Love love loveee this blazer dress. Material is perfect for fall. Wore this two ways, one which you see here and the other with jeans and white sneakers. This is top quality for sure.

I love pieces that are inspired by traditionally masculine pieces but still flattering on a female form- this fits the bill! There are shoulder pads (although I didn't find them to extreme) so if that's not your thing be aware. I belted it the first time I wore it but actually loved it open over a turtle neck or button up. Also wore as a top over tights with thigh high boots for a dinner date. Definitely a piece I wanted to keep.

Wore this over a turtleneck and leggings--thought it was a really cute work look. The blazer is a bit oversized and soft, so it's extremely comfortable. It's also quite long and could probably be worn as a dress when belted!

RENT THIS NOW. Was so flattering and perfect for work and then dinner. Never thought I'd like the robe-tie but it looked great with a turtleneck. Note, it does have shoulder pads, but not too aggressive.

I really liked this jacket but it runs very large. The extra small was enormous on me. I wore it to work but I looked like I was wearing a bathrobe.

Fit is great and super comfortable. Easy to style with leggings, jeans, or slacks to make more or less professional. Tons of compliments, even from people I didn't know.

This fit well and was a nice staple for work for a couple of weeks, but was pretty forgettable. The fabric didn't feel too expensive (it had a tendency to wrinkle/pucker a bit). If you're on a membership, I'd say it's worth holding out for something that feels a little more special!

I like my stuff a little more fitted. This ran large, but I believe that is the intended look. It's a good piece if you like the menswear look!

I really wanted to love this but the shoulder pads are super instance and I felt really dumb it in.

This made for an easy morning choice to get a professional look. Throw on some slim black pants with a camisole and the jacket means you're done. I wore it every week but the jacket isn't very well blocked. This may be from repeated rentals but it doesn't lay smoothly which is why I rated it so poorly.

For a 5'4" woman with a larger chest area this did not fit well. It was almost swallowing me but also when I tied it it looked really weird and Bunched around the arms, shoulders and chest.

If you want to feel like a badass, rent this blazer. The shoulders are really padded and give a great silhouette (if you're into that look).

Nice blazer, comfortable and well made. I rented a small and definitely could have worn an xs. Hard to tell from the pictures but there are shoulder pads that are pretty big.
