I paired this with black pants and a red Kate Spade tote for an interview. Very professional looking, nice quality. I'm between sizes 4/6 right now so ordered a medium and it was very big but tucked in to the pants looked OK.

Perfect work shirt
Awesome to pair with black work pants. Received many compliments. The sleeves are playful and fun. I thought I wouldn't like the neckline, but it added a cool element. Fit well all around.
