the butt/thigh area, so its great to eat and dance in!

The straps are loose like I read in other reviews, which was annoying so I wore my hair down. It might not bother other people but I'm a perfectionist like that. For taller people with taller torsos they might not have a problem. I'm only 5"0! The length was longer than for the average person but paired with heels I thought it was really elegant and classy. The chest was a bit tight and I'm only a small B. In general the dress was gorgeous and I would recommend it.

The dress was extremely comfortable. It photographed well, and I received compliments all night. The dress was boned so I did not need to wear a bra. I would rent it again...highly recommend!!

The fit was true to size. I was worried about my larger chest not fitting well after reading reviews, so I ordered a size up also, just in case. Ended up wearing a 10, which is my normal size in everyday clothes. The boning in the top provides beautiful structure contrasting the skirt that floats away from body. Super flattering and comfortable dress. I was sad to send it back!!

Wore this dress for a wedding and I was thrilled with it. The fit is great and even with a larger chest you don't need a bra because the top is very structured so the boning keeps everything where it should be. The only problem I had was that after a little while of sitting, the back where the zipper was would bunch up. Overall I would definitely rent again. This dress looked great and I felt great in it.

Got a size bigger due to issues with my normal size. It was flowy so it worked our okay just loose on top. There are straps to tighten it further under the normal straps! Loved dancing in it and got a ton of compliments :)

Comfy, light, 36A needed no bra. I'm an 8 on top but the bit of gape was no issue. My bottom needed the 10. Liner is cut straight but with stretch. Top has no stretch and is boned. Great on an 80 degree summer night. It was a 50s themed party.

This dress is an instant classic! It's visually striking and extremely comfortable. I usually wear a 12 or 14 depending on the dress and was a little nervous as the largest size for this dress was a 12. It fit beautifully, though, and also has adjustable straps to ensure that the top fits just right! I would definitely rent again!

The zipper stuck a little, but otherwise, the dress fit really well. I liked the way it was shaped since it helped me to hold myself a little taller. Very well made and a definite win with my husband on our anniversary trip to Puerto Rico.

Ended up going sans bra without issue due to the boning. Very flattering if you have hips. Everyone was complementing me all night.

I know the brand and know my sizing on average, but was still a bit worried the 'red' would be too orangey or the straps would be funky. Well the first half I was completely wrong, it's a beautiful vivid true red. The top straps were a bit funky but I was able to adjust them so the 'extra' material was in the back. My body shape is a hybrid athletic/petite/pear and this dress still fit well, tight in the top from the boning and flattering flowy on the bottom to compensate for my derriere (which can be a problem for fit due to my sizing being disproportionate). Definitely suggest to anyone needing a good safe go-to dress. Personally, being as petite as I am, I found the width of the straps to be slightly too large for this dress to be a five starrer, but I'm picky.

This dress was very pretty on. It was perfect for an evening wedding. I liked the material and it was in great condition. It was unfortunate that the straps had so many issues.

Was not quite sure I was going to like this dress at first, but it turned out to be perfect. The color was vibrant & beautiful and the dress was light and girly, I absolutely loved wearing it. My only complaint was that the halter straps were a little loose. I have a rather high chest & a small upper frame, so I had to tighten the straps under the fabric. I loved that the dress had this feature, however after the straps are tightened the fabric still lays there awkwardly loose. I was the only one that noticed though, so it didn't take away from the dress at all. I received a ton of compliments on it though & it was perfect for a summer wedding. I would definitely recommend! :)

This dress was great! Beautiful red color. Only negative is that the straps did not fit exactly tight. There Are little bra straps under but they don't really do much. I just pulled the straps towards my shoulders. Great dancing in- twirled the night away!

This was so cool! The skirt hung straight down but could spin like crazy! I did not end up wearing it since it felt a little too flashy for my boss's sons wedding... Would rent again though for something else where I will be spinning!!!

The dress is beautiful! The neckline is great because you don't need a necklace. That saved me a lot of time and money. With classic black pumps, you just can't go wrong with this dress. I gave 4 stars however because there was a rip in the neckline, which I was able to hide by wearing my hair down. I will say that RTR offered me another style, but I was afraid I wouldn't get it in time. I appreciated their help - I just wish their dresses were inspected better before they are shipped.

I absolutely loved this dress. I got a size 2 and a 4- I ended up wearing the 2 although it was tight around the chest. You do not have to wear a bra as there is a mini corset inside the chest area. The 4 made me look bigger than I am, so I opted for a bit of constriction. I rented this dress for a Valentine's Day 'Sweetheart Soirée' at a private club in NYC. It was perfect for the occasion - great for dancing and very eye catching. I paired with Simple 100 black patent Loubs and gold jewelry.
