Even though it’s a shell jacket, I was warm enough while skiing with two thermals underneath. The pockets are a bit oddly placed but I loved the look and was stopped by so many people to ask where it was from.

I sized up with this. This is a shell, so you’ll probably want to wear a vest underneath. I got so many compliments.

I wore a down vest under this windbreaker, but really I needed a 2nd jacket under it. I'm giving it a 4 because its not a winter ski jacket (which is what I wanted). It would be great for Spring skiing

I wore this skiing over a regular puffer jacket in 19 degree weather and it worked great. Pockets are in a weird place so just don't expect to be able to use them with your hands but it had a handy cell phone pouch and I loved the jacket

Everyone loved this jacket. The pockets are bit odd for normal use, but I fell in love with everything about it otherwise.

I would have sized up! I used this as a winter biking jacket, so I was layering over a base layer and short Patagonia puffer. It was fantastic at blocking the wind and was great for my use case. But even without the layers it was a bit tight over my hips. The pattern is a little more primary color in person than in the picture. I got lots of comments (compliments too) on how bright it is.

I wore this shell a few times and love the color and fit BUT its literally just a shell and will NOT keep you warm. so if you plan to wear on the slopes, you definitely need another layer underneath. the pockets are also in a really weird spot - up high on a diagonal - an unusual design choice, so not possible to stick your hands in your pockets to keep them warm.

I thought this would have some warmth. It’s basically a rain shell. Could not use to ski. Disappointing.

I wore this one day of skiing but struggled with the pockets not being normally placed, and the zipper is sticky. That aside, it's a great shell that pops against the snow, and it made me easy to spot.
