These are super cool jelly hoops. The inside of the hoops is bright red and the outside is an opaque/clear plastic with a matte finish. The red color is very obvious even though just part of the hoop is colorful!

YAAAAAAAASSSSS these hoops!
Omg love, want!! But I can't justify paying that price out for plastic hoops...! However to rent, they are so fabulous. Wear them with so many things. They're super cute and easy to dress up or down. Super light too. I did put my own backings with them though. The ones that came were really loose and I was afraid they would fall off.
