Super warm, tons of pockets, relatively flattering for a full-length puffer. I'm on the shorter side (5'2") and this hit around my knees. Love this and would rent again!

Absolute perfection of a coat. Love all the zippers for ease of wear when walking, interior chest pocket is wonderful (why don't more women's jacket have that?) and the hood is wonderful even in a gust. I wore this daily for long dog walks in the bitter cold of Michigan winter. Should have purchased.

Wore this in 20 degree weather and there is a chance I would have died without it. Super warm, lots of pockets, yummy hood. I am usually a small (size 4) and the XS fit perfectly.

The XL is more like a 1X. It runs huge. Size down for sure. Love the color of this puffy coat. Perfect for fall. It's not overly warm, but kept some of the chill out.

Loved everything about this jacket. Kept me warm in 40-50 degree weather and dry in the rain. The style was great, I especially loved the sleeves.

Very warm coat and neck/hood was super comfortable and useful for cold, windy, rainy weather (didn't just blow off). I'm 5'3" and length hit just about mid-calf. I am usually a small but from reading reviews it seem like recommendation was to size down and I am petite, so I ordered the XS. It fit perfectly in bust and arms area but I will admit the XS was a bit snug in the butt/thigh area. For example if I only buttoned the coat instead of zipping, when I would walk up stairs the buttons around my thigh area would pop open. So maybe a size S would have worked better. Either way, really enjoyed the rental for a long-weekend trip away in cold, windy and rainy weather. FYI outer hip pockets don't zip only button and are a bit shallow, but inner breast zip pocket I liked.

Perfect coat except the zipper needs some TLC from use. I would have bought it otherwise.

I'm living in cold AF Idaho and this has kept me warm the entire time I've been here, it's so great for everyday use and true color/size.

I rented this because I was getting sick of wearing my winter puffer coat everyday so wanted to change it up. Unfortunately I didn't end up wearing it. While it fit true to size, the material just looked cheap and it was missing the iconic red ribbon on the arm.

I love this jacket! It's incredibly warm. I bought it for the length because I walk to work. I'd probably advise someone NOT to wear a sweater under it if you're walking even just a mile! Only problem with the jacket I got was that the zipper doesn't work, otherwise I'd probably buy this jacket!

Rented this for a 12 degree winter vacation in Yellowstone and it was perfectly warm with still some breathing room for movement!

Kept me warm in 10-13 degree F weather! Loved the long coat, super practical.

I'm Southern and don't own a warm weather coat! Needed something warm for Christmas in New York and Chicago! Perfect and comfortable!
