Cute little dress with lots of stretch. This dress can be styled so many ways. I would definitely rent again.

Heavy, stretchy fabric make this a good option for colder temps. The top laid off the shoulder easily and comfortably; and I didn't have any problems with the skirt riding up.

So comfortable and flattering! I am 5'6", 135 lbs, 36C. It is a pull-on style, no zipper. The length was a few inches above the knee. The fabric is thick and stretchy, so easy to move around in. The waist is elastic. I kept having to adjust the shoulders and waist because, especially when dancing. That may not have been an issue with a smaller size? I have an athletic build (no waist), and the drape on the top made it look like I had more of a waist. Perfect for a fancy dinner out!

I rented this for new year's eve party. This dress is beautiful and fits like a glove - my heart broke when I had to send it back. :D Like other reviewers mentioned, fabric is a little thicker, but while I held off on renting it during warmer seasons because of that, it would've been just fine in spring and fall, even cooler summer evenings.

I am 150 lbs, 5'2" and I wore a large. Fit really well. Most likely could have worn a medium, but I liked the way the large fit and it came to 2-3 inches above my knees (made it not too short.) The dress is soft and comfortable and still elegant.

Looks way more impressive in person. The heavy ponte cloth was very supportive and flattering in the skirt and held its shape well at the 60-s inspired asymmetrical neckline. It's an elevated LBD - the neckline can be pulled low off one shoulder, or rest higher for an Audrey Hepburn feel - and the asymmetric short/er sleeves are fun and fashionable - it's a sophisticated but fun look that makes the dress have statement. Love it. Went online and bought one as soon as i got home!

5'4, hourglass shape. 27" waist, 40" hips, 32D. small fits perfectly. the material is super thick and stretchy. it's really comfortable while being incredibly flattering. i can see this working for a large range of body types.

I wore this for an evening work event. It was very comfortable, flattering and the material was thick. I added a red leather obi belt because the dress does need some colorful accessorizing. It's a more casual dress that can easily be dressed up.

Loved this dress!! I wanted a dress I could dance and be comfortable with a little bit of sexy... The fabric is thick, stretchy and very forgiving and felt very comfortable. I typically wear a regular size 12 or 14 in dresses but I wore a 3x because I wanted a good folder over by the waist seam and I didn't want to be pulling on the dress all night. It was the perfect fit. I think if you are well endowed at the top as I am, you want to go up a couple of sizes. The fit was snug on my hips but I did not have to keep pulling it down so that was good. I highly recommend sizing up depending on the look you are going for. I did an 8 day rental to make sure I had enough time to try it on and I am glad I did because my initial order was for the 1x and 2x and I had to re order the 3x that RTR sent over night thankfully! So it worked out very well. Oh and the icing on the cake... because I was a 1st time renter I got an additional free rental and I chose the super cute purse you see in the picture by Rebecca Minkoff! I got so many compliments and I felt so pretty!! Major win for RTR!! I will be back!

Really loved this dress! Rented the L and XL and ended up wearing the large even though the bottom was a little tight just due to the top being so big in the xl. Dress is stretchy though and had lots of give. Top does take some work to keep off shoulder if that's how you choose to wear it. Danced all night in it and received tons of compliments.

I rented this dress for a work gala that I attended and this dress was the perfect balance between sexy and sophisticated, but was still appropriate for the gala. The gala was in the evening time and the dress code was cocktail attire. I received so many compliments and the dress fit me like a glove! There wasn't much option for seating so the length of the skirt worked for me. I think it would have been a bit short if I would have sat down. Love this dress... I would rent again!

I wore this for two cocktail events and people loved it! It's a perfect black cocktail dress with a flare that makes it different from all the others. The only thing I didn't like about this dress was that it rides up, so I found myself pulling it down frequently.

Rented this for a friend's 40th birthday party. Skirt fit perfectly and hugged in all the right places. Top was a little roomier than I would've liked, but it was extremely comfortable. Fabric is on the thick side and hides a lot! Would totally rent this dress again.

So I'm 5'0ft and 115lbs, small bust, 34 years old and have two kids (so I have a bit of a pooch). This dress was amazing!! Fell off shoulder beautifully! This was a thick material so def not for warmer weather. It hugged me in all the right spots and tucked away what I wanted hidden! I wore a small, I am Inbetween small and medium depending. So I feel it runs true to size!

You can wear either side down. Super comfy, fun, and easy to put on!

Paying attention to the other reviews that said it ran small, I ordered the medium & it was perfect. It hugged me from the waist down, yet still allowed breathing room on the top. With the slight bare shoulder, I felt classy and the fabric was forgiving in that it allowed me to bend & move freely without feeling as if I'd have to adjust anything. Being a super cold evening, I was comfortable without a wrap. I wish I could buy this one! I felt like a sexy star!

This was a fun dress. Thick, but stretchy material. Pull over your head to get on (no zips!). You can have the neck line in many ways depending on your personal style. I just let it fall where it wanted to. Loved the butterfly-ish sleeves. Would rent this again for a different function.

It was a dress that I would have not been able to find myself It was perfect that I could try it for an evening then decide to buy it. The dress had a great stretch. I'm bigger on the bottom. Hips are 47". Waist 36". So the bottom fit more snugly. Normally I go for garments that skim my body, nothing too tight. This was a bit tight. I don't think the material could have stretched much more. But, because it's a high quality material, it didn't ripple or look like it was stretched too far. It was elegant. With shapers it smoothed everything and I didn't mind my hips being the feature of the night. My date really loved the dress and couldn't take his eyes off me. :) Bonus: The top can be styled in different ways. You can wear it off the shoulder or centered on the shoulder. I recommend an OBI belt with a wide front to further accentuate the waist. (Not pictured here.)

Loved this dress. Tight in the booty and loose for the girls. It was very flattering. I added a belt for some flair and everyone raved over this dress.

Great cocktail party dress. Bottom is tight and fitted. Top is loose. The top can go off one shoulder, both shoulders. Or not off the shoulder at all! Received many compliments on the style. I wear a 6 or an 8.. ordered this on a medium and it fit perfectly.

I glossed over this dress a few times because even though it's cute, I didn't necessarily think it was something you would rent that is out of the ordinary. Very wrong! The fabric is substantial and gives the dress a much more sophisticated quality. The top of the dress can be styled a couple different ways and the possibilities for versatility are Endless! I wore with both heels and thigh high boots and the look is totally different. Highly recommend!

The top was loose and forgiving, the bottom tight and form fitting. The material was thick and felt expensive. The neckline stayed put and didn't need to be constantly adjusted. I received lots of compliments!

If you are apple shaped, this dress is your best friend. My body is shaped like a pregnant man. I have narrow hips, a very rotund midsection and broad shoulders. Dresses are normally a nightmare because most dresses are cut for women who are shaped like actual women. If you read the reviews of this dress from other people, their biggest complaint is that it is too large on top and too tight on the bottom. Their burden is my blessing. This fit so well. It does not have a zipper, so it slips on. Fortunately the fabric is thick and stretchy. I wore this dress to a "50s Prom" themed event in the late fall. Instead of wearing it with one shoulder exposed, I wore it balanced on both shoulders so the neckline was more of a sculptural bateau. Perfect.

True to size. Fitted in bottom half area. Thick material so hides things well. I would rent this again and even buy it. You can wear to formal event or just girls night out. Very versatile. Im 5,3, curvy, normal size 0-2. Wore xs.

I was a little nervous before it arrived reading other reviews, but decided to give it a shot. This dress is awesome! Sized down for my back up and so glad that I did! The top of the size small was way too big. Sizing down made the top less crazy voluminous and the bottom was tight but not too bad. The fabric is thick, perfect for an autumn party, but stretchy. I'm small in the busy so I wore a regular bra with one strap tucked under my arm. So many compliments! It's a fun, little bit sexy silhouette and I'd definitely rent again.

This is a beautiful sophisticated LBD. I rented this for a Client event. The fit was perfect. The material is a bit thicker but extremely comfortable. The way the dress drapes off the shoulder is sophisticated but sexy, in a very classy way. Everything about this dress was perfect except that is does not have any zippers so I would suggest doing makeup or hair after sliding the dress over your head.

This dress was a nice material. I think it looked a lot better than the photo does it justice. I had a hard time figuring out the right way to pose in it. I wore a Medium, which is usually my size. It was comfortable!

I didn't end up wearing this because it was a little more "showy" than I wanted for a trip with work friends. I ended up liking the fit of the 1X, which fit like an XL/12. If you have curvy hips/thighs this will be snug on the bottom and pretty short. It is flattering though and a great sassy option!
