I actually bought this from RTR when it hit clearance! So happy to own this. It's like an easy-to-wear LBD, except it's a pretty dark red/purple instead of black. I wore this to my cousin's rehearsal dinner, which was a dinner and an afterparty. I had a blast. I could sit, eat, dance, walk around, all so comfortable. Fits true to size. Nothing tight, moves nicely. It just falls really well and is so easy to wear. Beautiful color. I had to up the brightness on this pic to be able to show the details, so sorry it's a little grainy and bright!

I wore this dress to a Valentine's Day dinner and wine pairing at the Winery at Bull Run (in Va. not far from D.C.). I received so many compliments throughout the night. I'm skeptical of bright reds and pinks, so the wine color still fit the occasion (and the event). Super comfortable too, which is always a plus. I look forward to renting this dress again!

This dress was perfect for my annual awards banquet at work. I wore it with tights and suede booties and a nocturne necklace, also from RTR, and got tons of compliments! It is very forgiving and easy to wear.

Relaxed yet flattering fit

I needed a simple dress for an event. I ended up wearing this to church instead. It's a classic dress. I would size down to a small if I were to do it over. It's comfortable.

I rented this for my office holiday party and didn't end up wearing it because the Small was too loose, long and looked completely shapeless on me! I normally wear a Small in Amanda Uprichard but this one felt unusually roomy and looked huge on me from the side. The dress color, fabric and pleated details are beautiful - but I would definitely reorder in an XS because this style runs quite large and long! Definitely size down when ordering!

Material felt so light and nice! The color is great. Shape was ok.

Fairly comfortable fit; however, it sacrifices a bit in the way of shape for it. Most women will be hard pressed to achieve a flattering silhouette in it, unless they are looking for something to obscure a pregnancy. More definition can be created with a shrug or small jacket possibly. The ruffles are a nice addition though. It is a wine color that it a nice variation from a typical black dress.

Loved the color of this dress, so elegant. The fit is very loose which is work appropriate. I can see some reviews saying it is almost too loose, but I enjoyed being comfortable and not snug around any area! The material is thin so for the late winter I pair it with black tights and a blazer!

Would rent this dress again. Fun and flirty!

I sized down from my typical S to an XS based on comments that the dress ran huge, but I find the arm holes are slightly too tight for me with the XS, since I am fairly tall (5'7"). I think the S would have fit better, and I don't mind a loose fit for work. I might get it tailored to improve the fit. Otherwise, the dress is a beautiful color and fabric, and I have been complimented on it a bunch.
