I rented this as like my third dress for engagement photos (wardrobe changes plus two locations=4 dresses!) I absolutely love how this dress photographed! It was exactly what I had hoped. I felt so pretty! However... there are a few things to be aware of! Many reviewers have said it runs small and they are RIGHT! They only had size 4 when I rented when I knew I probably would need a 6 by those reviews... I decided to try it anyway and wow it was tough and uncomfortable (but obviously worth it when I saw my photos). Let's start with the slip part underneath.... not only was it tight it was so super short - I think you can see it in this photo. You can't tell in a lot of the other photos because the tulle does a good job of covering it but definitely something to be aware of. The tulle is fabulous :) now the top.... ouch! The material is almost a leathery feel but not as thick and it is slightly off whitish, I liked it. BUT it was so extremely tight I could barely zip it up, and even then I don't think it stayed all the way up. I do not have a large chest by any means (small 34C) but my goodness this was tight and FORGET wearing a bra. This made me look a little flattened out but not a huge issue. The other problem was part of the boning had actually come out of the material and stabbed my ribs. I put a little bit of tissue under it and this helped. Sitting down for a car ride in such a tight dress was horribly uncomfortable. I wish I had the size 6 to try!!! Even with all of that said, I'm glad I went for it and wore it. My pictures are so gorgeous, and isn't beauty pain?!

I read the reviews and because everyone said it ran a bit snug I got a 10, but I wish I had gotten a size 8. I wear a 32D bra and it wasn't at all tight, in fact it stood out from my body a bit. Because I only wore it for my engagement photos it wasn't a big issue, but if I had been at a party it would have bothered me. The dress is gorgeous, it had a few snags but with the layers you couldn't tell. It billowed beautifully in my photos while sitting, and though it's sheer for most of the length, you really cannot see through it.

The dress runs small so order a size up. This is a very cute dress for a day wedding.

PROS: off white cream color is not too sterile white for bride. asymmetric waste is more forgiving. toole overlay is flowing and fun with many layers and a solid short skirt underneath it all. Great skirt length! CONS: I normally wear a 0 or 2, but after the dress wouldn't zip over my bust, I went incrementally up to a 6R. STILL the bust barely closed and on the day of the wedding, I was stitched in to keep it from unzipping slowly. (READ: there is no clasp to hold the top of the zipper) Therefore, the dress was a bit big in the waist, and I was not breathing comfortably due to the tight top. One other thing: it was an outdoor wedding and for one reason or another, flies and bugs kept getting caught in the toole of the dress! Little black bugs are noticeable in the white skirt. Overall, I would give this 7/10.

I wore it out after my wedding reception. I received endless compliments felt like a princess! I wouldn't have changed a thing about the dress.

I wore this dress for prom and i got so many compliments from my friends and my boyfriend is absolutely love it. I actually read the reviews and people said that I should get bigger one size but this doesn't work, this dress true to size for me. People please don't wear bra, this dress is not made to wear with bra. And the customer service was amazing, they sent me 2 more dress to one the next day after I called them. Love them so much that's why I gave this 5 stars, one star bonus for the service. Some dress is ivory and some white so... The tulle is wonderful, you could not go wrong with it. I put the belt on because I like some girls wore it with the belt. The back of the dress size 0 have the hole which is the only one thing that I hate from this dress. The dress is comfortable. I wore it to dance all night.

Just walking down the street people would compliment this dress. I usually wear a size 0 or 2, the 2 fit but I have a large chest and it smashed me too much and I went up to the 4 and was fine! I'm pretty short also but the length was great with heels.

Order up as it does run a bit tight in the bust and in the lining underneath the tulle.

I rented this dress for my party/change dress to wear at the end of my reception. Loved it!! You just can't go wrong with tulle :) Just note that there is a dress underneath that the tulle is attached to that has absolutely no stretch whatsoever. The zipper goes all the way down past your butt. If you have a big one like me haha, you will need to size up. I almost never wear a 4 in clothing, but I wore the 4. I could have squeezed myself into the 2 in an emergency, but it was not comfortable. It was large enough up top (for fellow non-endowed girls) to wear a bra, but I forgot to bring one to the reception, so I went braless. It made me look pretty flat, but not terrible. And with the kinda thick taffeta material, you won't see anything. Overall, so fun, so pretty, will rent again in black!

I had no problem driving, walking or dancing in this dress all day long. I absolutely loved the fit and the style even more than when I had ordered it online. Tight around the bust (i'm a 34D and wore size 10) I couldn't wear a bra, but looked great without one

I loved this dress. Usually wear size 2, but read it runs small so rebted size 4 and 6 (just in case).... RUNS VERY SMALL! Ended up with size 6, zipper not so strong I added a button as I was afraid it will open.... Perfect length, loved the dress... Awkard fit in the back where the zipper meets the tulle but got over it moved a lot barely noticed. NO ONE HAD A DRESS LIKE THIS, so that made up for the imperfections. Just had a baby so BEWARE: TIGHT ON BUST, THIGH ON HIPS. If you have too much of both, GO TWO EXTRA SIZES. Second rental so far, this week another rental coming and happy. So manu events I get to look awesome and spend 1/8 of my usuall dress expenses. Yei!

The fit was perfect. I folded the back into a "v" to give it a little flair :) this dress was perfect for my engagement photos. I wanted a fun and fluffy dress that was different from my actual wedding dress!

I really liked the dress. First I got it I was a little bit worried because it didn't look white (the top part looks more like beige as someone said in the review). My wedding was outdoor under bright sunshine so the dress looked white or ivory in pictures though. I usually wear 4 but I couldn't even zip up 4 at all. In 6, my waist was tight so couldn't bend over. But still I think 8 would have been too big for me. I liked some girls' look with a belt on so I bought one from amazon. I think the waist line is not straight. Overall very satisfied.

This dress was so fun and perfect for my wedding rehearsal dinner. It definitely runs small because of the slip underneath, but I got so so so many compliments and felt wonderful in it all night :)

This dress is awesome! It was everything I had hoped it would be. I'm really glad I ordered the 4R and the 6R. They weren't too different except that the 6R had a bit more fabric bunching up right at the waistline. Unless you are a true 2 I would highly recommend getting the 4R, and the 6R as back up, depending on the size of your bust. Sometimes I can wear a 2 depending on the dress, but I don't think the 2 would have fit me. This dress is fun, photographs well (especially while dancing and twirling), and made me feel so pretty. ***Look out for the long tulle back when getting out of vehicles or standing up from a seated position. Your heels can easily catch the back of the dress and tear the tulle.

Obviously taking quite the chance on renting a dress for my wedding, I couldn't be more pleased with this dress! The wedding was in Palm Springs so it was very hot- this dress was perfect for that- very breathable. Also very easy to move around in and great for dancing. The style was awesome and right up my alley for what I wanted- I could embrace the princess but not in a stuffy way. With this dress, the beauty is in the simplicity and the interesting cut. A couple things to be weary of however, there is some bunching in the back which became very annoying. At the last minute I had to run out and find a belt to match- fortunately I did and it added a striking embellishment. The underskirt rides up quite a bit when you're sitting down, so much so that you end up sitting on all the tulle. Other than that, this dress was gorgeous!

I am usually a sz 0 but I'm very busty so I ordered the 2 and I'm glad I did. If you are larger than a large B cup I doubt the 0 would zip. The dress is very comfortable! I wore the 2 long with 4 inch heels. I'm 5ft 5 and it was the perfect length. I got compliments all night long. Just fab!

I wear 34B but size 4 was a little to much on the chest area. Other than that it went well with the veil I got at $15 on Amazon and the earrings I borrowed from RTR too.

This dress was great! I wore it for prom, and it could not have been more fun or comfortable. It was a little loose in the bust, but it never fell down because of the stiff structure, and it did not look as if it were too big. It's a good dress to pair with any type of fun accessory, makeup, or shoe to give it your own personal touch. I received many compliments about the dress.

I loved the dress! I felt like i was a bit overdressed for the event, but received so many compliments and felt so confident in it! I felt beautiful! It fit perfectly, and fell so nicely with heels! I felt like the dress fit like a glove, but was a bit tight when i was sitting down. Overall, felt like the bell of the ball in this dress!

I picked this dress up from the NYC location - heads up if you're going to pick up a dress on a Thursday after 4pm be prepared to wait an hour to try it on. The wait was frustrating but I wanted to be sure that it fit in case I needed a last minute change. I agree with the other reviews, the dress runs small, I fit in the size four which was more snug but went with the size 6 because it was more of an ivory color whereas the 4 was almost a champagne color up top (weird). I fell in love with this dress when I saw it on the model but looking at the reviews I noticed it wasn't as poofy as it seemed in the pictures so I actually used small safety pins to create the poofy look I was going for. Overall great dress for this bridal look that I wanted.

Rented this for our engagement photos on the beach. Our photographer thought the white tulle would look gorgeous in the late-day lighting (she was right!). I read a TON of reviews and decided to go up a size, since I tend to be curvier in the boobs and hips - was glad I did. Definitely not a bra dress, and it's tight all the way through the mid-thighs. No give to the fabric at all, which is OK as long as you have the right size! The tulle is a bit see-through, you can definitely see my legs in a lot of the pictures. Not mad about it, I think it actually looks beautiful, just something to be aware of ahead of time. Also, the dress I received definitely had some tears/holes towards the bottom of the tulle, but you couldn't tell at all in photos. It's hard to avoid snagging tulle on things, so I totally get it. Again, just something to be conscious of ahead of time.

I'm a 34DD, not much room for the girls, so went without a bra. The white slip underneath the dress doesn't cover much, so have a nude longer slip handy to cover your bottom half. I got a bigger size as a backup, but that one didn't cover much either. Loved the dress, I would go a size up if you're curvy or busty. Overall a great length, and zipper fully zipped didn't make it too tight.

The dress sheath was very form fitting and short.

I am usually a size 4 - VERY glad I had the 2 b/c it would have not fit otherwise. Quite comfortable! Highly recommend for a formal affair...or to be a unicorn princess for the night. ;)

I loved the way I felt in this dress, very pretty and light and I loved the mini skirt on the bottom. Only downfall is that the top is super tight! I would not recommend if you're bigger than a C cup unless you size up. I typically wear a 4 and I wish I had ordered a 6 as a back up. I wore this for some wedding pictures and as my after party dress, very fun!

I had the dress shipped to the RTR Store in Las Vegas. The girls couldn't have been more helpful or excited about our elopement. They were trying to doll me up with accessories, most of which I already had back at the hotel, but I appreciated the gesture, so I could see how the dress would look with them on. In the end, I added the random short sleeve cardigan and tied it up to match the V on the dress, because I couldn't stand how fat my arm looked and how much cleavage the bra gave me... Overall, the dress was a great fit, and perfect for the occasion, which was just the two of us, a minister & a witness. You can tell by the quality of the pictures, since our photographer was also our receptionist...lol Welcome to the Fabulous world of Las Vegas Weddings :-) I would definitely recommend the dress for any Bride to be. The tulle, and the bodice are great. Loved the look of the high/low, even if it did add a few lbs that I didn't need...my husband loves me just the way I am

Overall an amazing dress, it was classic. It was the perfect length for me, although a tiny bit loose in the chest area. Great with a statement necklace!

Loved loved loved this dress. Rented it for the Dinner de'Arte white pop up picnic party and it was so much fun. It's more off white than true white, but loved it all the same. Dress for perfectly and stayed up real well. Wish it didn't have the high/low in the back, but made it work.

I'm usually a size 8 but the 10L fit perfectly, so be aware that the dress runs a bit small. Also, there is a short fitted slip underneath the skirt so if you have wider hips you might want to go up a size. On another note, be prepared to have people think you're getting married / moving into a castle with a prince... not necessarily a bad thing but just a heads up. Other than that I have only wonderful things to say about the dress! It poofs out in a flattering way and was the perfect length to the ground. Very happy I rented it.

Fits Great!!! Lots of room to move around. The train wasn't really a problem. Not a True H/L like in the picture. Fell to just about my ankles, showed off my shows well. I picked the 0L over 0R because the regular fell at an awkward spot. COLOR!!! its much more of an cream then white! under florescent lighting (like in my 1st pic) it looks ivory, but in real life, its MUCH darker with golden yellow undertones (second pic is a better rep)! NOT a true white!!!! <- my only complaint to take it away from 5 stars. Don't be surprised by the color like i was! Still got TONS of complements!

I was very surprised when I tried this dress on. I have larger hips and try to rent a-line dresses for comfort. Even thou this is an a-line dress, it is still quite tight in the hips. The other thing that surprised me was how short the lining in the dress is. You can see in my picture how short it was. I guess this could have been fixed with a slip or something... Luckily, I had a backup dress and ended up wearing that instead. Oh, and it runs quite small. I usually wear a 2 or 4 and I believe these pictures were taken in the sz 6 dress. It's a really fun style - so if you can pull it off, I say go for it! But make sure you size up & get an off white slip or skirt to wear under.

I wore this wedding-y outfit to my bridesmaid brunch. The construction of the dress was a bit off-putting -- the dress part underneath the tulle wore more like a size 4 than for the size 12 that the dress was -- I literally couldn't get it over my butt! -- so I had to wear tights underneath. It ended up being a cute outfit, but not what I was expecting.

I wore this to chaperone a hs prom! I think I received just as many compliments and had just as much fun as the kids. For my very first rental, it was definitely a hit!!

The fit was true to size. The slip was a little shorter then I expected but it's not noticeable at all.
