Great jacket, not waterproof haha. Wore this between five national parks. A little boxy but still good for a chill trip.

Warm and preppy, great fall piece. Bonus that you could theoretically carry two whole bottles of champagne in your pockets with you.

Wore this in Ireland & fit great. I preferred it being a big oversized to layer underneath but still being light enough to carry it throughout the day when it got warmer

I rented this last minute for a pop of green for Saint Patrick's Day and was very pleased! Very comfortable and kept me warm throughout the day. Would rent again!

Barbour is classic and nice quality. This is the perfect fall jacket in Minnesota. Oversized fit. You can definitely go down a size.

Fit is square so definitely doesn’t help accentuate a figure but has awesome pockets and was still cozy even though it’s a thinner jacket - loved!

The fit of this jacket was great. The color is nice and the exaggerated color wasn't as out of place as I thought it might be. I really liked this jacket!

This jacket is very comfortable and adds a little polish to any outfit. It also has plenty of room in the arms and shoulders, which can be a struggle for me. The shape is a bit boxy, not form fitted. I've rented this jacket twice and love it for cooler days. It's not really heavy enough for very cold temps though.

Should have bought this. I wore it all over on multiple trips. Perfect for different ranges of weather. Highly recommend

I really enjoyed wearing this jacket. I had to get a size up (my size was unavailable). Was super handy for fall football games and I layered underneath. Preppy and cute!

Perfect fall jacket going into the colder months. Love the cord collar detail. Roomy sleeves for sweaters or sweatshirts underneath too.

Definitely note this runs true to size. I went up thinking I should with a coat and it was too big and boxy. Really cute and warm otherwise

Both my husband and I adore this jacket so much. It’s almost gender neutral with just a little feminine touch. Oversized, so it’s perfect to layer in for even northeast winter. The jacket itself is also very warm surprisingly due to its thin touch, and I love the big pockets in two ways that makes it so practical

Purchased it prior to renting and am very happy with it. I have a lighter quilted jacket and wanted one a bit heavier and this was perfect. Great with jeans and boots. Used the pockets for both mine and my husband’s stuff on a recent outing…was not cumbersome at all

Love Barbour but runs big!

Order at least one size down. I was swimming in this even wearing a sweater. It's got a boxy fit.

A perfect spring or fall jacket. It does run large but that made it easy to wear thick sweaters underneath. I'd rent this again but size down.

Could probably size down but liking the oversized fit. Wore it multiple times, great weight - warm without being heavy and did fine with some wind.

Loved this coat - the color, the contrasting collar. It was a big big so I sized down. I’m going to size down one more time. Loved the pockets - deep straight pocket for phone, slant pockets for hands.

I kept this for a few months-- such a great fall jacket. Definitely size down on this one. I'm usually a size 10 or a Large in jackets and the 8 was still roomy enough to fit a sweater underneath.

Mid weight, comfy, big pockets for stuff if you need it

It runs big so I recommend downsizing, but oh, is this a fine coat, especially for layering with a big sweater. Great for cloudy days and not bad at repelling light drizzle. Loved it. Bought it!

I wear Barbour jackets in both US size 4 or 6. This was a 4 situation meaning it runs big. I am normally a 00 or 0 in tops/jackets for reference. My mom and I shared the jacket while she was visiting me during the crisp early December (35-50° F) in NYC. She is a size up from me in tops/sweaters and my height. The jacket fit perfectly over her oversized sweaters and turtlenecks s as she braced colder evenings just fine. The outer pockets are the double layer kind where you can put stuff in from the side or the top. Always a good touch. I like that it is a boxy for Barbour as it is more breathable. Way more breathable than their waxed cotton jackets. The collar is dramatic/large, so if you have super narrow shoulders, it might drown you out. I felt that way at times, but my mom said it looked good on me (and she would keep her opinions to herself if she thought otherwise, lol). Anyways, we now own this jacket since we can share it when I’m home over the holidays in mild California.

New review: Got a 10 and think I could even size down one more. Enjoying the jacket. Took it on a trip to the East Coast and it was a very good travel jacket (although given the color it does not go with everything). Nice pocket configuration. Old review: I got a 14 and if I were to try it again I would get two sizes smaller. Did not wear out because of how massive it was. Bummer because I am interested in this brand.
