A lovely dress with lots of fabric and pleats. The waist fit nicely, in the 38. There is a surprise slit, and the back is fully zipped. Beautiful lining as well — but no pockets, be forewarned.

This color was simple elegant and material was so light.

There is a lot to live about this chic dress - starting with the fabric, color and print. Neither too hot or cold, this pleated mauve dress is ideal for transitional seasons. The skirt moves and flows - the slit provides a flirtatious peek but is not too much for an office setting. The batwing sleeves are simply smashing to look at and very comfortable. The style of this dress will work great on a number of figures but is ideal for an hourglass. I styled with a belt and strongly recommend it.

The sleeves felt like too much fabric so I just rolled them up inside the dress and loved how it ended up looking!

Wearing it out to a birthday dinner, then to a friend’s surprise birthday party in Nashville! Such a gorgeous dress. Beautiful fall colors. Conservative yet sexy with the slit in the skirt. This would also be great for Thanksgiving. I may keep this one awhile.

Its alot of material and no pockets :( but so flattering. got os many compliments. woud have worn smaller belt closed toed shoes. would be great in cold weather with boots jacket. but I wore this to church. and felt beautiful

Loved this dress and paired it with black boots and a belt. I also wore it with a leather jacket so it’s more flattering and edgy. I’m usually a Size 2 and the 36 fit me perfectly. Wish I could own it!

I like the fabric & print, but if you have broad shoulders, it's very unflattering. I typically wear a size 10 & this is a size 10 on. Put me in QB mode

Great material, nice fit and tons of compliments

I wanted to love this so much, particularly as we head into fall. However I was so disappointed. The seams in the zipper are starting to fray where the waist seam is, and the first time I put it on the zipper split. I’m 5’4” and the slit was higher than I was comfortable with (I had to roll up the bottom of my shapewear so it didn’t show). Also, as a petite frame, the volume of fabric in the top and sleeves was overwhelming. The colors and pattern are stunning but the construction of the dress was disappointing.

I loved this one! Fabric is so lovely and really sits nicely, with a super feminine drape. Not necessarily slimming, as others have pointed out, but pair with waist belt and boots or heels and it’s very flattering. Perhaps better for taller women, as it’s a lot of fabric

Great style for the busty gal! I'm a newly postpartum mom returning to the office, so I was looking for something that worked well with pumping, but still made me feel great. The only con was that it zips all the way up the back and is fitted through the waist so I did have to half undress to pump. But for just a couple times, it was easy enough. Runs true to size - I'm pretty consistently a 10 right now in staples like Banana Republic and Ann Taylor. This style has a lot of fabric so it may be a tough wear for someone more petite in frame. I have very broad shoulders.

I read the reviews and took the smallest size offered. While it was kinda tight along my rib cage with the seam, it's of course a larger fitting cut. I still found it fabulous with some heels for work!

I tried it on and laughed. I love RTR and order things that are a perfect fit all the time. This one was a doozy.

Really wanted to love it but just didn’t. Unflattering top part, waist cinch is too high and the chest area makes you look boxy and too wide.

Wanted to love this piece-- it's so different with the plaid and the cut. The accordion detailing across the bust did not work with DDD. This dress looked like it was wearing me.

It was a cool look but too much fabric on the top. Wasn’t giving the most flattering look.

It was nice but I did not like the leg opening very much for office. Also bottom would get stuck in office chair wheels

The fabric is beautiful and I did receive compliments on the dress, but I felt it was one of the least flattering items I've ever worn. Does nothing for a curvy figure.

The pleats in the skirt were pretty much non existent, which was different from the picture. I feel the pleats would have given the dress a little more flair. All in all it was a solid rental.
