Runs a little small, actually had to wear it with the zipper slightly open, but luckily the silk part covered it up. I loved this dress because I could wear it to work and it wasn't overly dressy, and could also wear it out or to a wedding if I wanted. I loved the asymmetrical lines and got a ton of compliments on it!

I LOVED this dress. Made me feel so chic! The top IS VERY small. However it was perfect for me- I am narrow in the chest and have smaller boobs (34b). No bra needed. Loose and flowing on the bottom and not nearly as confusing to put on as I was thinking. There's a hint of sexy with the front slit. Paired with metallic strappy heels and my birthday was unforgettable!

I knew from the moment I saw it that I HAD to rent it. The draped and twisted fabric is so unique. As everyone else noted, it runs small in the chest and the fabric is thick with no stretch. It's also a little complicated to put on - but totally worth the effort. I loved it so much that I wore it to work too, even though I felt a little overdressed I had to wear it one more time before sending it back.

Great dress once you can get it on. The pic shows the top wrapped twice, I only twisted it once and I think that's right. One side of the twist will be shiny fabric and the other will be matte, that's normal. I suggest sorting the top of the dress out on a hanger and then carefully slipping into it rather than doing it once it's on. The fit is great, I'm a 34a and didn't need a bra but wore one for shape. The dress is a little tight so if you have bigger boobs, definitely size up. The zipper is difficult but grab a friend and you'll get it on. The slit is sexy and shows leg but is still sophisticated and not too much, and I wore for a work event at a hotel in downtown Chicago. I also wore with matte black leather pumps (photo taken at the end of the night at home, sorry!)

Even with a post graduate degree and multiple certifications, I could not duplicate the configuration of the draped top layer as photographed with the model. I even tried laying it out before carefully shimmying into it and I failed. It wouldn't be fair for me to comment on the fit because I couldn't get it on properly which was a major disappointment. If you're adventurous, limber and very patient try the dress, it looks like it would be great if anyone can get into it properly.

Didn't wear because it did not fit right at all. Way too tight around the arm holes.

Couldn’t zip up. The chest is tiny. I don’t know whose chest that would cover. Normally I’m a 6, ordered the 42R and it was a disaster.

I couldn't fit this past my upper chest, it was so small. However the dress is made very nice and I could tell if I could fit my large self into it, it would be an eye catching design and comfortable.

I was not expecting the tank bodice to be made out of such heavy non-stretchable material . Size 40 fits like a store in the bust.

I was so excited to wear this dress but unfortunate I couldn't zip it all the way, so definitely order a size larger than normal. The panel in the middle around the hips is a little poofy though, so it looks a little odd there, but it's still balanced by the top details.

Couldn't get it zipped from the waist up. Laughably tiny in the chest. The dress is gorgeous and the hip area fit perfectly so I had very high hopes. I honestly think that getting the 8 might be the only way this could fit. Sent it back the same day.

This was the most complicated dress to put on. It is especially generous in the hips and incredibly small in the top. The top is so small it looks like you are wearing an ill fitting sports bra under a dress. I really wanted to love this so much that I ordered both the 38 (6) and the 40 (8) and both were to tight in the bust and I'm a 36B. I'm a true 6 and the 38 was big in the hips (and I'm not small in the hips) but wouldn't even come close to zipping at the top. I needed an additional 4 inches. The 40 (8) would zip but it was sooo tight. The asymmetrical overlay looked great in the back but strange in the front.
