im slim and small chested and this fit great--not baggy or gaping in the front. larger chested women it might be tight or cause a lot of cleavage--which would also be fine.

The top was way too big on the 6. Probably because I'm not even slightly busty. Size 4 wasn't available & a 4 likely would've fit perfect. I had to tie the straps behind my neck. It would be difficult to wear a bra with this. All that aside, I love this dress because it looked & felt gorgeous. The side slits are a nice touch. Had lots of compliments, even from strangers!

I always get worries wearing too form fitting dresses to weddings because I love to eat and dance and not be restricted in either of those areas and because of the ruffles on the side it hid my little food belly quite well and the material was smooth on my skin and was very nice to dance in!

I ordered a 4R and 6L. The 4 would have fit slightly better, but I ended up wearing the 6 for the extra length. I'm 5'6 and needed that extra bit of length with heels on. I loved this dress and got compliments all night!

This dress was perfect for a beach formal wedding. The only thing, was I wish I would have had the long version. It is snug on the hips!

loved it! it's hard to find a floral pattern gown that looks dressy (and not like a regular maxi dress). It was a great dress for a Summer wedding. Get more Amur brand to RTR so I can rent everything else :)

Loved everything about this dress!!! The colors, the style, the cutouts under the boob area, the dress.... obsessed! The only downside is the booty area was a little tight but I have a larger derrière than I would like, but it was fine. Overall I loved it!

The fabric is gorgeous, but not stretchy at all so the fit ended up being a bit small (which was fine bc I wore my back-up size). I wore smaller block heels and the regular length was perfect (I'm just a bit over 5'4). The ruffles were soooo flattering and even the cut-out was tasteful (just showed a sliver of skin, but also could pull it up so that you don't really see it). I could not recommend this dress more!! I felt gorgeous in it and the style was totally feminine and unique (After posting a photo, I also had multiple people message me asking where I got it and what brand it was).

I loved this dress. It fit quite well (though the zipper is tough to get up) and was comfortable all night.

I loved it! The boob part is a little tight. Size up if your chest area is larger.

I was worried the first time I tried this on- it was a little bit TOO tight in the hips when I first tried it on and I was terrified I'd rip it on the dance floor- RTR was amazing and sent a size up to my location- which I (very surprisingly) was a bit too small for- so I risked the 4 and it had just enough give to look amazing all night long! So the moral of the story is- if you are concerned about the hips being a little too tight don't panic. I'm 5'4, 127 and athletic body type.

Haven't yet reviewed an RTR rental yet but knew I had to for this one! Just as other reviews said - received tons of compliments and felt awesome in this dress. Choose a 4R and 6R and ended up wearing the 6, so may run slightly small depending on body type. Sleeves can be just a tad annoying to keep in place, but overall worth it for the sheer beauty + awesomeness of this dress! Loveeeeee.

Gorgeous dress- flirty, fun and fit was great. Tons of compliments and it was perfect for a hot summer night. I am 6' and the length of the 6L was just at the floor barefoot.

I am usually a solid 6, but needed an 8 in this. I had to pin the sleeves up because they were big but the rest of the dress fit like a glove. It was super flattering and comfortable. I highly recommend.

I LOVED this dress. I got so many compliments and it was perfect for the wedding I attended. I ordered a 4 and a 6 and I am usually a 4 but the 4 was very tight around my hips and a little short near my toes so I sized up to the 6 and the 6 fit perfectly. Although it looks flowy, the dress does have a tighter fit. The straps are a little lose around the shoulders just fyi. Overall would definitely recommend!

Wedding is tomorrow and I'm so excited to wear this dress.

I'm pretty sure I say this about everything I rent from RTR, but I seriously think this might be my favorite rental so far. I loved the way it flowed when I walked and how flattering the fit was. If available I would have gotten a smaller size just because the sleeves were a little long and the cut outs gaped wider than they would have if I had gotten a smaller size. Other than that, no cons! Such a beautiful gown!

This was an awesome dress! I got so many compliments with this dress and it was so fun to wear for a Miami wedding. I felt very comfortable wearing it even though I'm personally not used to wearing lower necklines. It's form fitting but was still very easy to dance in throughout the night. Because I have a shorter torso, I did have to safety pin the straps so that they didn't keep falling down. Other than that, it's a great dress and I highly recommend it!

Dress fits well enough through the bust that you really don’t need a bra. Dress is long, I’m five feet two inches so I need a good four inch heel.

I rented this dress for a black tie wedding and it was absolutely amazing. The ruffles hide "problem areas" - I regretfully went out the night before and snacked the entire next day. it's sexy with the cut outs and neckline but still flirty and cute. I got tons of compliments for how fun, and different it was compared to the rest of the guests in all black. I paired it with a dark purple lipstick which worked fantastically. Was really happy with this look. One thing to note- the dress definitely stretched out over the evening except where the cut outs were. I think I could have gotten a smaller size. It also wrinkled really easily.

I went a little out of my comfort zone with this dress and was so glad I did! This dress was so feminine and comfortable to wear for an outdoor/barn wedding in Kentucky, and several people - even guys! - complimented it. The dress runs mostly true to size except in the bust - I am a large C cup and had to size up to a 6 from my usual 4 so it would cover everything. I'm 5' 8" but I wore flats, so the Long was actually too long, but not enough to be problematic. I danced all night long in it!

Loved this dress! Fit true to size, but no stretch so tighter around the hip area. Shoulder straps were long and fell down a lot, but they work up or down. Length was perfect with 4 inch heels.

I am 135lbs and I initially was unsure on the sizes I should have ordered but am glad I went with a 4R and a 6R. I chose the 6R due to the chest of the dress. I wanted to wear a bra and was able to find a low cut one that worked well. I had to pull both straps of the dress up because they often fell down completely, although, I actually prefer the look of the dress with both straps up. I wore 3 inch heels and am 5'3", this was the perfect length and I did not step on the dress or have to hold it up. Seriously my favorite dress so far!

This dress is absolutely gorgeous! The ruffle detailing and material are lovely. I received Non-Stop compliments all night long. It was light and airy, perfect for a formal summer event. I generally wear a size 6 but ended up wearing the 8. It fit perfectly when I sized up. If you have a larger bust size you may have trouble fitting into the dress. I am a B and if I were any larger I would have been falling out of the top of the dress. I was thrilled with the dress and had a wonderful first Rent the Runway experience. I will definitely be a return customer. I would highly recommend this dress!

Being my first time using RTR, I was a little hesitant and nervous about sizing and quality of the dress. I can be so in between sizes so I wasn't sure if I should get a 4 and a 6 or a 6 and an 8; the reviews said it was true to size so I went with the 6 and it fit perfectly! I rented this dress for my cousins August/ barn style yet elegant wedding and it was just PERFECT- I got so many compliments and what I loved most about this dress was that it really accentuated the smaller area of my torso and hid parts that I'm more self conscious about, so it made me look and feel smaller so that was a definite plus!!! The only negatives were the sleeves- I wasn't a fan of the double sleeves so I pinned them together and wore them both up and liked the dress so much better that way; the only issue with that was I had to use double sided tape to keep them up or they would fall down. I also opted to not wear a bra because it's a little low cut so wearing a bra made me look a little more bustier than I liked. Other than those two things- I absolutely loved the dress and so did everyone else!!!!!

I rented this dress for a formal country club wedding and received compliments galore! I am 5 months pregnant and haven't felt this amazing in anything in a long time! The fabric has absolutely no stretch, so I would suggest sizing up if you're between sizes. It definitely shows off the cleavage and I really can't see a way that wearing a bra would be possible; so you have to be ok with that:) Also, the long was not nearly as long as I was hoping. I wore an 8L and still wore flats in order for the dress to just skim the floor (I am 5'7). Overall, my favorite rental ever! Would live in this dress if I could!

For my big booty gals, there is not much give in that area so I opted for the size up and it was perfect. Very flattering on the bum and the ruffles make it more modest with the cutouts. Compliments all night!

The fit was true to size. I received so many compliments all night. The sleeves that naturally fell off the shoulder from time to time were so sassy but classy! Another design element that worked well was the high rib cage slits in each side. It showed just enough skin. One of the best looking dresses I've ever worn!

Length: I'm 5'8 and the 4L was a perfect length for flats. Fit: The mid section was a little loose but the 2L would have been way too small in the chest. Overall it was a great dress and I would definitely rent again!

I rented this as a back-up to a wedding in Santa Barbara and decided to wear it to Sunday brunch at El Encanto instead. It's a beautiful, ethereal dress. Don't let the cutouts scare you! If you are petite and have a short torso like me, the fabric actually kind of folds over each other, and the ruffles cover the cutouts. If you are tall/have a long torso, this may not be for you. I did have issues with the straps - not sure if the dress was stretched or worn but the straps that were meant to be worn down seemed extra long so I decided to wear both of them up.

Tight around hips, and not super long- I'm 5'10" and wore about 5" heels. Didn't quite touch the ground. Overall, beautiful, comfortable, great dress!

I had such a fun time in this dress! I wore it to a wedding in NC and it had the perfect print. Other reviewers are right - the dress has no give so order your size accordingly. I go between a 0 or 2 depending on the dress/designer and the 2 fit my hips better. I held everything else up with fashion tape :)

I loved this dress! I rented it for a Black Tie wedding in June. I am usually a size 4 but rented the 2L and 4L based on recommendations and the 4L fit perfectly with 3 inch heels. I received so many compliments from people of all ages and the wedding photographer :)

This dress was stunning! It was perfect for an outdoor wedding. Very light, even on a warm summer day. However, the fit was a bit awkward. It was a tad snug in the hips but the next size up was too big in the top. It also showed more cleavage than I expected. The straps also kept falling down. But overall, I really loved this dress, it makes you feel like a princess.
