Fit great and was super flattering, was perfect for a cocktail attire wedding

I ordered this as a backup choice, fully expecting to wear something else. But once I tried this on, I knew this was the one! I got the size 4 and size 6. Oddly, the size 6 was more form-fitting and fit better in the chest than the size 4. I am guessing that since these dresses get worn by multiple people, they subtly stretch in areas for each wearer’s body. I ended up wearing the size 4, though, even though the chest was a tiny bit looser, because the size 6 had a little bit of extra fabric at the back that I think I’d have had to keep adjusting during the night. I did have to use the iron and some steam on it, so it didn’t have a crumpled out-of-the-bag look. And I did experience a bit of a pinch between my should blades as the night went on, due to the way the straps fit and how much fabric weight they were holding. None of that matters, though! I’m just giving all the details, so you’ll be prepared. I wore this to a June gala in the casual Seattle area, which means that my dress was more at the upper end of formal. It was definitely eye catching, due to the unique silhouette and style. I received compliments all night, and was even told by someone in the that I was the winner for best dressed! (There wasn’t really a contest. Ha!) I really recommend this dress. You will catch glimpses of your reflection and be like, “OMG!” because it’s just so lovely. My measurements are 35x27x35.5. My 2.5” heel was the perfect height in both sizes.

Beautiful color! Not too long, as a shorter woman I did not have to worry about tripping on it. I have a bigger bust, and a size 4 was perfect. I’m usually a size 6

This dress was super beautiful and unique! I love the color and the ruffles. I wore it to a dressy casual wedding and received several compliments! I ordered a 10 and 12 and ended up wearing the 12. The 10 was slightly too small in the chest but otherwise fit. I also steamed the dress before the event with a hand steamer.

Almost perfect fit. Just a little bit big in the chest area but overall such a gorgeous dress. Got so many compliments and wish I had more events to wear this to!

Beautiful color and structure. Will need to steam it on arrival, makes a difference for a polished look. I chose this photo to highlight the slit (which isn’t apparent in the model photos/description). The ruffles and lay of the dress make the slit pretty tame, it doesn’t show leg unless you move a specific way. The fabric loosens up with wear. I went braless and used fabric tape on the front edges just for extra security comfort, but didn’t really need it. Recommend nude colored shoes and silver jewelry to style it (the ends of the neck ties have silver caps).

The dress fit so comfortably, had a great shape, was unique and different, and held its shape/form well after hours of sitting/dancing! Steaming it helped before well, but luckily the pattern keeps it shape and makes wrinkles less noticeable/natural.

Endless compliments, such a nice moderately thick material with plenty of fun volume, and gave me full range of motion to dance my tail off the whole night!

Needs ironing but it’s a unique dress, lots of compliments.

Color is great and of course the ruffles. The fabric of this dress is odd at first, but I ended up really loving it. It is a non-stretch cotton, kind of like a sheet or men’s dress shirt, but so comfortable. Hand held steamer helped SO much. Lots of compliments. Definitely order to size or a size up because it fits snuggly and wouldn’t work for larger chested women probably as I don’t consider myself top heavy in the least and it fit perfectly.

I had so much fun wearing this dress. The color and design is gorgeous. My normal size 6 fit me like a glove.

Fit perfectly, felt like a flower in the best way

The Size 8 fit just right but the slit is very high! I did use a small pin to fix this and it’s fine standing but when sitting my spanx for sure showed. Got a lot of compliments and loved this dress. Perfect for a spring wedding!

Comfortable but a bit roomy up top

This was my first time trying Rent the Runway and I have been pleasantly surprised. I loved this dress! I wore it to a wedding in a warmer destination and the cotton material was perfect for that. It’s feels nice on the body and the way the dress is structured makes it fun to dance in - lots of movement! The only downside of doing a rental is that I actually really loved this one and could see myself wearing it again.

I am obsessed with this dress! The shape is so flattering and cinches you in the waist naturally. The ruffles are such a cool touch, they make it look way more unique and fun than your basic dress. It’s perfect for a wedding or any formal event. Also, the color is so pretty; I think it would look amazing on anyone!

Wish a smaller size was available! It needed to be a little smaller but how it fit at this size was not forgiving.

Structured fit from waist to bust

Dress came new but I never wore out I am very petite and this made me feel self conscious it’s weirdly big and wide I don’t recommend

Wore this to my nieces rehearsal dinner for her wedding on Cape Cod and it was the perfect summer patio dress for the occasion. Very easy to get on/off and super comfortable, very flattering as well.

I typically wear sizes 4 or 6 depending on brand and clothing item, but also sometimes size 2 depending on the cut of a dress because I have a smaller bust. The size 4 with this dress fit perfectly and I got so many complements. The only downside is how wrinkly the dress got throughout the night.

This dress is true to size. Tight and flares in all the right places. Perfect for dancing all night long at your friend's wedding.
