A little snug on my chest and tight in the arms but still worth renting. I loved the gathered sleeves and the length of the shirt was perfect. Nice quality, well made. Pops really nicely with white jeans. Rent it!

Perfect shirt for everyday! You can dress this down with jeans and sneakers or dress it up with a pair of your favorite heels. Runs true to size, however I'm a little fluffier in the midsection so it was a little tight around this area. Sizing up would be great for curvier women.

Loved this top! I wore it with a white skirt to a business meeting, and then I threw on boyfriend jeans for a fun casual look. I usually wear a small but was happy to have the medium. It fit well, but the elastic inside sleeve is snug. Material is silkier than I had expected, but fabric actually makes the piece more versatile!

This was my back-up option, so I didn't end up wearing it, but it was a very nice top. The sleeves were a bit tight, but not so much that I couldn't move. It fit well and was flattering in general. Would've been good for work or a casual night out.

Great for and it looked awesome on camera! I was in a national ad for prudential for female entrepreneurs and it was a no brainer that I should wear clothes from my favorite start up.

Listened to the reviews and went up a size (to 2X from 12/14 usual XL). Sleeves and chest still on the tighter side but wearable. Paired once with linen pants and sandals, tucked in and another time with jeggings and highlighted with yellow accents on accessories/ shoes. Great casual piece and could see being good to pack on a trip. Material on heavier side but fine for a GA summer being in lots of A/C.

Nice shirt, found it hard to style for work, thought it looked frumpy with navy pants (color is closer to a royal). Much cuter with jeans (especially white jeans). I'm typically a 4/6, small was slightly snug across the shoulders/ chest but I like how it hung, think a medium would have looked too boxy. Elastic tight on the arms and the back hook kept on unhooking so I took off a star.

I really wanted to like this shirt but the clasp in the back did not stay closed and I had to have coworkers help me 3x. The sleeves have a fun ruffle and the pattern is cute but I couldn't enjoy wearing it because the back kept coming unclasped.

Wore this to a national sales meeting with cute sandals and nice jeans. Wore a long necklace to mix up the stripes. It was conservative, but flattering. My only complaint was it was a little snug in my chest (36DD) so I was having to pull it down often. Would absolutely rent again.

Long enough. Because it is boxy, I would size down.

The fabric for this top is amazing!! It's a little snug in the sleeves. Looks great with a front tuck of left untucked.

Loved this top it is a little outside my normal look and I love the fun it added to my typical look. I wore it with denim for a more casual look and black cigarette pants for work.

The fabric is much silkier than I expected but will allow it to be dressed up or down. It does run small. I'm pretty consistently an XL/2X depending on designer, and had to size up to a 3x. I got so many complements on this top. I paired it with white jeans for work and with blue jeans for a cookout.

The quality is amazing, it fit me perfectly with a 34b bust and 27.5 waist line. I will definitely rent again I love it so much. I wore this with some olive green slacks but can be dressed down with jeans. Did note when I bent down at the waist the blouse wasn't firmly on my chest so I could have flashed my boobs but double sided tape works fine and eliminates that from happening

Nice quality, soft fabric. Sadly, I didn't get a chance to wear it - unfortunately, the top was too small -- couldn't get it over my head.

Great work shirt. The medium was a tad big up top, but was fitted at my hip since it's quite long. A little more bold in person and cute sleeves.

I wouldn't have chosen this shirt from the site, but tried it on in the showroom and loved it. It has such a nice structure, and it even works on a petite frame. I wore the large because that's what was available. I think a medium would have been just right. I normally wear a small, so it seems like it runs small.

This is a simple top for every day in a great deep royal blue color. I wore it for errands and coffee with white jeans and neutral flats. The ruched elbow length sleeves are what makes it special. The slightly tapered boxy fit was perfect with skinny white jeans and flats. Great top, I'd rent again this spring or summer for sure.

I ordered this shirt and it was entirely too small. It was super cute so I'm sad I couldn't wear it.

If this had fit, I would have loved it. It was too tight around the hips and when I moved my arms forward, the back was too tight. It was a little uncomfortable, but I wore it tucked it (not my favorite look). However, it really is a nice looking shirt, beautiful fabric, and hand washable.

I love the shirt but it was so small! I would size up an extra 2 sizes if you can.

It was a bit long for me, but I dno't like to tuck in my blouses. If you can, it would work just fine. Or if you're taller than 5'2", which is what I am, that would be fine, too. I received a couple of compliments on the day I wore this.

Elastic around arms are tight... I have average sized arms but it cut off my circulation around the elbow a bit. Really cute thought! Also the back eye-hook kept unhooking

This top made my 38Cs look bigger. That is not what I want want. Better for 36C or 38B and below. This top was slightly snug so I decided not to wear it. Great navy color, design and style wish it worked.

This top was close to perfect. I loved the fabric (thicker material but still breathed)! Looked very high quality. Arms are adorable with the rouching. HOWEVER, the elastic on the arm bands was extremely tight! I'm not a big girl but within 5 minutes of wearing the shirt my arms had deep imprints from the sleeve and by an hour into wearing the item the arm area was a little numb. If this was not the case I would definitely consider buying this piece because it is just that cute! I just cannot justify the uncomfortable arms for this to be a long time closet item. With that said, I can definitely suffer through a day here and there during my rental. As far as the body fit, I can see how it would be too tight across the chest for larger busted women. This was not an issue with me. The length was perfect and fell nicely on the body. It's just so cute I wish those arms were more comfortable!

I'm usually a Medium in Amanda Uprichard, but this top doesn't have any stretch and the arms were quite tight and so was the bust.

A little tight in the bust for me but fit nicely everywhere else. The pattern was a little too bold for me in person.

I love this top. It is really cute and high quality. For me it ran about2 sizes too small. I will be renting again in a larger size.
