Colors are navy with coral stripe. Very men's shirt business like dress. I think the slits make the dress. Great sleeve length for #tall girls as well. Loved.

I have so many ups and downs with renting and finding the right size with my RTR subscription. I tend to go up a size to make sure I can at least wear the items. This dress, super cute, great for work, the side sits make it a little sexy, but it was a very big 10. I belted it to make it work. I am 5'7" and 165lbs and wear a 10 dress normally.

This was a fun dress to wear on a casual day to work. It's light and comfortable. The vneck was a bit low, so I pinned it with a safety pin. The slits were a bit high for work and kept revealing my spanks (oh well)! The fabric got a bit wrinkly throughout the day. Fits true to size but the arms are a bit long. Overall, not a perfect fit but would rent again!

I rented this dress for a casual dinner and wandering around a new town. I loved the style (not floral or too much pattern), fabric and the length. I rented sz 8, and willing to try a 6. the top was huge. Sleeves were big too, but not as much a problem. It almost looked like the dress was damaged. the middle fit weird and pockets hung out showing the lining.

I really liked wearing this. The fabric is high quality silk and the cut is stylish.

Feels as comfy as pajamas but looks unique and lovely. I wore it to work and got a ton of compliments. It doesn't look like the standard office dress. The sleeves are long and the style overall is better for someone tall.

The colors are better in person than in photos: dark navy, a deep orange, and off white. Fantastic quality and detailed design. Will rent again.

I would definitely wear this again. I loved the slightly oversized look (elongated sleeves, easy silhouette) without looking sloppy. An easy and chic piece perfect for this time of year.

Definitely size down at least one size, could've likely sized down 2 sizes. Super comfortable and menswear inspired chic. Loved overall!

This dress is very flattering. The silk drapes beautifully. It is a bit of an oversize look, so I guess you could size down but I like the slouchy fit. 3 compliments. Wore it to work, but will wear again over the weekend with white sneakers.

I was skeptical about the cut of this dress but once I put it on I fell in love with it. I am tall and thin and length was perfect.

Loved the fabric, and top half of the dress. I wish it came with a belt or belt loops as I don't have much of a waist .. its very high so I usually needed something more to define a waistline for me. I found myself pulling at the dress trying to fix where the elastic waistline sat, so that was a bit annoying. Long story short if you have a large/ full bust it fit perfectly, if you have a high waist AND a large bust this might not be for you.

I liked this dress a lot. It ran big on me, I usually wear a 2 but a 0 fit well, except for the chest area which I had to pin with a safety pin. I have a flat chest so it was somewhat expected, but I think you'd still need to pin it unless you have a much larger chest area. Really loved that it has pockets

No matter how I styled this, I looked frumpy. The elastic waist made the pockets pull funny and the length was wrong for me.

Nice fabric, just did not drape well on me. The stripes are bunched in the hips, and on my already-curvy figure this was entirely unflattering.

I liked the way it cinched on the waist, and the length was great, but the top was strange. Too much fabric in the wrong places.

One of the only ALC dresses that runs big. Too oversized, ended up looking sloppy.

My normal size 12 was unavailable so I gave the size 14 a try. Big mistake! This dress runs very large. I'd advise you to order your size or depending on your body type even one size down.
