Short Dress & thin material. Lata well, luckily it turned chilly and paired with black tights and heels. Very comfortable just short.

Wore this in Napa. So comfortable. Shorter than I normally do but cute with booties or sneakers. Love the pockets.

Overall the dress fit great. I sized up to a size 8 because my shoulders are broader (Triangle shaped). Felt a bit tight but was still comfortable the rest of the night.

I loved this dress. I am sometimes a 0, sometimes a 2, but I definitely needed the 2 in this dress. Definitely a little on the shorter side, but I didn't have any issues with length and wore it to a charity event. It felt mature/appropriate while still being young and fun!

Most size 0 dresses are either too long or too wide on my frame. This one fits me perfectly and even slightly tight than my other dresses. I will say it is a size 00. Consider sizing up. It is appropriate for all kinds of occasions such as work, date night, brunch, wedding, you name it.

I really loved this dress, and received so many compliments. I'm 5' 4", 115#, with a thin/straight build. I'm between a 2 and 4, and I only rented the 2. Luckily it fit, but the top half was very snug. So much so, that the lines from a regular bra were way too visible. I wore one of those lace-up, adhesive bras, and it worked perfectly. The 2 was short, but it worked for me because I have a small butt. The 2 worked, but maybe the 4 would have been a little more comfortable. Still loved it, and would rent the 2 again if no 4 available.

The pattern of this dress is great. It's a heavy material that feels very high quality. It's perfect for a fall day. I'm 5'7 and it was slightly short on me, so I opted to wear shorts underneath. Overall, a very cute dress for a Sunday Funday!

ALC is one of my favorite designers so every time I rent a piece of theirs I love it. Flattering fit and great fabric.

I'm usually a 2 or a 4 depending on the brand, so I first tried this in a 4. I was able to zip it up, but it was a little snug through the shoulders and way too short to wear. I thought about wearing it as a tunic with leggings, but I decided to send it back for the 6, which was more comfortable and slightly longer, so I was able to wear it as a dress. I wore this to a Passover Seder and got lots of compliments. Wrinkled a bit by the end of the night, as you can see in the picture, but it's still cute!

The fit is small as noted by other renters. I'm normally a 6 but went up to a 10 in this dress...so glad I did! Any smaller and it would have been WAY too short and I wouldn't be able to lift my arms as the shoulder area has no give. The dress was beautiful and received many compliments. Perfect spring dress!

I loved the material and the dress overall. It just fit me too tight. I could barely breathe. I would say choose a size bigger if you are busty or get concious of your stomach or curves showing too much. Overall I loved the dress and would love to rent in a larger size maybe a 6. Great for a date night

I originally got this for work, but it was way too short to wear to the office. I wore it out for drinks and a burlesque show with friends and got lots of compliments! I didn't feel the need to wear biker shorts or anything, but I definitely wore underwear that covered everything. Felt fine sitting down, but definitely was not able to bend over or down!

For the retail price, and based on the pictures of the model, I was expecting a more structured skirt/substantial fabric. The skirt doesn't hang that well, and the fabric is thicker than some crepes, but still kind of flimsy. The dress is quite short for a conservative office. If you have broad shoulders or a fuller bust, consider ordering up--I have both and my usual size was a tight squeeze for me. The print is pretty and this is a nice dress, just not that special

I wear a 29 pant and the dress fit perfectly in the waist/arms and throughout. I loved the pocket detail. This fabric is way thinner than I thought it would be. I couldn't wear this dress though because it was so short. It barely covered my behind and it was about 4 inches below my crotch. I'm 5'8", so maybe this would work better on shorter girls. I'm really bummed because it was comfortable, and I loved the silhouette it created.

This dress is a comfortable light weight fabric that works for day or night dress. I love that the pattern has some black in it so I could pair it with black tights and heeled booties for a cooler night. I am short and thought the length was perfect. If you're tall reconsider this one. It is a light weight fabric so I did notice that my bra line pudge showed on the back which I didn't love. However, I would still rent this again but would reconsider my undergarments. Best part overall: Pockets!

This fits small and short. I ordered an 8, and was able to fit since I'm closer to a size 6. It was too short for my conservative work place, but I'm Zooming so it worked great for the screen. Super cute print, I'd rent again just a size larger.

Fit was small, and very short. Length didn't bother me it was just so tight across my shoulders and chest without any stretch. I usually wear a size 12, but have gone up in size a little since the summer. So this was a bummer since the dress was cute!

As others have mentioned, it is a pretty short dress (even on me, and I'm 5'4"), but the more conservative long sleeves balance out the less conservative length. I wore it to work, but it might be better for a night out. Super flattering.

runs small for ALC, as I am a 0 in every other ALC dress. fabric was nice and thin- perfect for a summer night. great length for petite ladies and pockets are super cute.

Lovedddd this dress but a little short for work. I'm short so I was fine with some tights but would think twice if I was any taller. Plus it's thin so definitely spring time dress. If I wasn't wearing tights I'd need a slip which I probably wouldn't be able to fit under this dress as it was that perfect fitting. Def good for the petite.

Super cute dress, but SIZE UP! I'm normally a 0/XS, but wish I had gotten the next size up. It's very tight in the arms and shoulders, and across the chest. It's also fairly short, but that may have been because I needed a bigger size. Otherwise, SUPER cute dress and the pockets are an adorable touch!

The material is more smooth and silk like than in the picture. It flows and fits effortlessly. I'm 5'3, and the length was fine on me, but I could imagine it being short on someone taller.

I love this dress, but the reviews re: sizing are 100% accurate. The 2 fit me perfect, and I almost always am in a 0 for dresses. I wouldn't have been able to comfortably wear a 0. If you order your regular size, you're going to have a bad time.
