This is exactly the kind of top that I want from RTR! So fun and extra, and not something I would buy permanently for my closet. I had to rent a larger size, but I just pulled the back tighter and safety pinned it. Also though it's a sleeveless backless crop top - the bright red color means it can be styled for the holidays!

If it wasn't so expensive, I would have bought it! It's high-quality, unique and the open back...wow! I didn't have any wardrobe malfunctions due to the single hook like some other reviews mentioned. 10/10

I was a little unsure of how I was going to style this top when I rented it, but the fit was SO GOOD. I wore it for a night out in NYC and people were stopping me on the street over it. Fully open in the back and danced all night without worry of a wardrobe malfunction. This top is such a statement and fits like perfection

Such a cool top!!!! The only thing is the clip in the back doesn’t stay closed at all so you’ll probably have to safety pin it closed to avoid any mishaps :)

Loved this top! The red fringe detail is such a statement — I got compliments everywhere I went. It moves beautifully and really elevates a simple outfit. I wore this to a luxury car meetup and paired it with RTR’s Baum und Pferdgarten: The Nikita Trousers for a sporty look. I got many compliments! I read previous reviews about the back so proactively had my husband safety pin me and it was secure all night. I had to use boob tape on the girls to keep it looking cute.

I LOVED IT! Wore it to two separate events and people stopped me to admire it. Sexy but not overly revealing. Tighten the clasp in the back bc you will be bare underneath. 10/10!

I would love to buy this. Babies in my restaurant kept wanting to touch my shirt. I got so many compliments all night. Wore it twice and truly loved it. I see people complain about the clasp but you just need to get someone to close it tightly with pliers or something and then it won’t budge. So worth it.

this top is super fun and I got tons of compliments. It fits a little boxy/ oversized but thats the look . The clasp in the back did come undone a couple times. I wore a tank underneath because the back is slightly open

Loved this top. It was a lot of fun for an evening party. The only issue was that the hook (the only thing that kept it closed), would come undone if you weren’t standing straight up. Overall, still a win!

This shirt is so cute and so so impractical. It is held together by a single hook and eye clip. My boyfriend had a heart attack as it came unfastened all over downtown Chicago (see photo). Keep your shoulders back, head high to avoid disaster!…or just pin it. I double safety pinned it by the clasp for the second wear and it was comfy and cool all night, though I was told it looked like I was wearing post it notes.

It's a really unique top, the hook in the back needs to be squeezed pretty tight to lock it in, it kept popping open before I realized to do that :)

Didn't feel like it was the most flattering, a little bit awkward shaped, but got a lot of compliments. Definitely a cool, unique piece. Main downside was there was one tiny hook to keep it closed and it kept coming undone so I had to use a safety pin to keep it on.

The shirt is open in the back and held with one single clasp. It falls off easily and drops to the floor.

I was so excited to get this, but it is completely unwearable. The entire shirt is supposed to be held together by a single open hook on the back neck. It would unhook and fall off within 30 seconds of putting it on. Since you can’t wear a bra with the open back, your breasts are completely exposed as the shirt slides right off your body. I’m really surprised that such a widely expensive shirt is so poorly made. Will never rent this brand again.
