Looks good in pics, but sits super awkward at the bottom where the splits are. It also bunches up around the waist and snugs the stomach. I really wanted to like this dress but the bunching at the waist, combined with the clinging at the tummy put me off. Didn't wear it and sent it back.

The vertical ribbed material was very flattering and elongating. The dress was very comfortable and I'm 8 months pregnant.

This dress has thick material that's great for fall in New York! I was warm in my normally not-so-warm office without a jacket all day which is a miracle. Hugs your body in all the right places! Since the material is so thick, it isn't too body con. Will rent it again for an easy day at the office or walking around the city!

I was obsessed with this dress, it fit perfectly in all of the right places. I felt like it could have been dressed up or down. Material was on the thicker side, but slits on the legs were just high enough for air flow. Highly recommend as a casual day piece / into the night piece.

Absolutely loved this dress! Such a cute and comfortable piece that can be dressed both up and down. I ordered a large in order to be safe however I will definitely go with the medium next time. I'm 5'7 and the dress fell a little above my ankles, the slits on both sides were my favorite detail.

This dress is very cute and comfortable. It could be worn to work, out to lunch and to a fun night out. I love the slits on each side of the dress. The fabric has plenty of stretch and would be best for all body types.

I rented a SR and a XSR. The SR fit perfectly, the fabric is forgiving but it is snug. With flats I'd didn't love my shape, but with heels it looked great! Ordered it for a 30th birthday, but wore it to a baby shower instead! It's versatile!

This was my backup dress but I liked it better than my first choice. Comfy especially on colder days and when you don't feel like showing much skin (obviously). I'm 5 months post-baby and it's pretty obvious, but I put on some spanx and felt fine. The fabric is very stretchy, thick, not see-through at all, and had my bottom in charge all night, also courtesy of the spanx. Cons: the slits on the bottom don't lay well, probably because of the stretch of the fabric. The dress has so much coverage that, in black, I don't think it photographed well. Just so much black. Still, if you don't really feel like wearing a dress and want something comfy, this is a good option.

Great dress. I wore for a funeral with some awesome black booties. Got lots of comments. I bought it! Probably could've gone down a size as it is stretchy, but it was very comfy and flattering in size 10 regardless.

The dress was perfect for a broadway show I went to one evening. The fabric was thick and that made it very flattering on the body. The dress is stylish, but also very classy and timeless. Loved this dress!

This was comfy and sleek, and looked great with boots and a denim jacket. On its own, though, I found it a little underwhelming. It was too big in the shoulders in the L, but really fitted further down so I wouldn't size down. The dual slits were trendy but didn't lay quite right -- they were kind of "wavy".

Meh I didn't find this to be very flattering. Maybe I should have gotten a smaller size so it hugged more. Didn't wear.

Great material for holding its shape and being flattering, nice side slits that add pizzazz but not too sexy for work. I might actually buy this!!

Stylish take on a classic black long sweater dress. Hugs all the right curves. Wasn't bulky like sweaters can sometimes be. Loves the slots at the side (I usually hate slots on the side).

This dress is so comfortable, and forgiving despite it technically being a bodycon. I am 5'3 and wore it with flat boots and a small block heel and it looked great both ways. I threw a motorcycle jacket and a longline blazer over it when I rented in October, then rented again in January I layered a turtle neck underneath for extra warmth+ tights + a bomber and felt chic AND warm which is tough. You could easily throw on a strappy sandal or pump and some sparkly jewelry and this dress would be cocktail appropriate. I might buy it!

I love this dress so much. I'm probably going to buy it! It's incredibly comfortable, warm, and can be worn with different shoes and accessories to dress down for work/up for a cold night out or informal date. It wears beautifully. I think I got a size too big, it definitely has lots of give and hung a little loose on me, but not so much that it detracted from the look. Would definitely say that if you're in between sizes (I'm between a S/M or 4/6) go a size down. The photo doesn't show that 1) the sleeves have a bit of a bell shape which adds a nice little touch and 2) The slits on the side come up to just about the knee. Totally work appropriate (I work at a start-up, but for a bus-cas environment or casual it would be fine, especially with tights). Love this!!!!

This dress was beautiful and comfortable. But it was too body conscious for me. It hugged me way too much, although it wasn't constricting. It was well constructed, and the material was soft. It just showed off too many of my folds and curves.

Was a perfect fit with an expensive feel. I wore to an office luncheon with a red/white/black scarf tied in a bowtie with stiletto platform booties. Beautiful basic black, (but nothing basic about it!)

I wore this dress with a few statement jewelry pieces for a cocktail attire event. It was perfect. I received so many compliments. Very chic. I'm in my second trimester so sized up to be smart, but this dress runs big! Choose a smaller size as your second size. It's stretchy and forgiving too.

Fabric is thick so it was perfect for an outdoor event.

Runs a little big. I was surprised that the medium fit better than the large, especially after having a baby!

Just the right amount of stretch, but I didn't love the super high v-neck and the slit up the side was borderline inappropriate for my conservative workplace.

Very fitted, needed some flattering undergarments. Good Black dress, but unremarkable.

Enjoyed wearing this to work and got a lot of compliments. The material is nice and thick and it's snug in all the right places making for a flattering fit. My only dislike about the dress is the semi-belled out sleeves. I would have preferred they were straight down. It's a fun RTR piece, but not something I would buy to own.

Great, thick fabric. It ran a bit large, but it was a fantastic everyday dress. I wore it with boots and a jean jacket.
