I wore this dress to a rehearsal dinner for a destination wedding and it was perfect for a summer evening event. The band around the waist was tight but it kept the dress in place well.

It fit great! Love that it was strapless and it did no feel like it was falling down all night! It was a little hard to zip at first, but not a big deal! Got lots of complements on it!

Overall dress was great. However I would recommend to size up. I am normally a size 2 (I'm 5'8 & 34D) and I wore a size 6 in this dress and it fit perfectly.

This dress was perfect in every aspect except for the length was a little too long (but I'm 5'2 so that might be it).

Gorgeous dress, received lots of compliments. The 8R was SO tight in the waist ribbon. I was able to zip up but probably wouldn't be able to enjoy the night. The only other size available was the 12R, so ordered that for my backup. Fit great up top, a pinch baggy in the chest pleats (36B) but stayed up all night and looked great. However the dress was sooo long on me (5'2), even with 4in heels i was holding it up all night. Dress seems to run very small but all in all was a great rent. Note - the zipper is really hard to get up on/down all sizes.

I did read the reviews and sized up for my backup size. I'm glad i did! Ended up wearing the 10. I have an athletic body type (with a short torso). So the band was too tight in the 8. If you have a small waist line, this will not be a problem for you. I am 5'7" and had to wear tall wedge heels (outdoor wedding) for this not to be dragging the ground. So if you are short, this could be a problem for you. The lining of the dress is only about knee length, which is nice for when it is hot outside.

I measured 32" on my rib cage and the belt of a size 10 was digging into me. Order up 1-2 sizes. The material is great and the length was perfect to the floor for me at 5'9"

I'm 32DDD, 5'5, 130lbs. Wore this for engagement pics. It was super windy that day so not the best to wear. The lining goes down to the knee area and then it's shear. With the wind and lining it made this look see through at the bottom and clung funny. Ultimately it's a pretty dress and the 6 fit me well but wouldn't recommend for pictures. Better for an indoor occasion!

It ran a little small but it was comfortable and stylish. Able to be paired with all kinds of accessories which was fun!

This dress is soooo pretty but getting the zipper over the ribbon is incredibly difficult. The dress fits everywhere except that one spot and dug into me. Almost didn't wear it because neither me or my boyfriend could zip it up- but luckily had a friend who used to work at a bridal shop work her magic

I normally wear a 0 in bcbg and this was tight around my rib cage (it doesn't stretch). So much that I don't have to worry about it slipping down. There is more room in the chest area so I will wear a strapless bra to fill it in. Note I'm tall and dress touches floor. It's beautiful.

This dress is perfect. Love the print, and the belted waistline nips in so it doesn't go too maternity looking like you see with some maxi dresses. Will definitely rent again.

This was actually a replacement dress for me and I'm so glad I chose it! It was perfect! The fit is true to size, it is a tad long for shorter people but would be perfect with wedges. The colors and print were everything! I'm a huge fan!

This dress is not for shorties! At 5’3 a ton of this dress was dragging on the ground. But that ended up being okay for photos. It looks nice actually with me holding it up and most of the pictures aren’t full length anyway. This dress is super flattering and gorgeous. The zipper does get stuck going over the ribbon. We were afraid we were going to break it, but it does need a lot of force to get over the seam there. All in all, I love this dress and want to buy it for myself!

I'm normally a size 4-6 but I'm glad I read the reviews. Other girls said to size up and they were right! The 6 was just a little too snug and the 8 fit just right. I'm 5'6'' and it was long enough to wear with 2 inch heals. When I changed to flats I had to hold up the dress when I walked, but I didn't mind.

I received so many compliments with this beauty! It's a perfect dress for a summer wedding/occasion. It's light weight and flows with the perfect amount of color. The band around the waist is very snug so size up! I lost a considerable amount of weight and am usually a 6 maybe 8 in dresses, so although I sized up the bust area remained very roomy and wasn't fit. I wore a strapless bra to help keep me in place. I was so sad to return it because it was that beautiful :). Can't wait to rent again!

Overall, I loved this dress. I typically wear a 4 but the ribbon and boning in the bodice were tight so had to size up to a 6. However, I was very comfortable in the dress and it had the added bonus of not needing to wear a bra. I got a lot of compliments and was sad to have to return this dress!

Runs a little small! I am typically a 4 or 6, but this was tight in the band under the chest, especially after eating and drinking, but I was worried the 8 would be too big after wearing for a few hours. No bra needed because fit was tight! Bottom half was nice and flowy! Would definitely rent this one again... lots of attention for beautiful pattern and flattering fit!

Very comfortable dress! It is a bit snug at the waist but very breathable and lightweight. True to size, I'm usually between a 6 and an 8, but decided to go with the 8 to have more breathing room and space in the bust to wear a strapless bra. Loved the colors and fit! Perfect for a summer wedding!

I love this dress! I wore it for my 40th birthday and got a ton of compliments. The only issue I had was with the zipper...getting over the ribbon. It was hard to get up and down. Needed a lot of help from my husband. Also, I was trying to wear the dress too high, and it felt tight in my ribs. Once I moved it down a little, it fit much better. I wore the size 6, but also fit in the size 4, but not quite and comfortably. Highly recommend renting this dress! Super cute and comfy!

This dress was great for Florida. The lining is above the knee underneath so it was super light and cool. But the belted area can get tight. The 6 fit like a glove but if your not sure def go up a size. Would rent this again in a heart beat

I was very happy with this dress! Beautiful color, and tailored fit. I needed my 4" heels for this dress as it is very long! Also, you need to be accurate with measuremenys as it is fitted in the top half. :)

Loved this. Kinda tight where the ribbon hits but helped keep it up for the smaller chested ladies. I usually wear a 4 or 6 and the 6 was perfect. Long dress and I'm tall- must wear heels or you'll be stepping all over it.

This dress was the perfect mix of elegance and simplicity for my event. I wanted a sleek, strapless look, and this dress was it for me! It was slightly tight in the bust- I ended up wearing the size 8, which was a little big otherwise. The 6 would have been a perfect fit if the bust was a little bigger. Nevertheless, I loved this dress and was sad to send it back!

I got so many compliments on this dress. It was perfectly formal enough but not too overdone for a rustic barn reception and outdoor ceremony. The double layered skirt with the bottom layer stopping above the knee helped with circulation and keeping cool in the southern humidity but didn't look any different than if the layers had both fallen to the floor. Highly recommend. I would purchase this dress I loved wearing it so much.

Beautiful, lightweight chiffon maxi. Definitely really snug on ribcage but true to size. No bra needed and probably looks best with fuller B or C due to built in cups. Hit floor perfectly with 3 inch wedges but had to hold dress up when they came off for dancing. Really pretty, lots of compliments!

I have never received a RTR dress with tags still on! How exciting. I love everything about this dress. I'm 5'6 and the reg was a little long. The zipper is hard to get up over the ribbion. Depending on your rib cage width you may need to go up a size. It was tight and made it hard to sit. They only had a 10 in stock so I can't compare to a 12. I wear medium shirts and narrow but I could of used a little more room.

Super Chic! Extremely comfortable with room for just about any cup size. Easily worn for picnic, shopping with the girls or a Caribbean vacation. The dress runs large in the bust area so I would recommend sizing down for this number. Love the print!

Another gorgeous maxi from BCBG! The colors and pattern of this dress are absolutely stunning, and you are bound to get a lot of compliments with this style. This is a very fitted dress at the waist and bust, however, so we recommend going up a size for your backup style. In addition, because there is a built in bodice for this top and it is a smaller fit, this look would work best for women with an A to C cup, as it may be uncomfortable for women with larger busts to wear. Try pairing this dress with a statement necklace and wedges for a fun, summery look!

There is a ribbon around the waist that makes the dress run really small and hard to zip up. Definitely, size up if you consider getting this dress. Additionally, I'm relatively short so I had to wear my highest heels so the dress wouldn't drag.

This was actually my backup dress I got for a wedding. After reading other reviews I sized up and went with a 6 but unfortunately this was too big, mostly in the chest area (I'm 5'5", 125lbs, and a 32D). Also, it was really hard to zip where the band is right below the bust! It was a comfortable dress and I think in the right size would be adorable for a wedding. I didn't end up wearing it this time though.

Overall, the dress was exactly as described and fit well. The regular was long, so definitely wear heels. The waist fit well, but the bust was a bit big - I'm not sure if the dress was designed this way or it had been stretched out from previous wears; usually a 4R is well fitted to an A-cup, so that was frustrating. I recommend if you have a smaller chest, use tape. Liked the design and the dress was lightweight, which was great for a summer wedding.

Dress was slightly small, and mine had a defective zipper... though I was able to get it to work the day I needed it! Dress has very little give, so I would order a size up. But I received so many compliments on the dress!
