You must be exactly the right size for this. I just lost a bit of weight so it fit just right. You’ll want to make sure it fits! Wore it to a “cocktail attire” affair and it was perfect. Comfy and appropriate. LOVE this dress. I bought it!

This dress fit my petite height really well! Worked nicely for a nice dinner/concert Valentine's date. Would recommend for a date but maybe not a formal affair; material didn't feel "formal".

I really love this dress but it was not for my body type. The dress was short which doesn’t bother me. But it’s the short dress that’s even shorter in the back. I am curvy so that is not a good combination for me. However, for the right body type this dress is adorable.

Loved this sassy yet classy dress! The short length was great for my 5'2" frame. The XS was surprisingly roomy on me, but great for comfort and dancing at a 50th birthday party. The ruffles on the back with a hint of skin added a fun and sexy element to the dress!

Rented this dress for holiday photos. The color/fabric is even more beautiful in person. It was good for picture taking purposes, but I don't know if I could have worn this is a more "practical" setting. I did feel it was very short and was not comfortable to sit in. I would rent again for this purpose or perhaps in a bigger size for a party.

I am short and the length was good. The back was super fun! I love the pattern and material. At the time I was post baby and was 5'2, 145lbs, 36DD, and I wore the size 10.

I wore this dress for a night out in San Fran for my friends 30th bday. We ended up going to a Cirque De Soliel show in addition to getting drinks and dinner. Loved everything about this dress, it was so comfortable and fit really well. It did not cut into the lower back like I was originally worried about. I ordered a small and a medium and ended up wearing the medium. The small fit better in the top but my curvy booty and thicker thighs felt very constrained so I wore the medium instead. The extra bit of room in the top wasn't noticeable at all! The dress did stretch out throughout the night so I wondered if the small would have ended up fitting better but I was happy with the medium and wouldn't change my choice on size looking back.

I loved this dress. It made me feel very sassy and confident. The floral pattern did a good job of making me appear slimmer and the cut out back was super fun and not as exposing as I thought it would be. I was worried it would be too short but I thought it was a good length. I had a hard time returning it.

Wore this dress to an event where I performed a 30 minute comedy big. Loved the dress! Got tons of compliments. Material is heavy, was a bit sweaty on a hot night.

The dress fit great! I’m 5’1” and about a 125 lbs and the size small fit well. It was a tad big around the neck line but that didn’t bother me. The back was super cute! The length was perfect and this dress could definitely be dressed up or down. Would definitely rent again!

Rented this beautiful dress for a singing gig at Christmas. The gorgeous deep red roses on the dress were perfect for the holidays, really cute cut out back but does not expose too much skin. Loved this dress! Rented the small and extra small and ended up wearing extra small. I would say it runs slightly big.

LOVE THIS DRESS! It was perfect for my boyfriend's work holiday party. The material is very nice but there is no give to the dress so order a size up if you're unsure. I loved the classic look of the front and the fun and flirty look of the back. This was my 3rd RTR experience and this dress was yet another winner! RTR never lets me down!

The dress is true to size. It is short but I didn't feel it was revealing. Watch when you sit down the dress does hike up. The back has a nice cut out which makes the dress pop. I got tons of complements.

I am 5'3", so most "short" dresses are not short on me, but this was a nice length. I am a size 2, and wore the XS. The flouncy in the back with a little cut out made the dress different. I felt great in this dress!

I'm 5'9" and usually an XS but ordered the S for length, and the S was almost too short. The back of the dress is awesome and makes the top of the dress really comfortable. Just be careful about the length!

I wore this dress for going out on my birthday and loved it! When roses are your favorite thing, you can't go wrong with an allover rose print dress! I really liked the fun back, too. I've gained weight recently so am about 10 lbs heavier than the 132 lbs listed in my info. I rented the medium with large as my backup size. Both fit me fine, so it was nice to have an option. The medium was obviously more of a fitted look and the large was a little looser. The large was a little more comfortable around the waist, but I liked medium better up top for my bust. I went with the medium for this date night.

The dress fit just as described and looked amazing!

I'm 5'2" and 120lb and I wore the XS which fit better than the S in the chest area for me but it was snug getting my shoulders into the dress. I thought the print was very pretty and the back detail is unique. It's pretty short but I think that gives it a sexy twist to this classy dress. My husband really liked it.

Absolutely loved this dress! The photos of the material don't do it justice! It's stunning! I rented it for a couples Rumba lesson with my boyfriend and Valentine's Day dinner! Countless compliments! Love it!

This dress was great - it does run a little large. The medium fit me a little better but I couldn't zip it up past my chest (a usual problem). The ruffles in the open back make the waist silhouette look slightly larger than is actually true, and it's tricky putting on deodorant, but otherwise loved this dress!

The fit was true to size. The slip seemed slightly longer than the dress and hung out a little in the front, but other than that, this dress was perfect! Not too tight - could still dance, and the back was adorable!

Service, fit, convenience, and description of rental were top notch.

I love the ruffle back detail. The overall fit was slightly loose, so I may have been able to fit a smaller size. The dress is a fitted, curvy shape with red floral detail. Compliments!

Fit was as-expected - wore the medium for 5’4”, 135-140 lbs. The length was good. You can wear a regular bra with no problem. The colors maybe make it more of a “winter” dress, but note that if you are going to wear tights or spanx, they will show in the back if they come up much higher than where you would wear pants or a skirt. It’s a nice dress that I would recommend, but isn’t quite as differentiated as others I have rented, or stand out in a crowd as much (...but sometimes that’s ok), which is my reason for 4 stars rather than 5. Note: I did review a different dress with 1-2 stars in the past and the review never got posted. Hopefully this one does :)

Love the traditional print paired with a fun, flirty cut. Short but back has fun detail. It’s more structured with no stretch so be warned. Wore to a Kentucky Derby party. Head turner!

This was a great dress for a full day in the city for Valentine's day. The open back isnt very exposing so it's still comfortable...only complaints is that it seems to wrinkle easily, rides up when you sit (not a problem with leggings underneath), and the arms are a little restricting. The medium fit perfect (despite the arms) but the large was too big. Overall, loved it!

I did feel like this dress was a little snug in my waist but i was really happy the bust fit well. I am usually a size 8/10 with a 36 DD bust and the large fit. I felt like it was a little short throughout the night but after i just accepted it, i was out dancing the night away. Nice heavy fabric and the pictures do not do the colors justice. More of a deep Red/burgundy. Absolutly beautiful! Highly recommend.

Overall, beautiful dress with a GORGEOUS back. The back was my absolute favorite. When I ordered the dress from RTR I thought that the dress looked silky, but when I got it in the mail I noticed that it was not at all. The material is nice, but it doesn't stretch much at all and I found it a little difficult to move my arms a lot because of how tight it was. I am normally a size small, so I ordered a small and an extra small as backup and I ended up wearing the extra small.

This dress had a great fit, once I found the hidden zipper on the side. The ruffle in the back gives it an extra flair, and I loved that I could still wear a regular bra with it. Only downside is that the ruffle can show in the front and look a little funny.

Very cute dress. Loved that it was structured- made for a nice fit. Only wished the cut out was a little more distinguished, felt that the ruffles hung a little too low and covered a lot of it; but really a lovely, classy dress. Was super cold on our date night, so wore tights and booties. Experience couldn't be easier, ordered 3 days before my trip, got it on time, wore it on a date with my hubby on a business trip across the country and sent it out UPS from the hotel. Was a trial run- already ordered a holiday party dress. Will def use this service more often!

I actually did not end up wearing this, it was not dressy enough for my event. The fit was great, I'm usually a medium and this was a perfect fit. The color is kind of muted, I was hoping for more of a brighter red to pop. The material is light, absolutely no stretch. The ruffle back is nice but the front is a bit plain.
