Great jacket that is actually really warm. Go with your pre-pregnancy weight for sizing.
I am 5'1 and usually a size small in regular clothes at 123lb. I wore this while 7 months pregnant and 148lb. I should have stuck to a small but got the medium which worked fine as well. I didn't realize there was a belt in the side pocket nor look for it, so be sure to do so when you rent. The feathers, do shed. But it is very warm. I'd buy this item. It was a really great pregnancy find.

Most flattering puffer coat I have found!
Fit was great (I'm normally 6 or 8). Very warm. Not too boxy, unlike most puffers. Slight shedding of the feathers inside, but not unusual by puffer coat standards. Held up great in 40 degree weather.
