I wore this dress for senior graduation photos and absolutely loved it. The ruffles on top add some classy and unique flair. However, the dress definitely runs small and the fabric is not very stretchy. I rented a size 0 and even when I used spanx AND a corset under the dress it was still difficult to get it over my hips and ribcage. I'd definitely size up. (usual dress size: 0-2, bra size: 30 D, waist: 25 in, ribcage: 29 in, hips: 32 in, leg inseam: 31 in, weight: 120 (ish), height: 5' 6")

My friend (pictured) wore this dress so our sizes are different. She is 5 foot, big chested and typically wears a size 6. The dress definitely fit true to size and was beautiful. The color was great and she didn't need to wear much jewelry because the dress spoke for itself.

Please don't be like me and assume you don't need to size up lol, I'm normally a 2 and got a 2 and a 4. The 4 was SUPER tight. A 6 would have been more comfortable. It's definitely a restrictive dress but I loved it!

I really wish they just put a slit in this for walking purposes. I still wore bc I didn’t have any other options for my charity gala but at least it’s beautiful

I wore this for work on Valentine's Day and got so many compliments. As a Maitre'D in a NYC restaurant, I'm always looking for pieces that are flattering but sophisticated. This was just that. Length was perfect, color is divine, and it hugged all of my curves beautifully. The top piece on my chest needed to be held down with body tape but other than that is was amazing.

The dress fit perfectly. I’m 5ft 3in. Size 2. However the front flap had to be adjusted several times so people can’t see down my chest. Also the bottom of the dress made it hard to walk a little. Otherwise the fabric was a nice thick fabric. So beautiful.

I absolutely loved this dress. It's elegant, tasteful, and edgy. It looked amazing and I received so many compliments. I ordered both the size 8 and 10. The 8 was form fitting but had some weird bunching in the front. I ended up wearing the 10 for a more comfortable evening. The advice about the double sided tape was very accurate. It's a must for keeping the flap in the front up.

Don't judge my boots! The event had a Texas theme. The dress is very snug. I wear a 10 regularly and I wore a 10, but the dress had no give at all. The top is oddly tight and the bottom fit more like normal. Someone said in the review that the front flap would not stay up. This is true. I used double sided tape to fix that and had no issues. Overall, I received a lot of compliments and had a good experience with the dress.

One of my absolute favorites! It does run a bit small and the fabric has no stretch, so I do recommend sizing at least one size up. It's a very fitted style, but hides unwanted areas (which made me fall in love with it even more!). I wore it to my cousins sweet 16th and received so many compliments!

I fell in love with this dress due in part to the interesting neckline. The dress fit perfectly. It was very comfortable to wear and I received many compliments.

LOVED this dress! The unique neckline had both friends and strangers stopping me to compliment me on the dress. I've never had so many compliments before! The fit was also fantastic- I have an hourglass figure and this suited me very well. Slightly tight around the hips and knees so I had a bit of a "shimmy" when walking, but it added to the old-school Hollywood look I think this dress has.

This dress made me feel special in a way that my husband felt in love once again. The only thing it run small.

Just like others said, this dress runs small (I'm usually more of a size 6, but ordered 8 and backup 10, ended up wearing snug-but-flattering 8). And you'll want some kind of double-stick tape to hold the top chest piece up. I didn't have too many problems with the issues others mentioned with walking (no slit) and raising arms (because of the style) but I was at a fundraising gala that was pretty much all just sitting and eating. The fabric is nice and thick- super flattering. I felt great in this dress and would wear it again.

First things first. The dress is actually a deep red color. Like a maroon or wine color. Not as red as pictured. It is elegant and classy. The material is very thick...think of a man’s suit jacket thick. So it will hide flaws beautiful. It doesn't have a lot of stretch. I love the length on me. I'm 5'9 so it was exactly knee length on me which was great! Cons: The dress has zero give. It restricted my right arm so hugging people was tricky. Getting in and out of my car, and walking upstairs were tricky because it is tight around the knee. It runs small. I am usually a size 2 however, even the 4 was a tad bit snug on my very small frame. The front flap does not and will not stay up by itself. You WILL need double-sided tape. However, double-sided tape will do the trick wonderfully. I used enough tape to feel very secured and not have to worry about the front flap falling down. It never did. I really loved how I felt in it. I was nervous about renting it so I rented two different sizes and found one that worked. Frankly if you're going to rent this dress, rent a size up AND a back up dress just in case.

This dress is truly beautiful and such good quality. I noticed some reviews mentioned it fit weird, I didn't find that to be the case at all. I am tiny but still have a somewhat hourglass figure - 5'1" and about 102 pounds. The 2 fit me perfectly. ...I wanted to make a statement with my dress and I definitely did that, everyone LOVED it. I will say bc of the asymmetrical top ..I could only raise one arm, which I was fine with. Going to the bathroom was difficult because I couldn't raise the dress up since it was long and tight below the knee (I wish it was above the knee but I'm short) ..in other words, I couldn't get the bottom of the dress over my rear rend and rather had to take the whole dress off to use the bathroom..but this wasn't an issue at this wedding because the bathrooms were big. I still loved the dress and thought it was so classy and beautiful, got so many compliments and I'm glad I wore it!

The dress is really pretty. I wore it for my birthday. Paired it with some nude Louboutin's and the look came out perfectly. The dress runs big and hard to get on if you put it in over the head. Easy to put on if you step into. Also, the flap kept falling down. I had to use double sided tape to make it stand. I wouldn't rent again but was able to pull it off

The dress is well made but has some flaws to make it a comfortable dress. I tried the 8 on first and it fit through the hips/butt but was big in the shoulders so didn't look good. The 6 fit better in shoulders but then was tight in hips/butt but it looked better so I wore it. There is no slit in bottom of dress though so it made it difficult to walk in (a few drinks helped me move better :-) ). The design at the top was a bit awkward too as it would fall over when I bent over. Perhaps not the best dress for a curvy woman but I felt sexy and beautiful!

Gorgeous and I got a lot of compliments, but my norm size is an 8 but it was too tight to be comfortable. The backup size 10 was too big. What's a girl to do? Put on some Spanx and wear the 8. It was still snug. Wish this dress had a little stretch.

I usually wear a size 2, but I got a 4 as a backup, and it was still too small. Although I am bottom-heavy, the fit was tight throughout. The zipper is on the side, so I tried putting it on over my head and it wasn't gonna happen (there is no slit in the dress and the bottom is tapered). I had to step into it through the neckline. That being said, the dress itself really stands out in color and design. It is definitely memorable.

I sized up in this and am glad I did. There is no give in the fabric. It's very pretty if you can sit on a cushion like a princess and do not move. If you actually do need to walk, the front fold will flip down, exposing the ribbon used to hang it up. Oops. As such, I moved very slowly all night long. Let men open the door for you when you're wearing this. Do not bend forward for any reason. Pretend you have a tiara on your head and this dress will work great.

I couldnt wear this. I'm generally an 8/10 but this dress had zero stretch whatsoever. I had to put it on weird bc i couldnt gwt it over my head. I have a larger chest and curvy hips/butt and i couldnt pull the bottom up over my butt if i had to use the bathroom. That was the 8, i was swimming in the 10 and it was huge. Basically if you are curvy dont bother trying this one

Gorgeous detailing and fit-that is if you size up at least 1 size. Just enough design detail to make it special. I am very petite and it hit me just at the knee which I find to be the perfect elegant length
