Roomy and works perfectly as a backpack and a tote. Holds everything you'd need for a day--I used this as my main purse for a trip to San Francisco. It's also ideal for an under-seat carryon because it fits a laptop with room to spare. The color and texture are also beautiful, and it goes with just about every outfit imaginable. The perfect staple. I have way too many purses already, but even so, I was tempted to purchase this bag!

I rented this bag as my purse/laptop bag /carry on for a trip to Northern Europe. I needed something that looked professional but was highly functional. It was up to the task! One large inside pocket carried my laptop (13 inch MacBook in a protective sleeve) and other misc. items comfortably. Small pocket held my passport and important papers so they were easy to find. Backpack straps were perfectly versatile- could use one for a shoulder bag look, both for backpack (nice for those airport dashes) or the top purse strap for a slouchy hobo style purse look. Backpack straps might slip depending on your shoulders or coat, but was never a problem for me. The best surprises were the purse strap that adjusted to fit snugly over my suitcase handle, and the easy access side zip pocket. The leather is thick and sturdy, and a beautiful neutral gray. Got tons of compliments and would absolutely rent again for travel. Would be great for work or as a diaper bag too. Holds a ton without looking bulky.

Roomy but still stylish. The straps were kinda wide and dug into my shoulders. But its also because I have packed everything in it.

I rented this for vacation in Maui. It was almost perfect! It is very well made and very roomy. It would be a great investment except for a couple things. The top strap makes it hard to access the main compartment. It's very deep so you need room to look around for things. Also, the straps didn't stay up on my shoulders well. The side pocket was very convenient when traveling. Made for easy access to travel docs and phone. There is an inside pocket that's helpful too.

They must have sat around a table and brainstormed this one because it checks all the boxes. Backpack or purse? Both. Matches everything? Check. Comfortable to carry in either position? Check. Easy access pocket? Check. Fits literally everything? Yup.

This bad has no shape and you will lose everything inside of it. Also the straps never stay on and I have pretty broad shoulders

Color is neutral and straps don't look like backpack straps which is nice. Absolutely gorgeous bag with some serious thought that went into designing something that was elegant but still utilitarian. Roomy, zips closed at the top, and has an outside pocket for a phone and whatnot.

Used this as a classy diaper bag since we were attending a formal event and it was perfect. Fit everything! Diapers, wipes, extra clothes for 2 children, snacks and sippy cups (in a sealed ziploc bag) and more. And there is a detachable clutch inside that came in handy just to use by itself. And there is a zippered pouch on the side of the bag, perfect for a phone. Highly recommend! Only downside is the braided straps are not the most comfortable. But otherwise I was highly considering buying this bag!

This is a great bag if you need to hold a ton of stuff. It is super versatile but the straps are pretty uncomfortable and awkward. I don't have narrow shoulders but it kept falling off. Regardless, it's still a nice bag, would be great for travel.

Pros: It is a beautifully made leather bag, well structured, great color. Cons: For someone of my size, the bag is too large as both a backpack and shoulder bag. It felt rather bulky as a shoulder hobo bag. The straps don't sit flush on the shoulders and hangs low on me. Would probably look a lot more cool and chic on someone taller.

I totally thought this was a purse when I rented it. But, I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. Extremely spacious. Only complaint is that the backpack straps are too far apart. I have semi-wide shoulders and the straps melts sliding off even after I adjusted them to be as short as possible.
