I am 5'6,and usually wear a size 6. The medium was a perfect fit. The material is a little thicker than you might think from the photos, so I am not sure I would recommend it for a hot climate occasion, but overall I loved the dress.

I have a larger chest (36DD) so the top of the dress was a little snug / I felt more comfortable in the large. Other than that I absolutely loved this dress. So comfortable and flattering I would recommend this to any body type!

Fit like a glove! Super comfy. My only problem was that it took a while for any water to dry. I thought I had oil stains on the dress but it eventually went away.

I wore this dress to a ladies luncheon for a wedding. It's a stunning color of blue- slightly darker than in the pictures. It fits snug enough on the bust to not need a bra and still looks discrete. I loved the length and how it show off the leg without being too "young". I would rent this dress again.

I absolutely loved this dress! I wore this for my best friends rehersal dinner and everyone stopped to tell me how much they loved the dress on me. The fit was perfect and RTR was amazing as the first medium size I got had a broken zipper. They sent me a new one the next day and i had it just in time for the rehersal. I wish I could buy this dress and keep it forever. No doubt ill rent this one again!

I was the hostess for my sister's baby shower. This dress was perfect, dressed up but not too fancy for this somewhat casual event. I usually pick small, but went medium just because my chest is a bit bigger than normal (breastfeeding).

Very vibrant and gorgeous blue color. I went braless because my strapless bra was too high in the back and was showing. Not much stretch to the fabric.

It fit wonderfully! The waist was the only part that I was nervous about and it zipped right up. The straps were so pretty and the dress was a perfect thickness that it felt high quality and thin enough for a 85 degree Missouri wedding! The color was perfect for summer and even more rich than shown in the photos.

Received this dress as a replacement for an outfit that was way too big. I was a little nervous because there was no back up size, as it was a replacement, but it fill almost perfectly. There was no give in the waistband but fortunately it was not too snug. I wish I had a picture of the back, because that was fabulous! The color is even richer in person and the fabric was just right for a rehearsal dinner. Would definitely rent again!

I ended up wearing the large, even though the straps in the back were a tiny bit loose. I felt more comfortable. The cut of the dress is very flattering in the waist area (post baby plus)! Th color was perfect for a spring wedding, bright blue! I wore a strapless bra with no issues.

This dress is a beautiful show stopping color and has fun detailing on the back. From the front it looks like a relatively simple cocktail dress, perfect for a dressy-casual wedding. Based on the reviews I ordered the dress in a S and my 32DD chest still felt pretty squished. I think that the M would have looked too big on my waist so I stuck with the S, but overall it was still comfortable enough to wear all day. I am not a huge fan of flattened squished chest look, but I was happy with the outcome as a whole.

I wore this dress for a segment of my engagement photos; it was the perfect fun and flirty look and such a fun color to incorporate into it! and the sizing worked perfectly.

I really want to own this dress!!! I wore it for a bridal shower/bachelorette night in NYC. The color was stunning on my skin tone (fair and freckly) and with my hair (red). Admittedly, the color was just a tad bit darker/deeper than it seemed on the screen, but I actually liked it better this way. I ordered it last minute so they only had a M available, and even though that was the size I thought I needed, I was worried to not have a back-up plan. Luckily, there were ZERO problems with this dress. It had a good amount of stretch, the fabric was soft, and it was thick enough to flatter any body type. I wore this without a bra and had no problems. Had I worn a strapless, it would have fit a little more snug, but I just preferred the way my chest looked without one. Length was great and the pleating in the front was super flattering. You must rent it!! (I also forgot to take a picture of me wearing it to the event, so this is me trying it on when I received it)

This dress fits true to size. I am larger in the bust and it fit comfortably there and in my waist. I feel it was very flattering and would be on most figures. Great fit and flare with some bounce in the skirt. I wore for my engagement photos in Northern Michigan on Lake Michigan and it couldn't have been a better choice!

I love the color of this dress! I am wearing a size medium in the dress and it does fit true to size. I do recommend curvier women to size up for their backup size. The dress was fitted around my midsection and waist but not my hips. The fabric does have some stretch to it. The dress is great for any cup size. I am a 36D and felt very comfortable in the dress. This dress can be worn with a standard bra. I am 5’9” and the dress was a mini dress on me. This dress would be great for any casual summer party. Pair with nude strappy heels and big earrings.

I ordered this dress just a few days before my awards ceremony, so only the Medium was available. I took the chance to order it and I'm very glad I did! It definitely would fit true to size, it was too large on me, however, the flattering--almost envelope-like--cut of the waist made me look the way I usually do. If you order the right size, your waist will look tiny and incredible! I really loved the back of this dress, when paired with the color, it was perfect for welcoming summer weather while looking classy. (: I received countless compliments from people I had never met before! Since I'm quite tall, a pro of sizing up was a more appropriate length. Also, be sure to have a strapless bra ready! I wore this turquoise dress with nude espadrille wedges, geometric gold earrings, and simple gold rings.

I'm between a 4 and a 6, and I was able to wear this comfortably. The way the fabric is layered on the sides can make you look a little wide at certain angles (like this one apparently), but overall it was a cute, comfortable dress with a fun back. I would rent it again.

The color is really beautiful-very rich. The fit was excellent and comfortable. I am just barely a 34 B with a barrel chest and the one time I had an RTR rental fail to fit, that was why, so I was really pleased with the fit of this dress. The length was also perfect-just about an inch or so above the knee. I'm 5'5". I was able to zip it up myself and really loved the back detailing as well as the detail around the waist of the dress which has a very slimming effect. The overall effect is flirty but elegant, just right for a Saturday night fundraiser at SeaWorld with a Caribbean theme.

I wore this to a friend's tea party bridal shower & it was perfect with brown sandals. The color is super bright and the cut of the dress would make anyone look like they have a waist. The material is thick but not too heavy for outdoor events. I loved this dress!

This dress is beautiful, and the straps in the back make it really fun. I'm a 34D cup, so I often have trouble finding dresses that aren't huge in the waist but still fit over my boobs. The large barely zipped all the way on me but otherwise fit great. Got compliments all night.

I thought I'd be a small, but I was a medium. Lots of boob room, I'm not small but I had to use a push up bra to fill in the space. Zipper is kinda tough but just keep tugging I like that it cut super high.

This dress was a little snugger than I prefer - I usually wear a 6-8, and this was REALLY tight around my rib cage. It definitely got uncomfortable after a little while. But the color and cut were great! I was worried about this dress being too short, but it turned out the perfect length. Overall, it was a really great for a wedding.

This dress was cute but very snug especially at the belted waist. The zipper refused to go past it without ALOT of pulling. Definitely on the small size. I'm 5'0 and 117 and usually can wear an XS but not with this dress.

The blue is much different in person which made it difficult to match a tie. Dress itself is super fun and fit great. Perhaps a bit tight in the chest area if you were bigger busted -- I'm not so it was okay.
