I wore the dress to an outdoor fall wedding. I usually wear a size small, but the extra small was more form fitting and flattering than the small. The ruffles were my favorite part!! I highly recommend renting this dress. I paired it with tan/nude heels and gold jewelry.

Fits well not tight around the waist

I am 5'9, about 150 lbs, and this fit like a glove and looked amazing. It has light fabric and is flattering but not clingy. Best of all, I could wear a normal bra! Also, I was so relieved that RTR was able to ship a new dress to my hotel when the order was unexpectedly delayed and I couldn't get the original in time before traveling. This is a great dress for looking classy at a formal event. Highly recommend!

I wore this dress to my dad's 20th Pastoral Anniversary celebration. This dress is so pretty and was perfect for the occasion. I got a lot of compliments. I enjoyed this rental.

I loved this simple but sophisticated dress. The fabric feels wonderful and it is incredibly flattering on a curvy body. I paired it with big sparkling statement earrings and felt like the belle of the ball.

Dress was a little longer than I was expecting, about ankle length in the back (I'm 5'6"). Otherwise, it fit perfectly. The ruffles were so fun to twirl in!

Great color and fit. Length was more midi than knee length. Seemed to be missing a belt so I added my own. Would rent this dress again.

For a pear shape, the top was a little loose, but it had a nice fluttering drape and the fabric was a beautiful deep blue. Such a great dress, would for sure wear again!

Such a pretty dress, but any time a dress is sized L and not a numbered size, that is always a bit tough. I'm a pretty solid 12, but this was just a bit too fitting because it is meant for a 10/12. Just too many bumps and bulges.

This review is my experience - different body types will fare better! I came across this dress by sorting by body type, and this was recommended for pear shaped. I could not disagree more. The SR was snug in the hips and floppy in the bust. The XSR fit beautifully on top but was crazy tight in the bum. It had some stretch so it looked classy/sexy if I stood still. But if I walked around, or sat down then stood up, or moved my arms, six inches worth of fabric bunched up around my waist, creating what my boyfriend called a “pooch”. I didn’t want to spend all night tugging it back into place so I didn’t wear it.

Just fit, but did not look good...particularly on the back, where it puffed out.

Great cut, color and fabric

I loved it. It runs a bit small, I normally wear an 8 or a Medium, and had to wear the large. The color is a bit brighter in person, but it's even better than the photos, being more of a blue/grey. The fabric is silky, and was cool to be in all night. The dress is a bit on the long-ish side, falling a bit below my knees. Considering renting again for a future occasion!

The fabric of this dress was gorgeous. I found it unforgiving & would have needed spanx under it. I really didn’t like the length on my 5’6” frame.

Could not wear. I'm a 4 petite, and this was a regular. Fits very narrow. But a gorgeous dress.
