This dress is made of a beautiful lightweight material, and the watercolor design is totally unique. You could dress this way up or make it a bit more casual, like I did. The open back is beautiful and adds a very sexy touch to an otherwise very conservative dress. Unfortunately, it isn't the most comfortable or easy to wear piece. If you zoom way in, you can see on the model that the neckline doesn't lay flat. This is true, unless you spread the straps wide on your shoulders, which looks strange. The dress also has zero stretch, so when you sit down, the straps stand up and fall over. I had to keep standing up and pulling the dress taught under my bottom to keep the straps on my shoulders. Just a few other notes: I'm 5'10" and wore flat sandals, but I still would have liked another inch or two at the bottom. Also, there is no way you can wear a regular bra, so larger chested ladies may have an issue.

I look at my unlimited account as a chance to try the edgier more expensive rentals to either have an amazing dress (I am happy as a clam when I'm on the unique style side), or post unflattering photos because it totally didn't work for me. Here's an unflattering one that I so wished had worked!!!! I ordered it to give it a go for a wedding, but unfortunately it's too snug! **Color- a bit more muted than I expected, but a beautiful watercolor look with silver tones. **Length- SHORT! I'm 5'6" and it just brushed the ground in the front with a bit of a train in back. **Size- I'm between a 10 and 12, but have a very broad rib cage and am a 38C (I'm 41" across the middle of my chest/breasts). I hoped the open back might make it work, but alas. I got it zipped to the bottom of my rib cage (I'm 34.5" there) and it wasn't going any further. **Bra- You could not wear a typical bra with this, but, even at a 38C, the material is well lined and I felt comfortable without a bra. If you're not to worried about perkiness, you could go without and not worry about anything showing through. I didn't have a backless sticky bra to try with it, but hopefully the pics show you how far it comes around the sides. **Overall- A beautiful dress, but runs small and even if it had zipped up it would have made my back look even broader than it actually is.

This dress is interesting. I cannot give a fantastic review since it was not available in my usual size (I run between a 0 and a 2), but with this in mind it does run true to size. The pattern on the dress is very dramatic and suiting to a person with a modern, edgy, artistic style. I could see someone wearing this to an art gallery opening. The open back is beautiful and would certainly require an adhesive bra. It is fully lined, but I wouldn't feel comfortable going braless (although my chest isn't considerably large). Honestly, I liked it better in the picture online. Although this dress wasn't my "cup of tea", I cannot stress how much I love Rent The Runway. They are a model for customer service. I ended wearing the Catherine Deane Aqua Amira gown to my prom.

As soon as I saw this gown pop up as available on my Unlimited queue, I had to order it even though the only available dress was a size too big. I loved trying it on at home and I absolutely loved it and I can't wait to order it in my size! It seems approx true to size. Rich colors, comfortable, black-lined fabric, gorgeous back with a waterfall of fabric flowing out behind. And yet it is neither fitted at the hip nor having excess fabric in the skirt, but somewhere in between, making it an easy dress to mix and mingle in at a cocktail party. You don't feel constrained and you don't have your dress constantly brushing up against people.

The zipper was a bit buggy on the dress, it kept coming loose. But overall this dress is one of my favorites.
