This dress ran a little short. I sized up based on reviews and definitely a good choice.

I wore this to work because I had an event after. It was incredible short (5'8) but it was so flattering and otherwise professional I was able to get away with flats and super opaque tights. I put on high heels after work and felt great. Wore it for date night with thigh highs the next night and loved it even more. Size up. Loved!

I happened to try this on at the RTR pop-up and I love it so much, I bought it. It looks so much better on in person and it’s a fun take on the LBD. The bottom is fitted and the top is a bit looser. I’m short (5’2”) and, as you can see, it does hike up when my arms are raised or I sit. That said, it’s nice to have a mini dress that can work for those of us on the shorter side. I love it!!

Wore this dress for a casual night out. I'm 5'7, and while it's a tad short, it's super flattering and comfortable. Got lots of compliments. Simple and no-frills classy.

Worked for a date night. I liked it because it isn't a style I'd normally buy, but it was fun to wear for a night. Was tighter on the bottom than I would have liked, and still loose on top, so fit could be a challenge for pear shape.

I wore this to a funeral with sheer black hose and mid-calf booties. I rated this as TRUE TO SIZE, because if you googled this dress and read ALC's sizing specs, it was spot on. I typically wear a 4 and 6 in a lot of dresses. But I do always read measurements. It's was clear my hips were not going to work in the 4-6 so I chose an 8. I'll admit I was a bit nervous but the fit was perfect and the dress was so comfortable. Yes, it was short, but I hate that work length. It either needs to be short or mid-calf for me. Wear hose with it made me feel even more comfortable about the length especially since I wore it to a funeral. But this would be a great going out dress... NO HOSE. I absolutely loved this and would rent it again.

If you're my height, this is perfect. It's so hard to find good petite dresses that aren't too long.

Loved this dress. The fabric drapes beautifully and is very unique. The bottom part of the dress is very fitted, so bear that in mind when selecting what to wear underneath. I paired this dress with tights and over the knee boots for a work event and received many compliments.

I was contemplating making this dress a blouse due to the short length.

I found this in store. I'm usually a 6-8 and 10 was prefect. Loved the classic simplicity. Classy with some sass. Covers up the top, nips at waist, shows off the legs.

I really love the top of this dress- good zipper, nice drape- but the top and the bottom are completely different sizes. The bottom was quite tight (and very short if it did) so I couldn't wear it at all. Maybe someone with more of a straight shape would be a great fit, but as someone who's pear/hourglass, it just didn't work at all.

The neckline and top of the dress was elegant and the material was a rich black and felt lovely. Unfortunately, the bottom half of the dress was tight and shorter than I expected. I have strong legs and a round butt and it wasn't really my taste. But if you like shorter length and have less of a curvy shape, it would likely be a great look. Kept ridding up a bit

This would be pretty on someone skinny. My boobs filled out the whole top which is supposed to be loose, so the skirt barely covered my butt. Not a good look on me. Returned without wearing.
