The fit was perfect!! I felt comfortable all evening, especially with the length (dresses usually are too short for me as I'm 5'9")!!

Fit was true to size, hung beautifully. Arrived in excellent condition. Since there isn't any stretch to the fabric it did feel a bit snug in rib cage area when sitting but not uncomfortable. It was not a formal affair so I paired it with black cut out sandals.

Beautiful dress!! I got lots of compliments on it and would definitely wear it again. Fit true to size, possibly runs a little on the small side. It's very snug at the waist (more than most BCBG dresses) and I would size up as a backup if you think that may be an issue.

I was so excited to take this beauty out of the package! It was in good condition, no pilling or anything present. The shape of it was very flattering on my smallish bust, and nipped in at all of the right places to highlight my curves. The liner was just a touch tight at my hips, creating a line, but I'm just generally hippy, so I don't think would happen on all 12's that rent it. I wore it to a jewelry designer friend of mine's birthday help at Pump in Hollywood. I felt classy but still youthful and so pretty in this dress! It was easy to move in, had a nice little sway about the fabric at the bottom, and was a good length for me (right at the knee). I would definitely rent this dress again to feature again on my blog, dressedfortime.com, or for an event like a cocktail party or birthday.

BCBG seems to run a bit small. I normally wear a 6 or an 8 and had to get a 10 in this dress. The 8 was very tight. The 10 fit perfect.

The reviews stated the dress ran true to size/small- I found it ran very true to size! I ordered my 'normal' size and a size below (since size above was taken) and I was a bit worried at first, because some people said they went a size up- but my 'normal' size fit just fine. I even felt like the top was roomy, was a tad fitted at the natural waistline, but I wouldn't have wanted it any bigger! Beautiful dress!!!

The dress fit well. I opted for the smaller size because it felt more secure. I loved the lace details and the length was very classy. It was a perfect dress for a November wedding. I would rent or buy it again.

This was the perfect dress for a friends wedding. The cut and fit were perfect, and I was able to dance all night. Everyone loved the dress, and I felt great in it!

Beautiful dress! RTR sent me exactly what I asked for, in exact sizes. I didn't have any issues receiving the dress I wanted for my occasion, and it was exactly as described! Pros: -Dress fit me like a glove! I ended up wearing the size 10 and didn't even need to try on the 12. -Beautiful lace, illusion, & pleating details. Received many compliments! This photo doesn't even do it justice because you can't see the detailing or the back. -Dress was knee length on me (I'm 6'1") so was the perfect length and not too short! -I'm smaller up top and larger in the hips. This was the perfect fit as the pleated skirt is fuller and had plenty of room. The waist, bust, and armhole fit me spot on. Some reviews mentioned you were able to see the bra even if it was strapless so I didn't bother wearing a bra. The dress gave me enough support without one, however I'm a small 36B cup so this may not be the case for larger busts. Some other wearers also mentioned the dress being tight in the rib cage, but I found it a perfect fit and was very comfortable (maybe due to my smaller bust). -I would definitely rent this dress again! Cons: -The only criticism I have for the dress itself would be that the thread loop closure for the button at the center back neck was too large of a loop. The button loop came loose more than a couple times that night, so I would recommend RTR should stitch this loop a little smaller if possible so it doesn't come loose! But this wasn't a big deal in my opinion. -Also, when tracking my incoming package it looked like the tracking mentioned the dress was delivered, when in fact it didn't get delivered until a couple hours later so that created some confusion. But the dress was delivered later that day by 5pm with no issues, so no big deal.

It's hard for me to find skirts and dresses that hit at the knee (I'm 5'7"). This was the perfect length, and very unique looking. Got lots of compliments.

Wore this beauty at an outdoor wedding in upstate NY. Paired it with a leather jacket (already chilly up there!) and some rose gold heels - super chic transition-to-fall ensemble. The high neck and length of skirt keep it on the conservative side, but the lace cutouts and pleats make it special. Found the top to a big tight around the rib cage, but it might just be b/c of my longer torso. Would love to buy / rent again!

Great fit, a bit snug in the chest area if you have a larger bust, I am 5'2" and it hit me at the knee. Numerous compliments!

I rented this dress for a 1920s themed event on the Queen Mary. I rented the 10 & 12. They both fit, but the 12 gave me a little more wiggle room around my ribcage. I LOVED THE LENGTH! I'm very tall (6 feet) and this dress went to my knees. Such a beautiful silhouette giving me a great waist. The lace is gorgeous & the pleats! I can't wait to rent it again

I wore this to a summer wedding. I tried on both the 6 and the 8, but the 8 fit my bust better. It was still a tiny bit tight under the arms, which I didn't love. Also, because the décolleté has lace and the black line in the middle, the design doesn't do anything too flattering for a big chest. However, the dress was elegant and for the most part comfortable. I don't think I would rent it again, but I was happy enough with it for the occasion.

I love this dress!! I was a little worried about the bottom part because I have big hips and I didn't want a dress that would make my hips look even bigger. This dress did not disappoint me! It fitted perfectly and was very comfortable. I got lots of compliments!!!

This dress fit like a glove. It was formal with being sexy with the detailing. Doesn't wrinkle so didn't need to iron it last minute. Very flattering for a pear shape is my guess because its baggier on the bottom but great for any shape! Definitely perfect for a formal occasion.

Size 4 BCBG true to size. Great fit. I'm 5'7" and it was knee length so maybe a little long for anyone shorter. Easy to wear strapless bra underneath. Very classy dress - wore as a guest at a wedding.

I normally wear a size 8 dress, went up to a 10 on this because the 8 was slightly snug under the bust, but my rib cage is a little bit wider than most. I loved the length as well, since I'm tall many dresses come up short. I would highly recommend this dress!

This dress fit really beautifully! The length was just below the knees, which was nice for a formal party. The illusion neck felt classy and appropriate but still pretty. The dress cinched in at the waist and fit my hourglass body a lot better than it looked like it might in the picture!

The dress was absolutely perfect, but it did run a bit on the small side. My suggestion would be to order a size from your normal dress size as a backup.

Really beautiful, I wore it for an award ceremony and got multiple compliments. If you have a larger rib cage like I do, it fits a little tight around there but it wasn't tight enough for me to justify wearing a larger size. The skirt hangs lovely and makes walking around very fun. I'm kind of sad I didn't get the chance to dance in it.

This dress was gorgeous - insanely high quality, great condition and super sexy without being revealing. I ordered a 6 and an 8 as the reviews mentioned it ran a bit small, but I didn't find that at all. The 6 was perfect. My only complained was that the back keyhole section was HUGE and gaped a lot. I had to have my husband pin it, which sort of ruined the effect. Otherwise, gorgeous dress, perfect for dancing.

I'm tall and the dress was long - hit right in the middle of my knees. It's beautifully made but a little tight around the ribcage and some of the lining bunches on the hip. It ended up working perfectly for the 1925-themed party I attended and I received a ton of compliments!

I love that you get 2 sizes for this dress. The 8 fit me, however I chose to go with the 10 for the event as the 8 was just a bit snug around the bust. Otherwise the dress is very comfortable, the length was perfect and it is very pretty in person!

I am usually a size 8, but I decided to go with the 10 because I felt the bodice was very snug and had no give. I am pretty busty (34 DD+) and I needed to keep readjusting the lace detailing in the front. I also felt the back lace closure was very large and the button you are to secure it with was either stretched out, or just too big because it came unbuttoned a few times during the day. Overall, this is a pretty dress and I'm happy with my RTR experience,

This was an out-of-the-ordinary choice for me. There is black lace over a neutral backing except at the shoulders, where it's just the black lace. As others have said, this dress runs small (BCBG usually does). The band below the chest is snug, so it could be a problem for larger chest sizes. It was form fitting around the hips, but the skirt is full. As you can see in the pic, it's also a little longer than other dresses, so it was perfect for the business formal event I wore it to. All in all, a GOOD dress. (But I've had so many GREAT dresses from RTR, that this wouldn't make my top ten list). Renting for 2 more events as I write this.....

I wore this on my anniversary date night to a fancy restaurant. It is so comfortable, and the length was just perfect on my tall frame. I'm almost 6'. Hit me right above the knees.

This dress was perfect for a timeless look. I'm usually about a size 4 however I wore the size 6 for a bit more comfortable feel. I am a 34DD and the size 4 seemed to snug in the breast area. Received many compliments on a classy look. It was nice to wear something other than the typical sequins dresses most wore. Spiced it up with the faux fur shoulder shawl.

The fit was amazing! I generally go between an 8 and a 10, and had to wear the 10, but it was perfect! My boyfriend loved it on me and I got so many compliments. Sorry I couldn't get a picture of the entire dress, I forgot :/ Absolutely a dream though!
