Straps were annoying
I rented this for a night out. Although it was adorable with my outfit and had enough room for the necessities of the evening (phone, house key, lipstick, etc) the metal and leather shoulder straps are not attached to each other so all night one or the other strap would fall off my shoulder. I ended up taking a hair clip and clipping them together at the top. TLDR: if you don't like the crossbody look, be prepared to pick up straps all day when wearing this bag
