I have somewhat broad shoulders and this dress fits so comfortably. The material is perfect for a summer wedding. For other petite ladies, 2in.+ heels are recommended as the bottom would drag in anything shorter. Loved this dress and highly recommend it if you want to feel like you're floating when you walk.

I wore this to a summer wedding and it was really breezy and comfortable. Very easy to wear. I did use a sticky bra because the back is open. And I'm 5'10" so the slit came up pretty high for me, so tall girls be aware!

Felt so pretty, very leggy though. I have a small bust so needed fashion tape for sure. Straps were adjustable but kept coming loose a bit. Still loved, so many compliments

Received so many compliments on this dress at an outdoor mountain resort wedding! Things to note: the midsection has little to no give, the front cowl can be revealing when bending over, and the slit comes up quite high. None of that was a big issue, and I imagine that safety pins and/or fashion tape would solve any of those concerns!

I had a formal event to attend and this dress was soooo flattering on my curvy body type. I’m a 4/6 and the 6 fit perfectly so I’d say it runs a tad small.

This dress fit me pretty perfect - not too tight or loose anywhere. Straps are adjustable and I used one strip of fashion tape on each side of my chest to keep the top in place. Length was great on me with 2.75 inch heels. Only thing I felt aware of was the slit, it does sit pretty high and during a windy, outdoor wedding... I occasionally needed to hold it closed when walking around. I probably wouldn't have flashed anyone, but can't be too safe. 😅

This was the prettiest dress I’ve ever worn and got compliments all night. BUT! Reading these comments I thought “surely there’s no way the slit is that high!” However, it was literally up to my hip and showing my underwear. I pinned it closed which was fine but that is definitely something to consider for a more formal event, as there was still a bit of a gap above the pin.

Floral and elegant! I loved this dress at my friend’s wedding! It is cowl neck so my itty bitty gals like me might need a little tape but it stayed in place no problem.

Fit perfectly and no bra needed due to the beautiful draping.

Dress has dark blue, light gray and white flowers. I'm also 5'9 so the dress was right at my ankles so tall girlie is not floor length. I used silver shoes as silver accessories.

This fit like a dream. Draped beautifully, so flowy, adjustable straps were clutch. Not clingy at all. I felt elegant and would wear a million more times if I had the occasions.

Very pretty blue, and lovely pattern. I am usually a 6, but sometimes a 4, and the small wound up fitting a little better around my chest (ie less loose for a cowl neck). The material is thin and not lined (except around the abdomen) which made the dress flowy when walking; I would recommend it for the warmest of nights. I also didn’t quite have ideal undergarments as it’s slightly see-through (need flesh colored underwear) and the back is low and the slit is high (almost ‘bikini-wax-required’ high!). But lots of compliments and I felt very sexy but comfortable as the bodice wasn’t too tight and the straps were adjustable. Would definitely wear again.

The formal dress selection on RTR hasn’t really been up to par lately but this one had everyone complimenting me all night! It was so hard to return bc it was absolutely perfect! 10/10 would rent again!

So much fabric at the bottom even though it’s a little shear on the bottom and around the chest not enough to really see through and the slit while high on a shorter gal did not feel like I was flashing 99% of the time. Straps are adjustable wish I filled out the top more but this was still lovely and fit well even after a full dinner. If I could buy this post rental I would!

LOVE the pattern on this gown. It's such an elegant blue. I'm not always the biggest fan of a cowl neck, but it's flattering in this fabric. The straps are adjustable so you can make the neckline higher/ lower to fit more bust sizes. There's no give in this fabric so size up if you're between sizes. Note that it's FULL open back.

True to size, but I would have liked a looser fit, so next time would get a larger size. I updated my size to show my postpartum weight. I’m currently still nursing, so the top didn’t fit me the way I would have liked…I think this dress would be way more flattering on smaller chested women. The bottom part is pretty sheer, so keep that in mind if wearing shape wear. The slit goes all the way up to your underwear line; I used dress tape to close up about six inches of the slit and it was perfect. For taller girls (I’m 5’8) this is not the dress for you if you’re looking for a floor length dress. It came to above my ankles. I got lots of compliments and felt confident in it (except for the chest area and the back, which is very tight).

The fit was a little snug around my stomach, but not uncomfortable. I didn't need a bra, but wore stickies just to be safe. The slit is a bit high and the back is low-cut. It's got a formal, but fun vibe.

This fit the bill for a Labor Day weekend wedding with a "summer formal" dress code. I didn't think it was particularly flattering on my waist/hips, but lightweight enough for the hottest of days, easy to dance in, and adjustable straps make it a perfect rental.

Love this dress! Only con was the slip was pretty high up, but if it’s not windy then no issues!

Liked this one more than I thought I would

The photos don’t do this fabric justice. It flows beautifully and was really nice quality. The low back was nice with adjustable straps. I still felt secure on the sides, just be careful bending over. I did feel that the midsection was a bit tight and it highlighted any bloating, but worth it overall!

The dress is comfortable and definitely great to dance in. My only concern was I didn’t realize how low the thickest coverage went!

Loved this dress for a wedding. I'm 5'2 and struggle with finding petite friendly formal dresses on RTR but this dress worked well with a heel. It is fitted and thin material but the cut was flattering on me.

This dress was perfect for a formal summer event. Beautiful lines nice flow of the skirt allowed me to stay cool during a very hot summer formal event. Lots of compliments.

I ordered both the XS and the S size and while both “fit” me the Small definitely fit and draped better. It’s hard to tell from photos but the bust material is definitely slightly see through so highly recommend nipple covers with this dress

This gown was perfect for the tony awards - it’s comfortable, doesn’t wrinkle, is the perfect length for my 5’2” self, and I can’t wait to wear it.

Both the small and medium fit similarly - I sized up for the length with heels and it was perfect! Giving 4 stars because the slider buckle on the back of the straps was plastic and a little bulkier so not the most comfortable to sit with for a long church service - but otherwise it was great and flattering!
