This dress is gorgeous! The sleeve detail was practical and different in providing the long sleeve for warmth, but with the strapless top for the sexy factor. It hugs all the curves but fabric is thick enough to be forgiving. The XS was a little snug in my chest area and it caused the top band to slightly roll over in places, but I feel like the S would have been too loose elsewhere. Depends on how you want the fit.... I felt very sexy and comfortable wearing this dress to our at-home date.

I ordered a large and it fit great the only thing I didn’t like was the rubber strip inside the strapless part would not stay in it kept folding out

Comfortable dress. Easy to wear. Felt like a bombshell. Not very forgiving if you have a stomach (which i do) but i still felt gorgeous.

This was one of two backups I chose once my original dress option was unable to be sent to me on time. Not something i'd usually pick, I was lucky that RTR accidentally sent me a L when I had requested the M because the M was definitely not going to work between the sleeves being too tight and not being able to lift my arms at all. Although the L sleeves were still a tad tight, it wasn't unbearable, as I think i'm just not use to wearing dresses with the style sleeve in general. The black lining underneath kept rolling over which I was unsure was caused by excessive wear or my chest not able to completely fill the L, but it didn't look too worn and I was able to temporarily fix this with Fashion Tape. Since I was sitting most of the time for this dinner date I was still able to work with it by covering alot of the black up with my hair (lol) but overall it was a cute dress that worked for the occasions and my bf still liked it so i'm happy with it. Probably wouldn't rent again (again not my usual style and I try not to rerent to keep things fresh lol) but I would def recommend it to others if that want that subtle sexy look and to stay warm. P.S. Forgot to take a pic in the L, so the ones posted are of the M!

Only Con is that I 5 foot 4 and it was a little long for a short dress. That being said it was gorgeous and sexy without being to revealing. Loved it.

Wore this to a wedding and I had complete strangers coming up to me to complement the dress. Love!! Wore with a strapless bra to keep the top from flipping forward. 5'4 118 and XS was perfection.

This dress is the bomb! I wore it to a holiday party. It was a good fit. However - this is the con- the black hanger straps were constantly poking out. I ended up tucking them in to my bra. . Being a rental I couldn't tack them down with a few stitches but that would have been oh so helpful. I'm 5'9" , 160lbs 34B and 58 yrs old.

Dress is more of a party dress, but I rocked it - kept it classy. I typically wear a size 6-8 , the Medium was a little big. The sleeves were long and length hit my calf. I'm short, so I am used to it. Honestly, it was aight. I was happy with it.

The dress fit like a glove. I'm generally concerned about dresses riding up or sliding down, but this dress stayed put. I was able to dance carelessly and be free of worry. It fit me perfectly.

I’m 5’6” and 122 pounds and I found the XS to be a perfect fit. It was a little snug around the chest but I do have a larger chest for my frame. The fabric is super comfortable and stretchy so I think this dress could work for a lot of body types. Only con was the bodice kept flipping inside out to show a black seam. I did have to adjust that a lot. But would still rent it again!

this dress was the bomb.com. as acting head of the itty bitty titty committee, i had my doubts about its ability to keep the very small girls in check, but it stayed up and in place better than probably any other strapless dress i've ever put on, even though my Elaine from Seinfeld jerk-dancing. the sleeves didn't shift around/impede upon my moves either. hugged in all the right places. i felt like freaking jessica rabbit.

The fit was perfect for my shape. I got a size 10 and it was too big or baggy in certain areas. The only issue I had with the dress was the hanger straps kept coming out.

Great for an hourglass. Can be tight on the arms, but helps stay up. If your inbetween sizes like I normally am i always get a smaller size with my back up being the bigger size. Which I'm glad I did.. the small was a little tight but hit is all the right ways and the M was way to big.

The dress fit generally well. It was loose in the waist and hip area, but fit great around my chest and arms. (In fact, the elastic kept my chest in place, even while dancing, and fit just right--meaning it wasn't too tight or too loose). I wonder if going a size down would've been better, but nevertheless I felt and looked amazing wearing it! Oh, and the fabric is extremely comfortable!

Let me start by saying, I have NEVER loved a dress more than this one!! Being a girl who's always been self conscious of her arms and bust, this dress made me feel fabulous. The sleeves were a great way to keep the strapless part from slipping, and even with no bra and 32G girls, I barely had to worry all night! I felt very supported by the stretchy but firm material that going braless was not a problem. The length was also great--not too short not too long, especially since I was showing skin on top. I did have to end up going up a size, but a medium would have still zipped up fine, I just felt more comfy in the large.

Perfect fit! I opted to wear the M instead of the L for a more fitted look. It's an AMAZING dress. You will not go wrong with this one! Compliments all night!

Loved the stretch in this dress, enough to be comfortable but kept everything in place. The sleeves stay up and weren't bothersome. Being a DD, I didn't have an issue with the dress staying up. I'm only 5'1 and it hit me at the calf. I felt extra sexxxxxy in this dress and my confidence showed! It's a must rent!

I rented an xsmall and small and was planning to wear the small because I thought it fit better around my chest. As I walked around my house a bit I realized it was riding up and there was a huge bump in my back. I switched to the xs and decided to deal with the tighter chest. I'm glad I did. It ended up being very comfortable and I didnt have to keep pulling it down all night. The length was better too. The dress has some stretch to it so it was easy to dance!

I rented fhis dress for a February wedding and it was the classic, modest look I was going for. Didnt need to wear a bra, but did find myself adjusting the top because the straps to hang the dress kept popping out (and I couldnt cut them off like I normally would with pieces I own). It has plenty of fabric and give around the waist and hips so I didnt feel suffocated at all! I took a risk and ordered a Small with no backup size and it was perfect. I am 5'4 and 125lbs.

This dress is sexy and sophisticated!! Loved the red color and style of the dress. I liked that the dress went past the knees. The sleeves were also comfortable and kept me warm. I also have a small chest but it made them look a little bigger in pictures!! I got an extra small and it felt like a good fit but it stretched out a little throughout the night. But other than that i was happy with it.

The dress fit like a glove! I it has a bandu on the inside so a bra is not needed for smaller breast sizes like I. It was very confortable and the material was streatchy and flatering to my curves especially since I am pear shaped.

I loved this dress! It was so comfortable and stretched nicely over my 35 week bump. The only annoying thing is that the black lining inside (that helps hold up the strapless top) does easily show, so I used double-sided tape to keep it in place. It mostly worked, but it was definitely a negative for this particular rental.

I loved wearing this dress to a party and felt quite sexy in it :) The quality was better than expected and the materials was substantial yet stretchy. This means it covers small imperfections but allows for a lot of movement at the same time. The red color photographed well, and a nice change from a typical black dress. It was also easy to dance in and very comfortable. I highly recommend it!

This is a beautiful dress. I wore it to my company Christmas party. I received so many compliments. My boss said it was her favorite dress of the evening. Out of all the dresses I've rented from rent the runway this is my favorite. My arms were nice and toasty warm during the winter which was a plus since im always cold. The fabric is very soft also.
