The only negative is that it's completely sheer so you have to own the correct layers/under garments.

Runs large so I wore it with a belt and that did the trick. Super cute and flattering.

I wore this a couple times, once over slacks and once as a skirt over capris, for a fundraising dinner and an art opening. Completely out of my wheel house for this long flowy shift but it was very lovely and hung nicely. Fabric is see-through, so needs a tank underneath.

This dress runs large as other reviewers mentioned. I am usually a size Small, sometimes a Medium, but for this dress, I felt the size XS looked best. It's very comfortable and forgiving. I was originally a bit worried that I would look frumpy it in because my legs are short and anything midi length tends to be a bit hard for me. But the print and black actually was pretty flattering and I received lots of compliments on the dress and I was able to style it with both flats and heels. I liked it so much I wore it to two events, two days in a row, just with a different layer on top.

I wore this for an important day of meetings, followed by dinner with a friend. It was great - free-flowing and forgiving for nearly any body type, without being too boxy. A little tight at the neck, but not too restricting.

This was really cute but I ended up not wearing it because it isn't lined. If I had a black tank dress/slip, it would be perfect.

Beautiful top layer (must be worn with a slip or leggings/cartwheel shorts and a tank). Spanx wouldn't work well as a bottom layer with this because that is how sheer it is. I wore it as a tunic to work. The two hooks that keep the collar closed at the back of the neck kept popping open and the worst part is that I couldn't feel it happening. I had to let my long hair down to cover the wardrobe malfunction. I'm sure it wasn't a RTR quality issue but more of a design flaw. Beautiful print, modern and feminine style but I will likely not rent again.

Beautiful. Button difficult to button closed! Hangs perfect on my skinny body have worn with spanks skirt and cami under and also unseeable long tank with cuffed skinny jeans velvet stilettos. No wrong way to wear it!!!!!

Would rent again. Long in a petite person but made it work. Wore a body fitting dress underneath and belt to cinch raise. Pockets were below hips but they're not noticeable and still useful.

Loved it so much I bought it. Couple of things to note. I wore a black slip under it as it was pretty sheer. Also, the collar is cut close to the neck. So when you get in the car, you can clothesline yourself if you're not careful (i.e., sit on the back of the dress so that it pulls the front and therefore kind of chokes you). But, once you figure out that little trick, it's fabulous. Easy, breezy, and tons of compliments.

Very pretty, comfortable dress with great pockets! Runs big and is very loose, so I added a belt. Forgot to get a photo, but it was good with a platinum stiletto heel and platinum thin belt. I thought black would look good but the silver looked better. I'm undecided about the collar. It's good for me because I have a long neck and it's good to hide the decollete' at my age ;) I love the purple.

I got this dress to wear to work...and on a really hot day it was a great option! I had lots of compliments all day :) I wore a slip underneath because it is fairly sheer for the workplace. I am 5'8" and thought the length was a bit odd, hitting just below the knee, so wore it with a skinny black belt to bring up the length a bit and to add some shape. I did find the neck to be a bit tight so left it unbuttoned to loosen it up a bit.

This dress is just lovely. Since I am petite it hit be about mid calf maybe a little longer even, but I loved it. It was flattering and simple yet fun with the collar and color/pattern blocking. I wore a slip underneath just incase since other reviewers said it was sheer, but in my apartment I didn't find it to be so. I wore it just to be safe so you saw it under the white part of top which is sheer. I wore it with sandals and a denim jacket, it being a bit cool out. A perfect piece for whatever the weekend brings.

Flowing and loose fit that was very fun to wear. Pockets and front slit made it move well when walking. It was pretty shear but tasteful - I wore a black skirt slip and strapless bra. I would not wear for work event but it was perfect for vacation weekend with my husband.

This dress is beautiful. The colors are gorgeous and it has a bit of a high-low hem. It's very flowely and not at all fitted, so I recommend sizing down. I wore it to work and a charity board meeting and it got rave reviews. This is that rare dress that truly works for day or night. I will definitely rent it again!

This dress was very flowy and hit mid-calf on me. At first I thought it looked weird, but as soon as I belted it I fell in love. I wore it to work on casual Friday and got so many compliments. Because of its flowiness I feel like anyone could wear a size up or a size down from their usual size and not have a problem.

Very Sheer, but forgiving

There was nothing wrong with this dress, it fit great and was in good condition. I just realized it wasn't my style so I ended up wearing something else.

I really liked the pattern, and movement of this dress. But, you definitely need to wear a slip underneath !

As a shift, the shape of this dress can be troubling for anyone who doesn't look like Taylor Swift. I have her boyish frame, but not her height, so this ended up looking a little more formal on me than preferred due to how long it ended up being (mid-shin). To dress it down, I put my hair up in a messy braided bun and wore brown flat sandals. It was so light and pretty to wear, so I made sure to get 2-3 wears out of it, but it's definitely trickier than my usual dress.

Very comfortable. Looks great dressed up with heels for work or flips for a casual dinner. The only thing to watch is the neckline was a little tight. But this was a lovely, lovely dress. Needs slip if worn to work.

Perfect for the office! I am a very curvy lady, with a little extra paunch these days, and this dress was so comfortable and drapey, without looking like a mumu. I didn't even have to steam it when I received it, which is rare for RTR. Oh, and it has pockets! Note: It is slightly sheer so needs a slip (or courage) and the back closures are hook-and-eyes at the neck, and they did not stay closed for me at all. I just gave up and left it opened. Also, I am 5'6" and it was mid-calf, which is longer than pictured.
