I may have missed this in my selection process but this shirt has an opening in back taking it from appropriate office attire to a strange night out? Overall, I would order your normal smaller size and be aware of opening in back.

A little boring until you realize the back has an interesting opening. Fun way to dress up jeans and loafers. The material felt dressier than I expected and I liked it!

I love this fabric since it doesn't wrinkle which made rewearing much easier.

Fit perfectly with no gapping, Solid weight, so hung well/did not ride up. Soft satiny sheen but not unprofessional. Loved the belted waist. The cutout in back is subtle and not an issue for work.

I simply did not spend much time looking at this listing before choosing it. The elastic bands in the back do separate the bottom half of the shirt from the top.

Wear with or without a black slip top depending on the occasion.

This top is perfect, and as such, I ended up buying it for keeps. If you have an hourglass figure like I do (which can be troubled by some tops), you'll love what the belt does for your shape. The small opening in the lower back area gives it a fun flare, and lest I forget, the material feels amazing as well. I felt great wearing this top whilst attending a semiformal concert with a friend.

This item does have a vent type opening in the back but still looks work appropriate. Looked nice and was comfortable.

I ordered this quickly and did not noticed the opening the design had in the back. It was a nice extra flare. I could have ordered one size smaller though.

I wear black all the time and this was a nice way to elevate my usual look. Loved the epaulets and the "open waist" was a total surprise to me, but somehow looked good and pulled it together.

Very impressed with the quality and style. Looked even better in person!

I have pants that match. It made a cute set. I almost bought it. Still thinking about it.

The fit was as expected

Wore this as a nursing-friendly top for an elevated everyday look, and really liked it. I agree with the other reviews that the back cutout would be weird for work, but for fun it is cute (and was just a hint of skin on me). Ran a bit large as the 8 had room to spare while I’m currently closer to a 10 in most things. Lost a fifth star because it felt a bit longer than it should have been and the fabric was not at all breathable (even though it felt high-end on the skin).

Cute top, wore several times for work. The slit in the back is weird but it was easy for me to adjust the fabric so no skin was showing for work. The tie detail adds some fun to a button down collared top, appropriate for work and comfortable and cute.

I like the concept because belts are slimming and it covers up my belly. Slightly did it for me, though, the opening in the back was a little weird and the material was like an evening gown and slippery. Most long sleeve shirts I have to cuff because I’m so short and these did not want to stay cuffed because of the material. I would’ve liked it to be a little more structured and not so drapey. It was really cute with a black tweed mini skirt and black nylons. Glad I gave it a chance, but I probably wouldn’t wear it again. Sizing was just right for me.

I worked this to a holiday party with leather pants. It’s cute but the cut out in the back exposed my back which was a surprise to me. It’s not my fave body part and I wouldn’t rent again.

The material is thicker than expected and black! Based on the photo I was expecting a deep olive green but upon reviewing I see black is provided in the description. I thought this would be more luxe. It’s coarser and doesn’t lay lay smoothly. I’m not thrilled with this rental.

The opening in the back was totally not clear based on the photos and description. That said, you can hide it if you need to. Otherwise, the cinched waist is really flattering!

I thought this would give me a more refined waist but it did the opposite. It gave me a bigger bump with a bow wrapped around it, bummer because I really liked the open slit in the back.

There's an awkward open back to this shirt right around where the bow is.
