It is a gorgeous outfit. Just too small for me and it’s very long, so def would wear heels I put it on my daughter (5’8, 115llb and it was just slightly too big for her, but it looks great

Why is there stitching around each breast?
I didn't notice in the tiny photo but there is stitching round each breast. I didn't even wear this jacket. I showed it to a couple of people and we all lived. It's just a strange design and inappropriate for office attire.

There were breast pockets seen on the outside of the blazer making it a not so great fit for the office.
