I went to a beach wedding in Key West and this dress was perfect for the occasion. The print is beautiful and the chiffon long chiffon was so fun to dance in! The little skirt underneath was a tad short but nothing hung out. Even thought it's relatively thin, I felt fine without a bra because of the ruffles in the front (and it was Key West so...) I received so many compliments on the dress and would definitely rent again!

I wore this for an outdoor wedding and received tons of compliments! The material was beautiful in the natural light and photographed perfectly. I was afraid it would be somewhat see through but not at all. I wore three inch heels and the length was perfect. The only thing I would've done differently is wear my hair up to highlight the cut of the dress better. Would recommend this dress for any spring/summer semi-formal event.

I wore this dress for my bridal shower, and it was perfect for the occasion! Super comfortable, super flattering, gorgeous pattern. Perfect for spring or summer. I'm typically a size 0, but the 2 fit me perfectly in this dress. My only complaint is that the back is slightly open, so you have to wear some sort of camisole underneath if you don't want your bra strap to show. I wish there were some sort of snap in the middle to keep the back together - good idea to keep it open, but who wants to wear a backless bra with an otherwise comfortable dress? Regardless, rent this one! It's amazing!

I ordered a 2L because a 2 wasn't available (I'm 5'6), but with short heals, it worked perfectly. I got a ton of compliments. I didn't wear a traditional bra and it wasn't an issue at all. I generally wear a 0 or 2.

This dress was awesome. One warning though is that you cannot wear a bra because of how the back is cut. I didn't wear one and the ruffles cover up your front chest area. Also I am 5'7" and the Long was about 2.5 inches too long. Even if I wore heels it would be been too long. Other than that it's a great dress that I got so many complements on!

I LOVED this dress! It was a little snug in the bust, but I have a larger chest. The only con was the buttons, but I loved it so much that I was willing to deal with the buttons on the top of the dress not staying closed. I just put a little stitch in the top as recommended by other reviews. I received TONS of compliments on this dress and felt beautiful all night! It was great for dancing and was really a stand out dress! Rent the Runway has the best customer service! My second size in this dress had been ruined by the girl who rented before me. RTR let me choose any dress I wanted as a replacement. I couldn't decide, so they let me choose two additional dresses and included back up sizes. They also included hem tape for the longer dresses! They went above and beyond and I ended up wearing one of the back up dresses to the rehearsal dinner, they took what could have been disaster and made it wonderful :) I wore 2 perfect dresses and felt fabulous all weekend!!

I wore this dress to my bridal shower and absolutely loved it! I'm 5'4'' and it fit true to size and the 12R was a perfect length with the 4 inch heels I wore. The back was more open than I thought so I had to wear a stick on bra. Overall very flattering and beautiful! Would definitely rent again.

Dress was a dream. Wish I had gotten a picture of the back which is open w a keyhole. Also great long option for girls who want to show a little leg bc of the sheer panel and the side slit. I wore w 4 inch wedges and length was perfect. I got compliments all night - people even approached my boyfriend to discuss my dress!!

I loved the way the dress flowed! I wore it to an outdoor barn wedding. I'm 5'7, I rented the 2L because the 2R wasn't available. I wore it with 3 inch heels and was just a tad too long considered how much i had to move around and dance in it, and then it rained! I really loved how the dress showed just enough leg to be sexy but still feel like the mother of the bride! I hated sending it back! The only thing I would recommend is having a BACKLESS bra, the dress has an open back from the snaps at the neck to the waist, I pinned it in the center to cover my exposed bra, would've been even sexier with the right bra!

Fit as expected - I normally wear a 2. Was concerned that the white fabric would be a little sheer, but was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't at all. The dress does have an open back with a keyhole down the middle, which isn't very clear in the pictures here.

I ordered a long but could have worm regular length. Very true to size. Need backless bra.

The dress fit perfectly but was long -- I had to wear seriously high heels to lift the hem off the ground. But I got a ton of compliments on the dress. It was beautiful and unique.

Loved the neck / shoulder line - accentuates collar bone. The slit was perfect height and was fun but not too sexy for a family wedding. Easy to dance in for a long dress. It had a great back - open. Can't wear a bra though if that is a concern. I am 5'2" and had to wear platform sandals and the dress just barely touched the ground.

Wore this to a wedding in Malibu. I was worried about the whole don't wear white thing but the dress really presents as a watercolor more than anything else. It is pretty true to size, a little snug in the rear if you happen to have hips etc. but its covered nicely by the sheer maxi part. The dress is super light weight and really fun. I got compliments the entire day to evening.

I rented this dress for my sorority sisters wedding, and it was amazing!!! I was concerned that the inner skit would be too short for my 5'9 frame and the 3-4" heels I wore with dress, but it all worked out. The dress flowed easily as I walked, and was ok when I sat and danced. Due be mindful of the lining riding up when dancing but overall the dress was amazing I love it.

This dress is perfect for the beach. Easy to wear. Got a lot of compliments. You could dress it up with heals, but I wore this with flats and it was perfect for a beach wedding. Would absolutely recommend this!

You really need heels to wear this dress, but I thought it made the experience even more fun! It never got caught, and the skirt always had a magical flow. I never felt uncomfortable with the lining length, even when I was sitting down. I rented this for my birthday (during a monsoon!) and every single person I saw complimented me (no joke!!!). BCBG, my favorite designer, did not disappoint!

This dress is so pretty. However it's worth noting: -it's short. The dress under the maxi part is super short. In 5'10" and got the long and still wore little shorts under. -there is no back so you can't wear a bra or have to be ok with it showing. -the snaps at the neck come undone all the time. Nothing a safety pin can't fix.

The fit is good but the snaps on the back wouldn't stay shut well so I improvised with a quick stitch, making the back open into a V. It looked lovely that way and was one less thing to think about. BIG WARNING to my bootylicious sistas! If you're tall and got badonkadonk - get the Long version because the 6R had the skirt just under my tush. It was a little bit of a risk at times and made getting down and funky just a touch more complicated. I didn't wear any bra with it and it was perfectly fine fyi, panties, the skirt is relatively see through - so nude is best.

RTR told me about a week before the wedding that the original size I wanted was returned so damaged that they couldn't send it to me. They offered to send me the bigger size and then ANY other dress I wanted to rent regardless of price. I ended up just wearing the bigger size because I was so in love with the dress. I got so many compliments and it was very comfortable! The snaps at the back of the neck kept coming off so I had to reinforce and make sure you wear a bra with a low back! Love my first experience with RTR :)

I rented this dress for our science museum's Butterfly Ball, which was a rooftop masquerade. It was summery, fluttery, and perfect for the occasion, with its movement and botanical print. I got many compliments on the dress through the evening, and I felt beautiful. The only possible issue--the short underskirt does tend to creep up, especially when sitting, so you have to stay aware of it. The outer fabric is delicate--the dress had a small snag in the long skirt when it arrived, but it wasn't noticeable. I would rent this again for a fitting occasion!

I have big hips and butt so it was kind of tight in that region. I'm also 5'10" and it felt a little short I was constantly checking to see if it was riding up in the back but I got a lot of compliments and took some great pics so overall it was a successful rental!

This dress worked well for 3 different events I had in one day (ordination at church, graduation party and reception). The back was out so I wore a sweater for church and had a bandeau to cover my bra for the other 2 events. It was pretty long but at 5'2" with a 5" wedge, it was perfect. There were a full pulls in the dress when I got it and some strings hanging from the slit, but nothing too noticeable and I still got plenty of compliments on it.

The dress is so pretty! I loved the details like the open back and the layers on the bottom! A few things to be aware of... A) you can't wear a bra, so be prepared for that, B) the dress was pretty tight on the bottom half, so if you have a booty you *may* want to size up, C) the skirt under all the layers is pretty short and rode up all night (could be because of the booty)... But still a fantastic dress! You will get many compliments!!

Rented this for a beach wedding in Laguna, had a fantastic experience with rent the runway (again!)! I originally ordered a 0R and 2R and they didn't have the 2R so they sent me 2 additional dresses I didn't even ask for. This is my favorite out of the three dresses I have rented so far. I needed to wear heels, it is a little long but as others have commented, it is still manageable to walk and dance in. I wish the waist had been taken in a bit more however, but I recieved a ton of compliments as I always do with RTR dresses! Also, there is a keyhole in the back that is not evident in pictures, the buttons at the top don't stay well, but a safety pin solved that for me. Overall gorgeous dress I wish I owned, and another amazing experience with rent the runway! :)

I wore this dress to my rehearsal dinner. I got lots of compliments on it, because it was so light and airy, but really accentuated my curves well. I was a little worried about the top because of the keyhole back, but I actually ended up going bra-less, and it worked out fine! :) The keyhole was a little more open because of the size of my chest. The length was perfect with wedges on. Definitely recommend!

Never have I heard so many compliments. This was the perfect dress for an outdoor, hot summer day. My daughter wore it for an 8th grade promotion ceremony. It was stunning and tasteful. This is a great dress for a tall gal. They only had the size 2L and it was snug my daughter needed the 4r or 6R. The 2L was long and she wore wedge heels even though she is 5'11", it worked out fine. People wanted to take photos with her all day, they loved her dress.

I originally ordered another dress for a party when I got a call saying someone had damaged it. RTR sent me this dress instead and I feel head over heels in LOVE!!! This dress is sexy for any summer event and comfortable. I had multiple compliments throughout the night and felt great :)

I really wanted the size 4, but it was already booked for the weekend I wanted. The size 6 was a tiny bit loose loose but you can't tell with the flowyness of the dress. I'm a bit short (5'3) so I had to wear 5-6 inch heels to keep the dress from hitting the floor. Tip: nude strappless bra - the dress has a really hard open back that doesn't really allow a bra to be hidden. I received many compliments on the dress and it was my first rent the runway experience. I will definitely be using this site for all future weddings.

It was really fun to dance in and the slit on the leg and on the back gave it a sexy twist. I did not need a bra and you could not see thru the material so I wasn't offending anyone.
