This may be my favorite RTR dress so far. I felt so confident in it. It was so cute and love the cheerleader skirt style skirt. Would buy.

Compliments all day! It’s such a sassy work dress, business on top, party on the bottom. The material has structure but stretch. I’m glad I went with the large tho so I wasn’t self conscious about my post holiday extra lbs!

I'm a true size 10. I'm curvy. This fit SO perfectly. It was great quality, was well constructed and super comfortable. Didn't feel restrictive or too tight, despite it fitting like a glove. Warning. It is SHORT. ESP if you have big ASSets.

I wore it to two business meetings and a birthday celebration (all in one day), and I got compliments everywhere I went. I definitely felt cute and confident in this dress.

This was great for a day in the office. I received so many compliments. Love the drop waist- it's good for bigger hips! The dress fit perfectly and is true to size. I did feel it was a bit shorter than I would usually prefer.

Rented this for work. It was a little shorter than I would've usually gone for for an office setting (and I'm not very tall) but it would've been perfect with tights.

The fit was TTS and the comfiest dress I've ever worn! There is stretch to the fabric and it forms to your body. I'm 5'7" and it was a good length for everyday wear for me- I would wear again and again!

I liked it but it was a bit school girl promiscuous for work. The slip lining was also longer than the dress itself so I ended up having to safety pin the slip up.

Sized up because this brand runs small and that was the right fit. Loved the sleeve detail and length was just right for me, but might be short on longer legged ladies. Style is super cute for the right body type. Shows every bump and curve, so not a good choice if you want to minimize or hide certain areas.

This dress barely fit in my usual size, but it wasn’t too small. It was quite short though, so if you’re very tall, keep that in mind.

Work appropriate. I was worried because it looked short on the model. But I'm 5'4" and it was past mid thigh and above the knees. It was flattering to a non curvy figure.

The material of the dress felt really nice. I didn't know if the puffy shoulders would hold their shape well but they did! It was also a good length, not too short. I would probably order an extra small if I were to rent it again though as I think it would have looked a little better had it been more form fitting in my waist.

I am usually a 4 but based on the reviews I sized up. It was perfect

A tad on the short side but at 5'9 in a XS that was to be expected. Super comfortable and great material! Paired with a leather jacket and Chelsea boots but would be super cute/work appropriate with tights and booties or heels.
