BEST Service I think I've hever had. Also, very nice bag.
RTR was supposed to drop this to me the day before my flight to Australia but alas it didn't arrive. Ready to be super disappointed I rang the morning of the flight to express my sadness that the bag wouldn't be joining me on my trip BUT THEY TOTALLY SMASHED IT!!! The delivery guy MET ME AT THE AIRPORT. He called and we sync-ed up our arrivals at the terminal and BOOM. Best customer service recovery I think I've ever had.
