RTR customer service really is phenomenal. The earrings I originally ordered were unavailable at the last minute, and they sent a pair of replacement earrings I personally didn't like. I called asking for advice on a different pair, and the customer service rep talked me through five different options I was considering. This pair was initially at the bottom of my list, but the RTR rep talked me into renting them. I'm so glad she did! They were light-weight, comfortable, and stunning as a classy statement earring. Perfect for a formal event.
