Beautiful cut and fabric. The cut is great for work - conservative but edgy. The fabric is thin but somehow the dress is not too clingy (prob bc of the cut) so it didn't feel too sheer. The sleeves are TIGHT! I almost sent it back without wearing, but gave it another go and ended up really liking it. If you dont like tight sleeves, pass on this one. Otherwise, great dress!

Loved this dress - it was super well made and versatile. I wore it to Friday date night dinner with suede booties, bare legs, statement earrings, and then wore to work with navy tights and toned down jewelry. Note that it's a bit short - I'm not tall (5'6) but I didn't feel comfortable wearing it to my casual workplace without tights. Also note this runs small! I'm usually a 4 (sometime a 6 in fitted) dresses, and the 6 in this style was tight. If between sizes DEFINITELY size up

I rented this for work and put it on in a rush. Wound up super embarrassed by how short it was and changing into a backup dress at my desk. I'm only 5'0 so I rarely find anything too short. This dress doesn't make much sense because the look of it isn't sexy but yet it's super short. Weird...

So short I could not wear either size! I am 5'10, I would not recommend for taller women

Shorter than I thought and ran small. Definitely go up a size if not two, but loved the style and simplicity of this dress.

I love the detail on the sleeves, fabric is also very light which made it easy to wear in and out of the office. It is a bit short, so if you have long legs be careful. I wore it with tights in the office and without for a date night. Be careful of windy days though!

This dress is really nice, but it was too worn as pieces of the sleeves were coming unraveled. I am wearing it anyway to a rehearsal dinner because I really like the fit - it comes in enough at my waist to be flattering. The sleeves feel extremely tight when you first put it on, but you get used to it. The navy color is really nice!

I didn't end up wearing it because it was super short on me. I am 5' 7'' for reference.

Cute dress, love the details on the sleeves. At first looked it it wouldn't even zip up on me but the sleeves to stretch a bit. I had to wear a sports bra because my chest was too bulky in a regular bra and wouldn't have been able to wear it. I recommend going up at least one dress size and would not recommend to anyone heavy in the chest. Definitely not worked appropriate. Ended up wearing to weeknight dinner with ponytail and nude flats to dress it down. It was very cute! Will try renting two sizes up for work.

Beautiful dress, light and comfortable fabric, great silhouette. The sleeves are a bit tight, so maybe size up if you are broad in your shoulders or arms. The sleeves have a really cool stitch detail all the way up, but bell sleeve sometimes got in the way. Worn to work - I am 5'5" and the dress was borderline too short, even in flats. Also not great for a windy day because it will fly up (happened to me). Would suggest for a cute dinner or party where you can get away with the length and are indoors. Very feminine without being girly, and looks great.

I'm usually a size 6 but sized up after reading reviews. I'm 5'8 and this was way to short to wear anywhere unfortunately.

definitely runs small but the material makes it comfortable for everyday wear. Short hem pairs well with nude heels.

After renting another ALC dress for a party, I thought I would give this one a try as well. Unfortunately, it just did not work for me at all. The ruched sleeves were extremely tight and the material was very flimsy so it was staticking all over the place. Even though I bumped up a size, it was still extremely tight across the chest (not usually my problem) - I could barely zip it up. This dress needs someone with skinny arms and a narrow chest - sadly I sent it back.

The dress runs small. I typically wear a 4 but I've rented both 2s and 6s in the past depending on reviews of the item. For this dress I wore a 6 and it was still really small. The biggest issue with the dress was the material. It was so thin and completely unexpected. It hugged all of the wrong areas on me and generally the waistline hit at a really unflattering place. I found the arms to be completely uncomfortable as well. I just could not see myself wearing this anywhere. I think it would look better on someone really short and small.
