Stunningly spectacular gown for formal occasions and events, I’m in love with the gorgeous and intricate floral embroidery, the elegant fit and tailoring with the corseted top, and beautiful black velvet detail at the chest. The dress wore beautifully both standing up and sitting down in my wheelchair, and although a bit long for my 5’3” height, otherwise TTS, and my platform heels made a perfect fit for length with this Agra by Agra Bendita gown-superb for standing out for photos and social media. ❤️🥰🫶🏻 Obsessed with this dazzling Victorian-esque gown, with how elegantly beautiful it made me feel, hearing the most lovely compliments, and how fun it was so style with accessories including the gorgeous Oscar de La Renta earrings from RTR! I wore this as a fun dress up for a Christmas Carol event! The dress is beautiful! Like others have said it’s heavy but that was perfect for a cold winter night. The straps were a tiiiiny bit too long but otherwise fit well. I’m 5’3 and did have to wear 3in platform boots to keep it from really dragging.

I would size up if you are bigger in the chest. Otherwise loved this dress so much!

I absolutely loved this dress. I didn't end up wearing it because it was a bit too formal for the event, but I wanted to. It is such high quality and stunning - I will be renting again for a winter wedding.

The M fit everywhere except the chest was really tight. The L was a little loose, but worked well. I’m usually an 8

This dress fit perfectly and wore well throughout the night. Received a ton of compliments! Ordered a small and medium- ended up wearing the small.

The fabric is heavy, like thick drapery. That plus the embroidery and velvet made it feel expensive. Perfect winter dress for cold weather. Took away a star because the corset area is pretty tight and the straps slip if you don’t keep your posture. I guess that’s incentive to have good posture though lol.

Loved everything about this dress other than the straps that kept falling off. As long as you have fashion tape you'll be in love with it!

I love this dress and I did end up taking it with me on a trip to Italy, but it is HEAVY. The fabric is gorg and I loved the ankle length (I"m 5'10").

I loved this dress, I felt like a princess. Only warning I would say is that it was like 1 inch too long in high high heels for me. Otherwise fabulous

Gorgeous dress

This is a gorgeous, quality piece. I wore it for a black tie event in November and it was perfect for the weather. This means the fabric is warm! It's a bit heavy but it drapes beautifully and feels luxurious. Note for short girls: this gown is LONG and there is a lot of it, You will need heels at least 2" high and you may need to drape part of the skirt over your arm when dealing with stairs or longer walks. It looks very glamorous when you do that, though. Last thing -- some reviewers have said that the waist is small but I found that it easily adjusted to my body and got more comfortable once I was zipped in.

I returned due to it being so thick and not suitable for the summer. However, in the Fall, I hope this is still available. I’d size down though

Honestly this dress was the best thing I’ve ever rented from rtr. I wore it to a blacktie ceilidh with 2,5” heels and danced the entire night without the dress moving at all. I ordered a small with an xs as backup, I ended up wearing the xs. I’ve a pretty broad back and small waist, but the dress zipped up and fit me like a glove

Gorgeous but incredibly heavy. Also quite tight in the waist. I had grabbed an xs as it was the only one available and sometimes xs works for me and sometimes it doesn't so that was just a gamble on my part however I do feel it was not necessarily true to size. I would consider again if I had an event in the dead of winter and a size up was available.

I did not end up wearing this dress but it lived up to its photos! Beautiful thick fabric, fit true to size and the velvet straps were very comfortable. Could have benefit from a little structure in the bodice to help highlight your assets ;) otherwise a perfect option for a formal event, especially in winter.

This dress is so beautiful and incredible quality. The fabric is heavy and gorgeous. BUT the ribcage runs VERY small. I'm amazed no other reviews mention it. I'll admit I don't have a narrow ribcage but I don't usually have this issue. Got a small with medium as backup and couldn't get either zipped up! The straps are also a little too long, they kept falling down. Perhaps a better overall fit would prevent that, but for such a pricey rental, that would annoy me! Also, no pockets which is a huge miss with a skirt this big!

READ THIS: rib cage is extremely tight, it will be hard to breathe. if you are okay with that then this may fit you. I am typically S/M, and I could barely get the M to zip. Order a size up than you would usually do. Also do know this is a lucious heavy ass gown, and while it’s stunning, it is very hard to breathe in this so I couldn’t wear.
