Rented his and a few other items for my formal headshots for work. I got so many compliments and loved how this one photgraphed! I was able to use it with diffrent outfits and loved the light pink tones too!

What a great dress! Can be dressed up or down! I dressed it up for a birthday party & dressed it down for a casual day of running around before I sent it back. Runs true to size if not on the bigger size. I was very comfortable & got tons of compliments.

The material looks and feels expensive, and is thicker than a typical polyester shirt dress, which I liked, but it means it might be a bit hot for summer. But it was great for spring and looked good with and without tights. An easy-to-wear piece that you can transition from day to night. It fitted true to size and was the perfect length. Loved it.

I rented this for my birthday. I got a medium & large and like the fit of the large better. Tons of compliments. I ended up wearing it to work with black tights & heels.

Great for tall girls - good length and plenty of room in the bust and shoulders. I wore with tights and boots because of weather but would look cute with.bare legs and heels too. Fabric is nice weight and it travels well

Great fabric.... Flatters your body but also hides unwanted areas. Cute gold button details and not obnoxiously big shoulder cut outs.

Super comfortable and cute. The S was loose but hung beautifully so didn't look "tent-ish" at all. Wore it once with over the knee boots and once with heels. Wish I'd gotten better photos because it's really adorable on!

Fun and stylish black dress! Easy to wear and extremely comfortable. Running a little large, we recommend going one size down for backup. With stretch in the fabric and a loose fit in the bust, this dress is best for all cup sizes. The midsection is not fitted and is comfortable. If you’re curvier, you may want to consider sizing up due bust area. One thing that I love about this dress is the open shoulder detailing; however you can still wear any standard bra. The long sleeve and collar neck feature make this dress super flattering. This dress is flattering and perfect for any occasion that calls for a black dress. It would look best with black heels, black boots or flats and statement/pop accessories.

I wore this for a bridal shower. It was very cold, so I paired it with tights and wedge booties. Fabric is thick and not itchy. True to size. I'm 5'9 and it was a comfortable length- if you are short it may hang rather low. Great dress for a simple daytime event or a casual night out.

Wore this out with friends to a wine bar. It was roomie everywhere except up in the shoulder area where it fits to size. Typical shirt dress, baggy yet flattering. Gave it a 4/5 because I liked the dress, it fit great, but I didn't NEED to buy.

True to size. Interesting in its combination of elements - buttons, collar, shoulder cut-outs - but it was a cute casual dress, even though nothing special.

Well this is huge! I understand the style, but it feels weird to be swimming in a dress. Not sexy. After belting it, i felt it was a bit better and I can make it work. Would not rent again because i don't love the oversized look on me, but thats why we RTR, to try new things :) On some it could be really cute (and my mom liked it, she said "not everything you wear needs to be skin tight!" Lol) but i think in this definitely order the smallest size you can if you are little. Material feels very high quality.

I wore this dress to a more formal lunch and work. Love the shoulder cutouts and roomy midsection. The buttons down the front are covered but they make the fabric stick out a bit. Other than that, a solid rental for everyday wear.

not a typical summer dress, but perfect for our heavily a/c'd office. great fabric with sleeves that will roll up and stay rolled. overall a great work dress

Fit very comfortably, loose and slight stretch but not bag-like. Too short for work without leggings for me (5-8 with long torso)

Love this dress - its button down front makes it easy to wear and the fabric isnt your usual shirt dress material. Its much thicker and doesnt wrinkle at all. Ive rented this a few times

A flattering dress with peekaboo shoulders. Plenty of room for bust, hips and butt. Smooth, heavy fabric that doesn't wrinkle. And a very cute shirttail hem.

I am usually a medium, the small fit perfect. Wore to work and then on a date later that night.

I ended up renting this dress twice. It's perfect for a night out and super comfortable. Has a little extra room (wore to a dinner party).

I really, really want to buy this dress. I can't find it anywhere but RTR. I keep thinking about how flattering it was. Its seriously so perfect. Material is perfectly weighted, it drapes so beautifully. I can't say enough about how delightful this was.

Great with jeans, leggings or boots and tights. It looks great on. Fabric isn't sheer but has a nice sheen. Cold shoulder addition makes shift fit a bit sexier. Will work for any occasion or weather.

This black, sleek top is exactly my style, the large did wonders for my apple shape and full bust. The shoulders, arms, everything fit perfectly. While this is my first cold-shoulder item, I absolutely loved it! I had so many compliments, and while I do believe the material is way too rich for everyday wear, and this is better suited for "work", I wore it around town, for a small kids party I hosted, to go shopping, to dinner, etc. This is so versatile and can be easily paired with sneakers or boots. I always wore thin leggings. I actually hung this in my closet and did not want to return it. Finally I told myself I could rent it again and look for it on sale, and that got me to send it back. It is a graceful and lovely top. The RTR sourcing folks did a great job here.

This may be one of my favorite unlimited choices and I will likely rent it again. It was very flattering. The sleeves were long enough, the hem was long enough and the cut out shoulders were fun. Even though it was a shirt dress, there was no gapping of the buttons.
