I love this shirt for work. Very comfy. Runs large though! The ties were very long and it's super flowy. I'll rent the smaller size next time. It's a great unlimited choice for work!

Rented this for work and it's really cute. The arm pit area came down long enough to where you could see some of my bra. I'm normally a large but this runs big.

I normally wear a small and this top fit perfectly in an XS. Nice and light.

Looks very feminine and professional for the warmer months. The arm holes were a bit large for me, so I had to wear a cami underneath. The ruffled coat and front tie are a great touch to add interest.

Nice, flowy shirt with a pretty pattern. It was very comfortable and great for warm weather. I wore it to work, but it would be fine in more casual situations too. I normally wear L, but took others' advice to size down and it fit well -- still roomy enough but no problem with armholes. Buying this versatile piece!

This top was nice for casual wear, and it could be dressed up for work with a blazer pretty easily. The pattern was pretty, and the material felt nice, but the two strings in the front were a little long and annoying after awhile. Definitely worth renting and giving a try though!

I am eight months pregnant and started a job that requires me to wear business casual clothes. Since the only work attire I owned before this was scrubs, I turned to RTR for tops to mix and match. Loved this shirt! Perfect for the office. A little short thanks to my bump, but it wasn't noticeable to anyone else other than me.

Fits well...somewhat loose for a larger chest so that is good.

This runs slightly big and I agree with the previous review that the armholes on this shirt are unusually large.

This was just okay - and didn't flow over my hips (pear shape) the way I wished it had.

OK looking - not that exciting

Don't rent this if you are a triangle or hourglass. It fit great on top and was very very tight across my hips. I wanted to love it but I couldn't make it work.
