I love the colors in this dress. I am wearing a size 40 in the photo. I am usually a size 4 so the dress does fit true to size. The dress was fitted in my midsection and waist but not in my hips. I felt very comfortable moving around in the dress. This dress does need a slip. Without it the dress is see through. This fabric has no stretch so I recommend curvier women going a size up. This dress is great for any bust size. I am a 36D and felt very comfortable. This dress can be worn with a standard bra. This dress would be perfect for a summer party or event. Pair with black heels and simple jewelry.

The description on the website says that the dress “runs small”- order a size up so I got a 4 and 6 (normally I would have gotten a 2 and 4)....the size 4 was huge on me, especially the top and I wear a 34D or currently a 34DD and i'm 5 months pregnant! Also, the dress is a purple slip and a top layer (2 separate pieces) and very see through, especially in the chest area- it will definitely not be appropriate for all events. The fabric is dreamy that can't be denied but I think only a few could pull this off and the functionality is extremely limited.

This beautiful dress was perfect for a black tie vineyard wedding. It consists of two pieces - an inner slip and the sheer patterned overlay. The bodice of the sheer outer part had a little too much fabric, so the fit was a bit loose. It wasn't too big of an issue that I couldn't wear it, but if one size smaller would have been available I think it would have fit better.
